1983 Ferrari Mondial Quattrovalvole . This is a No Reserve Auction. She is running and driving but Needs Work. I drive her around the neighborhood and small parades. Red in color with Tan Leather interior as you can see the license are current. She starts and runs but I have not had her out on the highway to see what she will do, all the gears work, lights work, horn works, wipers, brakes, clutch, lights, windows, etc. Tires are O.K. but dry. the paint looks original as far as I can tell but the trunk has been repainted, all needs to be polished up. NO Broken Glass and NO RUST.... What she needs is the power antenna is broken, brakes are soft, speedo does not work I have not looked into that for I drive her slow and do not need it. A/C comes on but does not cool, windows are slow but they work. Leaks a little oil I do not know where from. All other gauges seem to work including the Gas gauge. Brake pads look O.K. Headlights go up and down and come on High and Low beam. I have ALL the paperwork on here since Imported into the States and All items repaired with parts list. The belt service was done I think in 1996. I have removed the rear inner fenders to make repairs easier with the rear jacked up and tires off, they will come with the car. The spare tire is in her and so is the jack and tools this will be included. She starts up cold but after a while and shutting her down and sitting is a little stubborn to start but pump on the accelerator pedal and she fires up. I'm sure I have forgotten something in my description of repairs. A deposit will be required after the auction ends of 400.00 dollars. Cash or Certified funds only for the balance, I reserve the right to end the auction Early or Cancel a Bidder for poor feedback. 210-870-6940 You may call me if you wish. The miles are in Kilometers and equals out to about 50,000.0 miles also the VIN is ZFFLD14B000045235 ebay could not list it for some reason.Thank You.

Scuderia Ferrari F138 unveiled in Maranello
Fri, 01 Feb 2013This is the F138, the Formula One challenger that Ferrari CEO Luca de Montezemolo describes as "hopeful" and the eighth and final version of a Scuderia Ferrari Formula One car with a V8 engine - for now. The last digit in this car's name pays homage to that cylinder count, while the first two digits represent the year; next year the regulations will mandate 1.6-liter turbocharged V6s.
The Scuderia did well in pre-season testing last year but at the first race found itself almost two seconds down on the other top teams. With no significant changes to the regulations for 2013, Ferrari focused on weight loss, making components smaller and making the package more rigid, refining every aspect of a car that's essentially an evolution of last year's F2012. The front suspension has been redesigned for aero benefit, and the rear suspension is completely new. The front and rear wings are evolutions, and there's a new air intake design above the cockpit and redesigned intakes on the sidepods. The rear bodywork forms a much narrower package around the redesigned exhaust system, and the KERS is smaller and lighter.
Getting a jump on the 2014 car that will be a clean-sheet design under the new technical regime, Ferrari has integrated the spec TAG 320 electronic controller unit to this year's car. Forbidden from raising the power performance of the engine, the F1 team has worked on maintaining that performance over the three-race life of the engine. And yes, that's a vanity panel over the stepped nose in front.
$3M Ferrari FXX K already sold out [w/videos]
Mon, Dec 8 2014When Ferrari took the wraps off its new FXX K track machine in Abu Dhabi last week, it conspicuously left out some key details. Sure, the Prancing Horse marque told us how much power it produced, and what it had done to the aero package to make it hug the track even closer than the road-going LaFerrari on which it's based – but it didn't tell us just how fast it will go, or how much it will cost. The latest reports, however, seek to fill in those blanks. According to Ferrari marketing chief Nicola Boari in speaking to Top Gear, the FXX K will lap the company's Fiorano test track in 1 minute 14 seconds. That would make it five seconds faster than the LaFerrari, a solid second ahead of the 599XX Evoluzione and two seconds faster than the original FXX. However it seems to fall short of the eight- to nine-second gap those previous XX derivatives opened up over the road-going models on which they in turn were based. So it seems, for the time being at least, that the 1:11.9 lap time recorded by the 333 SP – an open-cockpit sports prototype from the late 1990s – will remain for now the fastest car this side of an F1 racer ever to lap the circuit. The outright record stands at under 56 seconds and belongs to Michael Schumacher in the ten-cylinder F2004 he drove to his seventh and final world championship. As for the FXX K's production, Top Gear reports that Ferrari will build fewer than 40 of them, and that they've all been spoken for – at a price of ˆ2.5 million (more than $3M) apiece. If you're not one of those forty fortunate souls to have put down their deposit, your best chance to see this rare beast in its natural habitat (at least until one of the XX track days hits a race track near you) are the live images above and the handful of videos below. The sunniest Ferrari collection you've ever seen, shot for Forza mag
Sat, 30 Aug 2014There's a stable of about 40 beautiful prancing horses hiding in a Tennessee garage. These thoroughbreds aren't out to win the next Triple Crown, though. Instead, this is one of the best collections of Ferraris in the world where you would probably least expect it.
Photographer and auto journalist Clint Davis went there to write a story about collector Phil Bachman for the Ferrari-focused Forza magazine, and he took some dazzling photographs to go along with his words. At the same time, he brought along a friend to film their day meeting Bachman and his sublime collection.
Amassing this many sensational vehicles would be amazing anyway, but Bachman takes his Ferrari obsession even further. He prefers to get his cars in yellow and tries to get the last production example of a given model. In fact, he already has a reservation for the final LaFerrari. You can probably figure out in what color. Keep your eyes open here for glimpses of a plethora of vintage beauties, but the star of the show might be a yellow FXX.
