Top Gear's latest trailer shows off a golden Bugatti Chiron

Top Gear is returning on March 5, and after a lackluster first series with the new hosts, the new group seems determined not to hit a sophomore slump. Chris Evans is gone, and the latest teaser trailer shows the new trio of Matt LeBlanc, Chris Harris, and Rory Reid strapped into some pretty fantastic cars, including the Bugatti Chiron and the Ford GT. All of the typical Top Gear segments appear to be present, though the quick cuts don't give us many details. The trailer shows a copious amount of powerslides from an assortment of cars, and even Chris Harris racing around Daytona. Aside from the Bugatti and Ford, cars from Porsche, Lamborghini, Ferrari, BMW, Aston Martin, and Alfa Romeo are all present. Co-hosts Eddie Jordan and Sabine Schmitz don't appear at all, so it seems their roles may be downplayed to focus on three guys, as was the case pre-reboot. We have some hope for this re-relaunched show and will be keeping an eye out for more details in the lead-up to the series premiere. 2014 Ferrari FF

Ferrari announced a panoramic roof option for its all-wheel drive FF at the 2012 Paris Motor Show, promising the new full-length glass panel would offer its well-heeled clientele "a genuine open-air driving feeling, while providing thermal and acoustic insulation." That statement was intriguing, as my experience with glass roofs usually ends abruptly after I close the opaque shade - as a Southern Californian, I always find tinted glass panels too hot during the day and too cold at night.
While the FF I reviewed in August was fitted with a solid aluminum roof, I was fortunate to catch up with a brand-new silver Ferrari FF (it only had about 160 miles on the odometer) with the optional panoramic roof at the Formula One race at Circuit of the Americas just last month. It was my lucky day, as I was about to spend about six hours with the four-place Italian, blissfully enjoying it during the warm day until long after the sun had set on the Texas horizon.

Winningest Ferrari ever feted by Petrolicious

When Petrolicious showed its video starring the legendary Ferrari 250 GTO, we weren't sure it could be topped. Now, barely two weeks later, it has. Somehow, the video crew of one of our favorite YouTube series has gotten its mitts on one of the rarest, winningest, and most unique Ferraris to ever rove the planet.
This is a 1957 Ferrari 625/250 TRC, a customized stunner originally owned by Ferrari importer John Von Neumann that won a number of races across the country during its heyday. There's a lot more to this car than its wins at the Grand Prix of Mexico, Laguna Seca, Riverside and Pomona (and others), though.
See, this car was originally bought by Von Neumann alongside a second 625/250 TRC. Both cars were already rarities, sporting a 2.5-liter four-cylinder race engine sourced from Ferrari's Le Mans efforts. Von Neumann took things a step further, acquiring a 3.0-liter V12, which was then shoehorned into the sleek TRC's body. Yes, wee little Ferrari with a big ol' engine. It's a hot rod, and is one of the best looking, best sounding cars we've ever seen.
