My preference, if I keep it, would be to upgrade the sound system entirely."

This is a beautiful Ferrari F430 with the F1 Paddle Shift.

The Car is Red and in excellent condition.

I bought the car from a dealer with only 1500 miles on it. All the other miles were driven by myself. In essence, this is a 1-owner car, because the dealer bought this car for the sole purpose to re-sell.

The car is loaded with many options:

- Ball Polished Wheels
- Carbon Fiber
- Leather throughout
- Aluminum door plates
- Daytona seats WITH red inserts (very cool and rare)
- HiFi system (see disclosure: amp needs to be replaced, sourced at $350)
- and much more...

The most important things I can tell you are the following as a result of a service I just completed this past month:

- car has a manifold warranty good until 2016
- Brand New Tires (less than 30 miles on them, only to drive her home!)
- Everything works: light bulbs, new oil change, electrics, etc.
- Clutch at 62% (this is considered very low wear, meaning I have not "hammered" the car, but rather drove it normally)

In other words, I want to make it clear that this car was just given an extensive service (something I like to do every year or so), with the purpose to inspect as if I were buying it. Besides the amp, all is as it should.

Buyer has the right to inspect of course, but I also must include the following disclaimer:

I am an individual, and as such, I can not, and do not offer any extended warranty. I am selling the car as is, but not because anything is wrong with it, but because I need to protect myself against those who wish to extort money via technicalities in eBay policies.

If you are an honest buyer, this should mean nothing to you, i.e. you're good...

But if you are one of those wanting to extort, move on.

Please see pictures, ask any questions you like. I know what its like to buy a Ferrari, have bought many, from eBay included, and would prefer a smooth, transparent and very happy transaction.

Race Recap: 2013 German Grand Prix is old beginnings, new endings [spoilers]

Mon, 08 Jul 2013

Just like at Silverstone last weekend, the German Formula One Grand Prix started with Lewis Hamilton putting his Mercedes-AMG Petronas on pole. The only thing missing at the pointy end of the grid was his teammate Nico Rosberg, who lined up beside him in England but back in 11th in Germany because of a team error in qualifying. So instead it was Vettel in the first Infiniti Red Bull in second, his teammate Mark Webber in third, the Lotus duo of Kimi Räikkönen and Romain Grosjean.
Again, just like at Silverstone - and Canada - Daniel Ricciardo used his magic beans to impress with the Toro Rosso, lining up in sixth, followed by Felipe Massa in the first Ferrari, Fernando Alonso in the second. Jenson Button in the McLaren, Nico Hülkenberg finished up the top ten.
When the lights went green, it didn't take long for the race to become a black-and-blue affair...

Ferrari posts record profits on restricted volume

Wed, 19 Feb 2014

Most automakers are after one thing and one thing only: selling more cars. Because, after all, selling more cars means making more money. Right? Well that's usually the case, but Ferrari has taken a different approach. Rather than try and sell more cars, Ferrari intentionally sold fewer models in 2013, yet it made more money.
The move was implemented after 2012 emerged as the strongest year in the company's history. Instead of pushing to sell even more cars, it opted to maintain a level of exclusivity by selling fewer - 5.4 percent fewer than the year before, to be specific - thereby ensuring that those it did sell were worth more. As a result, in 2013, Ferrari logged record turnover, profits and finances: on 2.3-billion euros of revenue (up 5 percent from the previous year), Ferrari recorded 363.5 million euros in profit last year - that's roughly $500M USD.
Before you go jumping to conclusions, though, bear a few factors in mind. For one, Ferrari's stakeholders aren't pocketing all that cash - they're reinvesting it into the company: over the course of the same year, Ferrari invested some 337 million euros - 464 million dollars - in research and development. And while the company's extensive merchandizing efforts continue to bring in more cash, at 54 million euros ($74M) raised last year, the branding operation still doesn't account for a sixth of overall revenues. Still, it's little wonder that the experts at Brand Finance have named Ferrari the world's most powerful brand for the second year running.

FCA delays distribution of Ferrari shares

Sat, May 2 2015

Even if you can't afford an actual Ferrari, soon you can own a part of the famous company thanks to its upcoming initial public offering. FCA will put 10 percent of the Prancing Horse on the market in the third quarter of this year. However to reap extra money for 2015's bottom line, the rest of the sports-car maker's stock will remain undistributed for a little longer. According to Automotive News, the strategy is quite simple to understand. FCA is holding off until the first quarter of 2016 to divvy up the remaining Ferrari stock to shareholders. By doing so, the automaker gets to claim 80 percent of the Prancing Horse's profits for its 2015 financial numbers. While FCA is already showing strong results through Q1 2015, being able to add extra cash on the balance sheet is always a plus. FCA hasn't set a specific date for the IPO, but Ferrari stock was announced to be traded in the US and possibly on a European exchange, as well. According to Automotive News, FCA currently owns 90 percent of the company, and Piero Ferrari has the remaining 10 percent, which he isn't selling. Related Video:
