I am selling my 2004 Ferrari 360 F1 Rosso Corsa Spider from my personal collection of Ferraris, Bentleys, McLarens, Lamborghinis and Mercedes.  This stunning 360 has an amazingly low mileage of only 1,176 original miles.  I have searched and cannot find a F360 spider available for sale today that comes even close to this low mileage.

This vehicle is Rosso Corsa with Beige interior and Nero carpets.  This 360  is a mid - late production 2004 and had a warranty start date June 21, 2004.  The car is so original that the reverse lever still has the arrow sticker from the factory and as well as the original sticker on the glove box.

I am the second owner of this very unique Ferrari.  The first owner had this 360 custom built to his specifications with his name engraved on the silver dedication  plate.

This car comes very well equipped with:

  • F1 Transmission
  • Tubi Exhaust
  • Red Brake Calipers
  • 6 Disc CD Changer
  • Battery Charger USA + Prewiring
  • Daytona Style Seat
  • Daytona Seat Leather Stripes
  • Dedication Plate in Silver
  • Handly Fire Extinguisher
  • 'Scuderia Ferrari' Shields
  • Piping in Colour
  • Modular Wheel Rims
  • Nero (Black) Soft-Top color
  • Small Spare Wheel Kit

I have all the books, keys etc.  This car is up to date on all services including a cam belt service which was completed on March 14, 2013 by the Ferrari Dealer.  This vehicle also has clear bra protection on the complete front end and other portions of the vehicle.  All of my cars are meticulously maintained.  I have had the same individual hand wash my vehicles every Saturday morning at my home for the last 8 years.

Please call me if you have any questions; Rick 214.676.8236. I reserve the right to end the auction early.

Ferrari F150 Enzo successor is Geneva bound [UPDATE]

Sun, 10 Feb 2013

Ferrari has announced the automaker will debut the company's "most powerful HyperFerrari [sic]" at this year's Geneva Motor Show. The news came courtesy of Instagram, where the Italian automaker posted a familiar-looking rendering with a quick note. Details are still remarkably scarce, though Ferrari says the successor to the Enzo throne will be able to "turn into a corner" as quick as a Formula One car thanks in part to the fact that the road-going machine will feature as much downforce as an F1 competitor. From what we've heard so far, the Enzo replacement will boast over 800 horsepower from the combination of a V12 engine and a HY-KERS system.
We've already heard some interesting tidbits about the new machine, including the fact that each model will come with a driver's seat tailor made for the buyer. Ferrari says we can also expect to see a quicker 0-120 mph sprint than the old Enzo with 40 percent fewer emissions. Stay tuned for live photos from the 2013 Geneva Motor Show.
UPDATE: After some looking into it, Ferrari does not appear to have an official Instagram account, or at least doesn't list one alongside its other official social accounts. We're of the mind now that what appeared on this Instragram is not officially from the Horse's mouth.

Robert De Niro cast as Enzo Ferrari in new film

Thu, Apr 9 2015

In one of Robert De Niro's early defining roles, he portrays a young Vito Corleone as a man climbing up the ranks of the New York underworld in flashbacks during The Godfather: Part II. Soon, we might see De Niro stepping into the shoes of a godfather from the Italian sports car industry in a biopic about Enzo Ferrari. According to The Guardian, De Niro recently told an Italian newspaper that the film would go into production soon and would shoot in Italy. This project apparently holds a high priority for him, and in addition to starring, De Niro's company is co-producing. It could be a while before we see the film in theaters because the script is still being written. We're also told that Clint Eastwood might sit in the director's chair, if he likes the story. Ferrari had a life every bit as fascinating as many fictional characters with stints as a racecar driver, an engineer and of course a canny businessman. He also held a long passion for motorsports, which could make for some very exciting scenes. According to The Guardian, the film would focus on Ferrari's life from around the founding of his sportscar company in the mid '40s through to his death in the late '80s. With characters like Jake Lamotta in Raging Bull and Sam Rothstein in Casino under his belt, De Niro certainly has shown the chops to portray a larger-than-life figure like Ferrari. Hopefully, he has retained the clout to get the film finished, though. Similar motorsports biographies haven't made it to the screen, such as the supposed Brad Pitt and Tom Cruise flick Go Like Hell or the Mad Men-inspired TV show about sports car racing in the '50s and '60s. Drive inks 10-episode deal with NBC Sports Network

Tue, 20 May 2014

Today is a good day for Chris Harris, Mike Spinelli and Matt Farah, the hosts of the entertaining YouTube series Drive. The show has officially moved from the world of online video and become an actual, honest-to-goodness television show.
In addition to its YouTube exploits, which will continue, ten episodes of the show will air on the NBC Sports Network. The debut will run this Saturday, and coincide with NBCSN's coverage of the 2014 Monaco Grand Prix. From the sounds of it, this first episode should be unlike anything the trio could do on the Internet.
The team is going on a Top Gear-like trans-European adventure in a Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Black Series, a Ferrari F12 and a McLaren 650S. The three will converge on Monaco, and explore the legendary atmosphere that surrounds the principality when the Formula One World Championship rolls into town.
