Rosso Corsa with tan interior, custom mats. Car is in excellent condition a runs great. 39,500 miles. I purchased it in September of 2010 with 34,033 miles. Has some wear on the driver seat bolster which is common. Can use a seat re-dye in this area that is an easy do-it-yourself job. No sticky parts. E brake handle is the only part that was not redone. Front and rear bumper and side skirts redone. Rear bumper had a shoddy repair done from a minor rear impact. Seems like someone backed into it with a trailer hitch. I had it done correctly and it is now perfect. Front bumper had some scratches underneath which is another common thing with these cars due to the clearance being so low. I also had skid plates installed. Side skirts has some rock chips around wheel wells so I had those redone. Overall the paint is in excellent shape. There is a clear bra over the hood/fender area. I installed expensive aftermarket shields on the sides. Michelin Pilot SS tires were installed @ 37,864 miles so they are like new. These are the same tires that are used in the current models. Clutch was done @ 35,728 miles. Throw out bearing was also replaced with a superior Hill Engineering part. CV boots, motor mounts and all new rear bushings where installed. Dash and instrument pod was recovered in original black leather. New - F1/clutch sensor. 360 pump upgrade, Seat potentiometers, Tubi headers. Both radiators were replaced with good used units including Scuderia Rampante silicone radiator hoses @ 38,490 miles. Rebuilt rear shocks. New battery. Alpine stereo with CD and iPod hook up. Billet aluminum passenger footrest and dead pedal. Annual service just completed for $995. I have shown the car in many shows and I took either 1st or 2nd place. Trophies included in sale. I have the complete toolkit with tire inflator and all manuals in the original leather pouch. Battery charger hookup with charger. I only have the red master fob and one key. Last major was done in July 2010. Ferrari recommends doing the major every three years which no one does. Most people do their majors every four years and sometimes five. If I were keeping it I would do the major next summer. The convertible top is original and needs to be replaced. There are two rips on either side of the top. One about three inches and the other about two inches. They have been stitched up as I was going to replace the top this year. New tops can be purchased on eBay for $800. Only other thing is the operation of the convertible top. It goes down fine but when going up it needs a slight push right behind the driver seat so the fork engages the cam that pushes that side up. Hard to explain but was never a big deal to me. It just has to be realigned and I was going to do that when the top was being replaced. There is a thread on Ferrari Chat explaining how to do this. Recently had a shifting issue where car was going into neutral for reasons unknown. Ferrari of Long Island said my TCU accumulator bottle had a leak and needed to be replaced. I ordered a new 360 bottle and retrofit kit (an OEM 355 accumulator bottle is not available from Ferrari). It was installed and of course didn't solve the issue. I wasn't at all happy as you can imagine so I got Ferrari North America involved. They then found the culprit was the intermittent trunk switch failed and needed to be replaced. This lets the ECU know that the trunk is secured correctly. A relatively cheap fix that was overlooked. All is perfect now.
I put in over $20k in upgrades/repairs with receipts to back it up. I also have service records from 9500 miles
I love this car and it pains me to sell it. There is simply no sound like that of a Ferrari and especially the 355. Lots of TLC put into it. I'm moving on to a newer model. I am being as honest as possible here and if there is anything I missed or if there are any questions, please feel free to ask. I feel the price is very fair for the work performed and what it needs.

For his last act, Marchionne will outline an EV/hybrid roadmap this week
Wed, May 30 2018MILAN/LONDON — Fiat Chrysler (FCA) boss Sergio Marchionne is expected to outline new plans for electric and hybrid cars in a strategy presentation on Friday, aiming to ensure the world's seventh-largest carmaker remains in the race in the absence of a merger. The 65-year-old will present FCA's strategy to 2022, his final contribution to the company he turned around and multiplied in value through 14 years of canny dealmaking. After failing to secure a tie-up he said was necessary to manage the costs of producing cleaner vehicles, Marchionne needs to show the group can keep churning out profits on its own, even as emissions rules tighten, SUV competition intensifies and worries around his succession abound. Marchionne had long refused to jump on the electrification bandwagon, saying he would only do so if selling battery-powered cars could be done at a profit. He even urged customers not to buy FCA's Fiat 500e, its only battery-powered model, because he was losing money on each sold. But Tesla's success and the need to comply with tougher emissions rules have forced Marchionne to commit to what he calls "most painful" spending. "FCA is way behind rivals in terms of hybrid and electric vehicles and they need to hit the accelerator to convince investors they can close that gap," said Andrea Pastorelli, a fund manager at 8a+ Investimenti. Germany's Volkswagen, Daimler, BMW and U.S. rivals GM and Ford have committed to spending billions of euros each in coming years to try produce profitable cars powered by cleaner fuels. FCA needs to present a clear roadmap, just like Volvo Cars, which ditched diesel from its best-selling XC60 SUV, launched a new electric brand and pledged to shift all brands to hybrid by 2019, a banking source close to FCA said, noting: "The tech divide determines winners and losers in the industry." Marchionne has already said half of the wider FCA fleet will incorporate some elements of electrification by 2022, while luxury marque Maserati will spearhead FCA's electrification drive by making all new models due after 2019 electric. But its plans remain vaguer and less advanced than most big rivals and some investors wonder about the capital required to make vehicles compliant, and what share of spending can go to electrification given FCA's numerous demands.
Ferrari still finalizing LaFerrari hardware? [w/videos]
Wed, 24 Jul 2013McLaren, Ferrari and Lamborghini helped make this year's Geneva Motor Show one of the most exciting in recent memory, but the LaFerrari might be a little further away from production than its McLaren P1 hypercar rival. According to GTSprit.com, it sounds like Ferrari is still trying to hammer out the the car's details to ensure the lucky 499 souls laying down $1.5 million aren't left in the dust by a brightly colored McLaren.
While it's not clear what sort of things Ferrari is still working on, the continued development aspect is somewhat substantiated by the fact that the 949-horsepower hybrid supercar is still running around Italy wearing camouflage - albeit light camo. As proof of this, the site also found a pair of enthusiastic amateur spy videos that get some good rolling shots of the LaFerrari out testing. They also show how well the car can handle a roundabout. Both videos are posted below.
Top Gear brings together LaFerrari, McLaren P1 and Porsche 918
Mon, Jan 26 2015Earlier this month, Top Gear released a brief video of the comparison test between three hybrid hypercars we'd all been waiting for: the Ferrari LaFerrari, McLaren P1 and Porsche 918 Spyder. The story was done by the print magazine and not by the television show, and the video they released was barely over half a minute long, reserving the full version for subscribers of the iPad edition. Now the British mag has put the full video on YouTube, and while it's still only a minute and a half long – three times the length of the previous teaser – it's packed with electrified exotic goodness. The test surely took some serious wrangling to put together, and though the metal (or carbon fiber, as the case may be) was apparently furnished mostly by private owners, to hear Top Gear tell it, the manufacturers – Ferrari, McLaren and Porsche – were eager and helpful in putting the showdown together. For the final conclusions, we're afraid you'll still have to buy the magazine, but for a rare chance to watch all these three world-beaters on the same road at the same time, you'll want to scope out this latest video clip.
