I am listing this 1995 Ferrari Spider for my uncle that just has to many cars and need's to make room in his garage for the next toy. The car sits on a car lift in a climate controlled garage all year round. This is just one out of four other Ferrari's in the garage and something has to go. This car is literally perfect, the outside condition is spotless with no dings, dents, or scratches, and a amazing water sanded paint job, the front bumper was repainted a few years back to get rid of any road blemishes (only a couple thousand miles put on car since repainted front fascia) The interior is as perfect as it can be with over 4500.00 in plastic replacements do to them getting "sticky" over the years. The seats are like new and do not look like a lot of the older Ferrari's on here with cracks and don't show "wear". The convertible top is black and in perfect shape. I have a packet of detailed service records including oil change's and service records that have been performed over the years including header recall, motor out service's, belts, and the list goes on and on. There has not been any expense spared to keep this car in perfect condition and there is nothing that needs to be done besides be driven! For after markets the car is completely stock besides a Tubi exhaust system that sounds like no other, it honestly turns head's anywhere you go (also have stock exhaust). There is also HRE 3 piece wheels with black centers and chrome lips and pirelli PZero tire's. I have tried to list everything that I know about the car and if there is anything in particular that you need to know about the car feel free to ask and I will find out if I don't know.
I can arrange shipping anywhere in the country at the buyer's expense in a enclosed hauler or open. If you are interested in shipping quote's just send me your zip code and I can find out. Possible trade's for Lamborghini Gallardo or Murcielago Vehicle Vin#- ZFFPR48A5S0103248 Title is clear and in hand for immediate delivery!!! |

Luxury carmakers make way more than just cars
Tue, Feb 24 2015Whether it's as simple as Ferrari offering model cars or as opulent as Bugatti with an $84,000-belt buckle, practically every automaker does more than just sell cars to keep their brands visible. The profits from these ventures might not be enough to keep the lights on, but in such a competitive industry, any extra cash is welcome. For the automakers that get licensing just right, there is a ton of profit to be made. According to a recent story examining the practice by The New York Times, Ferrari makes around $2.6 billion from merchandising each year, and General Motors tops that at $3.5 billion. Beyond just a profit center, merchandising can also protect an automaker's name. Take Hummer for example. The GM division shut down years ago, but it has continued to produce licensed cologne on sale around the world. "Because we still have the active fragrance, we're protecting the brand if we ever decide to bring it back," Gene Reamer, a GM licensing senior manager, told the Times. The whole piece is a fascinating look into this often ignored, but quite lucrative facet of the auto business. Read it for yourself, here. Ferris Bueller Ferrari replica is so choice, and now it can be yours
Sun, Aug 12 2018If you have the means, we highly recommend you consider picking up this replica Ferrari GT Spyder California that had a starring role in 1986 film "Ferris Bueller's Day Off." Granted, Ferris Bueller (played by Matthew Broderick) and his friend Cameron Frye (played by Alan Ruck) ended up completely destroying the car in the movie – don't worry, this wasn't the one that went careening backwards out of a garage. This car, one of three built for the film, is fully restored and is in complete working order, according to Mecum Auctions. Set to go under the auction hammer later this month during Monterey Car Week, the 'Ferris Bueller Ferrari' is a cinematic and photogenic gem, despite the fact that, ahem, it's not an actual classic Ferrari. If it was, trust us, the price would be far in excess of the pre-sale estimate of $250,000-$300,000, which Mecum has placed on the car. For reference, back in 2012, a true 1962 Ferrari 250 GT SWB California Spyder found a new home after someone handed over more than $8-million dollars to buy it. So, all in all, this phony Ferrari could be the steal of century, as long as you don't mind a 5.0-liter V8 engine under the hood, versus a screaming Ferrari V12. Originally built in 1985 by a California company called Modena Design and Development, this car is based around a steel-tube frame and comes powered by a V8 fitted with four Weber carburetors. Power is fed to the rear wheels via a five-speed manual gearbox. Design touches to make the car appear authentic include a Ferrari grille, chrome side vents and wire-spoke wheels, Jaeger gauges across the dash, toggle switches, tan leather seats, a wooden steering wheel and period-correct AM/FM radio. Interestingly, the car is also fitted with air conditioning. The car is fresh from a nine-month restoration, carries its original VIN, and has apparently covered only 1,520 miles since new. Get a load of these crazy European Nimrods
Wed, 05 Mar 2014I've been attending the Geneva Motor Show for the better part of a decade, and it's become my favorite stop on the entire show circuit, in large part because of all the exotic automakers, coachbuilders and green startups. I also love the Palexpo's consistently mind-bending displays of tuners, who typically work exclusively on six-figure automobiles. Some offer subtle improvements and personalization programs, but most seem hellbent on being more outlandish and bizarre than the next, a room full of millionaire class clowns. More often than not, I spy something and think to myself "What kind of Nimrod would do that to a perfectly good ____ ?" This year, that rhetorical question is in fact a self-answering one.
The jokes, they write themselves.
But seriously, if you're wondering who would take a perfectly lovely Ferrari 458 Italia or a Lamborghini Aventador and affix a wild body kit of dubious aerodynamic and aesthetic merit at great extra cost (both to the car's MSRP and to its assuredly grenaded resale value), the answer could very well be Nimrod Elite Tuning, a newer high-end restyling house out of Slovakia. That last locational tidbit might also explain the company's unusual name, which is likely a nod to a mighty Biblical hunter (descendant of Ham and a king of Shinar, Nimrod is mentioned in Genesis and Chronicles) and not meant to be taken as a synonym for "idiot" or "moron."
