1999 Ferrari 456 on 2040-cars

It has had service and repairs done recently at a Ferrari specialty service independent shop. When I first
bought the car it had the usual smoking on startup. I had the heads redone with new updated valve guides. The oil
was changed 500 miles ago and the P-ZERO tires have less than 100 miles. The windows fit better than most. Minor
shrinking on dash that was there when I got the car. Sticky issues have been addressed. It has aftermarket 19"
wheels and a Tubi exhaust that were on the car when I got it, I do not have the originals.The paint on this car was way
better than any car I had looked at, I believe it to be original. This is not your typical neglected, rode hard and
put up wet 456. I have The books, tools and factory red stretchy car cover.

LaFerrari XX prototype pushed so hard that its suspension fails
Sun, 13 Jul 2014Ferrari has a real challenge on its hands. It made the new LaFerrari hybrid hypercar so extreme already that it left little room to crank it up to 11 and turn it into an XX development prototype like it did with the Enzo and the 599 before it. So it's really going to have to push the envelop to take it that extra step.
That's what it has apparently set out to do with this LaFerrari prototype at Monza, where the Prancing Horse marque was spotted preparing the upcoming LaFerrari XX. In fact, testers ran the prototype so hard that they broke the car's right rear suspension. Which is bound to happen, we guess, when you try to find that extra bit of performance in a vehicle that's already one of the most capable ever devised, but only goes to show how much deeper Ferrari will have to dig to find that even sharper edge.
Either that or Ferrari's working on some sort of four-wheel steering system with automatic camber adjustment... See for yourself in the video below.
Watch how fans honored Michael Schumacher on his 45th birthday outside his hospital
Sat, 04 Jan 2014Michael Schumacher remains in a medically induced coma six days after a skiing accident in the French Alps. While the racing legend spent his 45th birthday in the hospital, listed in stable but critical condition, racing fans from all over Europe descended upon the clinic in which he lies in Grenoble, France, to pay their respects.
The event was arranged by Ferrari, the manufacturer with which Schumacher is most often associated after winning 72 individual races for the Italian marque between 1996 and 2006. In total, Schumacher won 91 races, stood on the podium 155 times and won seven F1 Driver's Championships over the course of his illustrious 19-year career.
Schumacher's family was deeply touched by the outpouring of support and has issued a short statement thanking Ferrari fans for their "incredible sympathies." Why it has a Bugatti Veyron and a Bentley Continental and a Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG with sirens and light bars? Well, here's the reason. This video shows the fleet on display on the Emirate's roads and highways, while also reaching out to the people the police are meant to protect. It's an impressive display of machinery, to be sure. Alongside the Bentley, Bugatti and Mercedes, we spy a Ferrari FF, a Brabus G-Wagen, a BMW M6, a Nissan GT-R, an Audi R8 and a McLaren MP4-12C (although the latest Dubai Police car, the Lexus RC F, is absent).
