2013 Ferrari California Convertible on 2040-cars
Tulsa, Oklahoma, United States
NO TRADES!!! I purchased the car new in December of 2012. This car has never spent a night out of the garage, has never been anywhere near a race track, and has been adult driven only. No aftermarket parts or modifications have been made to the car. The car is 100% as delivered from the factory. The interior color is beige and the carpet color is castoro (light brown). The car has factory red brake calipers. Dash is black with red stitching. The entire exterior of the car is white Bianco Avus and the paint and wheels are completely spotless and undamaged. There has been NO paintwork and zero damage to the car. The car does NOT have clear bra on it and it has ZERO rock chips or paint damage on the front. It has been driven very rarely and on very nice roads only. There are only two signs of wear on the interior of the car. As seen in the pictures, there is one small wear mark on the left side of the driver seat, and one small mark on the center area between the two rear seats. I have the brand new car cover, books, manuals, both keys, etc. This car is basically brand new except cheaper! I am simply selling this car due to having too many cars and not enough garage space. It is an excellent vehicle. I am the original and only owner. I purchased the car brand new from Continental Ferrari in Chicago. Genuine Maintenance Service plan valid through December of 2019. This covers your annual services for free of charge, you just have to get the car to the dealer and they take care of the rest. You essentially have NO out of pocket service costs on this car. I am willing to help arrange transportation and possibly even drive the car to meet the new buyer if somewhere near by. Shipping or transportation cost will be at the buyer's expense. I have tried to price the vehicle extremely competitively compared to other similar cars that are for sale in the market. Please don't waste my time or yours with low ball offers. If you have any other questions regarding the car, please contact me through eBay. Car is available for inspection in person. No test rides until an agreement is made and deposit is placed. The car WILL NOT leave my possession until paid in full and the funds have cleared the bank. I have a clear title in hand. Please check my feedback to see my perfect history here on ebay. I have had several Ferraris over the years and this is by far the nicest one and best condition I have ever seen. It is certainly a 9.8/10 |

Twin LaFerraris roar around Fiorano
Wed, 18 Sep 2013What could possibly be better than a Ferrari LaFerrari running at full clip on the Italian brand's Fiorano test track? The answer is obviously two LaFerraris, both doing hot laps. So far as we know, this is the first time we've had an unadulterated listen - outside of the car, that is - to the latest Ferrari hypercar when it's being ran hard. There's no voiceover or music, just that righteous, hybridized V12.
We're told that the first LaFerrari, without camo, is a production model, while the other car is said to be testing a different exhaust setup. It sounds slightly different, and according to the videographer, it was noticeably louder than the production car. Take a look below for the full 2:48 of Italian V12 noise.
Ferrari to stop supplying Maserati with its engines
Thu, May 9 2019The Ferrari Q1 earnings call was full of information, and perhaps the biggest revelation was that Ferrari is going to stop supplying engines to Maserati. CEO Louis Camilleri broke the news, and The Motley Fool posted a transcript of the whole call online. "Eventually, we will no longer supply engines to Maserati, which actually from our perspective is actually a good thing, both from a margin perspective, but also the fact that we can transfer a lot of the labor that's been focused on the engines to the car side of the business," Camilleri says. Maserati has used Ferrari engines (arguably, one of the most compelling reasons to buy a Maserati) in its vehicles since 2002, a little while after Fiat passed Maserati off to the prancing horse. The partnership continued as both Ferrari and Maserati were under the same house at FCA. Then when Ferrari was spun off from FCA in 2015, they kept the supply steady to Maserati. Those engines include a 3.8-liter twin-turbo V8, 3.0-liter twin-turbo V6 and a 4.7-liter naturally aspirated V8. Camilleri said Ferrari will officially stop in 2021 or 2022, with no intention of supplying anybody with engines beyond that. Of course, this leaves Maserati high and dry with no engines for its growing lineup. Maserati will have to reach into the FCA parts bin, find a new outside supplier or develop its own engines. Battery electric sounds out of the question. As of now, there doesn't appear to be a clear plan going forward. We've reached out to Maserati to see if they have any comment on the situation as it stands.
Autoblog remembers its favorite Ferrari models of the Montezemolo Era
Thu, 11 Sep 2014Italian cars have a reputation for drawing out the fiery, emotional and passionate sides of car enthusiasts - something that becomes abundantly clear when you ask a group of Autoblog editors to rank a list of their favorites.
With the departure of Luca di Montezemolo from Ferrari being fresh on our collective minds today, your friendly team of editors started pleasantly discussing which of the cars launched during his era was our favorite. The conversation was rousing, so we thought it would be entertaining to put the choices to a quick ranked vote, and bring you a sort of Editors' Choice list for road-going Ferraris from the 1990s through today.
Then, of course, all hell broke loose.
