2011 Ferrari F599 Gtb Fiorino F1 Final Edition Factory Warranty 1547 Mi Video!!! on 2040-cars
Walpole, Massachusetts, United States
This car if you can call a work of art a car is quite simply unusual and rare. It is 1 of 40 world wide. The car has had 1 owner who bought it locally at the Ferrari dealer and the only place the car has ever been touched has been the Ferrari dealer. The Ferrari dealer installed nearly $40k worth of upgrades I am told including exhaust, wing, shields, carbon fiber interior, because of this the car is truly unique. It looks magnificent and it has the full remainder of the Ferrari Factory warranty which is 4 years 50k miles. The pictures do not show it well but the color of the car is Bright Ferrari Red and Black interior. The car is ferociously fast and deceptively docile...really...We just dropped it off and had the Ferrari dealer go through and service the car as of a couple of weeks ago. It is detailed, serviced, and ready to go. Passed its check up with flying colors. THIS CAR HAS FULL BUMPER TO BUMPER FACTORY WARRANTY! Call me for a buy it now, we are very serious about selling this car, and we can ship worldwide. Watch the video below, first to call me with a reasonable offer will own the car, https://www.youtube.com/watch?edit=vd&v=9BDOBLNCnLY cut and paste or click the link above. 617-538-2099 Phillip |

Former Top Gear crew starts filming for Amazon show
Wed, Oct 7 2015We might have only a hint at the name and no exact date for a premiere, but fans can celebrate that Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond, and James May are filming once again. Plus, it looks like every cent of Amazon's reportedly lavish budget is being put on the screen. A photo tweeted by Clarkson shows the three hosts standing proudly in front of a Porsche 918 Spyder, Ferrari LaFerrari, and McLaren P1 at a racetrack. Clarkson jokes that the show has just a "skeleton crew" but behind him stand several dozen people, a sophisticated-looking camera rig, and two big trucks. This definitely looks worth the anticipation of the premiere on Amazon Prime next fall. Hammond tweeted the same picture and wrote: "The band is back together and it feels brilliant." Intriguingly, it appears that fellow British auto journalist Chris Harris is currently filming at the same track. He tweeted a photo to Clarkson of the McLaren doing a very smoky slide, while being followed by the other two hypercars. The Porsches in both photos wear the same red-and-white number 3 livery and have the same license plate number. In a later message, Harris was also clear that he wasn't filming there in connection with the trio's Amazon show. This content is hosted by a third party. Ferrari boss Montezemolo expects big changes from FIA
Mon, 02 Dec 2013You'd think that with former Ferrari principal Jean Todt running the FIA, the relationship between the motorsport governing body and the team he once called home would be a solid one. But his former boss expects more from the organization that overseas Formula One.
In a recent interview (excerpts from which you can read below), Ferrari chairman Luca di Montezemolo pointed to some perceived inconsistencies in rulings made by FIA officials this season and called for "strong changes." Among those controversies was a drive-through penalty handed to Felipe Massa at the season-closing Brazilian Grand Prix last weekend, his last for the Scuderia. Massa was reprimanded for cutting across the white line that marks the exit from the pit lane, the penalty for which dropped him from fourth place in the race to seventh, and cost Ferrari its second place in the final standings for the constructors' championship - and with it a good $10 million in prize money. Montezemolo characterized the penalty as "disproportionate and unjust".
The Ferrari chief also pointed to penalties handed to Mercedes as either too harsh or not harsh enough, calling for greater consistency in FIA rulings and implying that more permanent race stewards be appointed instead of alternating race to race.
Supercar 'Holy Trinity' raced at the track, drag strip, and to 186 mph
Thu, Dec 3 2015There was a time when we weren't sure if we'd ever get the Ferrari LaFerrari, McLaren P1, and Porsche 918 Spyder on the track together. Now, we've have a multi-part series dissecting how each supercar approaches all kinds of go-fast tasks. Supercar Driver (SCD) looks at their performances around the track, on the drag strip, and on a runway. SCD didn't get any help from the automakers, it used three cars all owned by one British gentleman, Paul Bailey. The first video has British Touring Car Championship driver Mat Jackson running all three around Silverstone. The second video takes the coupes to Santa Pod Raceway to run the quarter-mile. The third video runs them out to Bruntingthorpe Airfield for a drag race to 300 kilometers per hour (186 mph). We found that latter video especially interesting because SCD shows a graph of how fast each car hit speed marks, and it's interesting to see where the winner made up all of its time and the where the third-place getter lost its time. Nota bene, the McLaren is using its fly-paper sticky Pirelli P Zero Trofeo R tires. You'll find the first video in the series above, the second two videos below. If you still haven't had enough, then check out the Hyper 5 three-part series by Alejandro Solomon filmed at California's Thermal Raceway, starting with the Holy Trinity and adding the Bugatti Veyron Super Sport and Pagani Huayra. Chris Harris also did fantastic work around Portimao with the help of Marino Franchitti and Tiff Needell, with assistance from the factories. This content is hosted by a third party.
