Hello everyone, my name is Gus and I am listing this vehicle on behalf on my client who has since retired & now lives out of state, and is the current\second owner of vehicle. Original owner purchased

new in Florida and it remained there until current owner purchased from Domani Motors, for $ 88,900 with 11,624 miles, since then client has invested over $ 20K in services\repairs.

Last spring client brought vehicle to my shop for the 15k service, vehicle records showed that timing belts were replaced 7 years ago, (Ferrari recommends replacement every 5 years or 30K miles)

Removed engine\transaxle assembly and replaced the following:

Timing belts, belt idler pulleys, belt hydraulic tensioners

A\C, P\S, & Alternator Drive belts

Water pump, thermostat, coolant, coolant hoses & expansion tank cap

Removed & inspected all 4 camshafts.

Camshaft housing seals & O-rings, camshaft cover gaskets & seals, rear cam housing gaskets & O-rings

Oil pressure switch, Oil & filter, oil reservoir seals & gasket

Fuel filter, air filters, spark plugs

Fuel Block Recall Performed by Dealer In 2010

Mass air flow sensor

Exhaust manifold gaskets

Power steering hoses, all copper & aluminum sealing washers that I could access

Engine oil pan was removed & resealed, lower trans covers were resealed, (no leaks whatsoever)

Both axle shafts were removed & all 4 CV boots were replaced, CV joints cleaned & repacked

Rear bonnet support struts, and side marker lens.

A\C was evacuated & recharged, blows cold, no leaks

Brake fluid flushed & bled, all fluids replaced.

Client had new tires, 4 wheel alignment & brake pads & battery replaced about 2 years ago.

This Spider starts, runs & handles just like a Ferrari should, prior service records show other services & repairs which were performed, vehicle is up to date.

Brake pressure sensor was also replaced as most recent repair.

Convertible top is fully functional & also have cover with it.

Vehicle is completely stock, no mods or upgrades have been done, it was mostly a Sunday driver for client who stored in heated garage.

All systems are in working order,  radio does not work but new one can easily be installed, minor wear on front driver's seat, minor little nics on drivers side door jam, front bumper was removed & repainted while engine service was being performed, otherwise this car is in very good condition, clean no leaks, turn key daily driver.

Ferrari planning six-cylinder Dino revival?

Wed, Apr 8 2015

Ferrari swore up and down when it was developing the California that it wouldn't be an "entry-level" model. Whether that ultimately proved to be the case or not is up for debate, but it seems that the Prancing Horse marque is now preparing to launch a properly more accessible model in the near future. According to Motor Trend, Maranello is working on a new six-cylinder sports car to serve as the point of entry for new customers – especially in China. Tax implications there could mean the V6 would displace less than 3.0 liters, but likely pack a pair of turbochargers to ensure that output and performance live up to the Ferrari standard. Tipped to arrive in 2019, the six-cylinder model could materialize as a revival of sorts of the Dino line. Named after Enzo Ferrari's first-born son, the Dino sub-brand used mostly six-cylinder engines to take on the Porsche 911 on and off the track. The Dino 206 GT emerged in 1968, evolved into the larger-displacement 246 the following year and ultimately gave way to the very different, eight-cylinder, four-seat 308 GT4 in 1973, later to be rebadged as a proper Ferrari once the Dino brand was put to rest in '76. It's worth noting that Ferrari developed the 3.0-liter twin-turbo V6 for the Maserati Ghibli and Quattroporte, which would presumably serve as the basis for the new entry-level Ferrari. Though FCA typically endeavors to keep its brands from competing directly with one another, Maserati is due to release a production version of the Alfieri sports car concept within the next couple of years, powered by that same engine, and could share its underpinnings with the Ferrari model in question. The six-cylinder Prancing Horse could carry a price tag of around $180,000 to take on the likes of the Porsche 911 Turbo, Mercedes-AMG GT, Audi R8 and the Sports Series which McLaren just kicked off with its new entry-level 570S. 1954 Ferrari 375 MM Scaglietti Coupe named Best In Show at Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance

Sun, 17 Aug 2014

For the first time in the event's 64-year history, the prestigious Best In Show honor at the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance has been awarded to a Ferrari. The 1954 375 MM Scaglietti Coupe seen here is owned by car collector Jon Shirley of Medina, WA, and as it turns out, has quite a rich history.
Nevermind the fact that it's currently one of five road-going 375 MMs - this example was ordered by film director Roberto Rossellini, and was actually born as a Pininfarina-bodied competition Spyder. Following an accident, the car's original body wasn't able to be saved, but the chassis was sent to Carrozzeria Scaglietti in Modena for replacement, and the finished product became the company's first passenger car design for Ferrari.
Following its tenure with Rossellini, the car was owned by Mario Savona of Palermo, and later Charles Robert of Paris. Years later, the car was restored by its current owner in 1995, after being found in an underground garage in a Paris suburb.

Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk and a Final Four of automakers | Autoblog Podcast #723

Fri, Apr 1 2022

In this episode of the Autoblog Podcast, Editor-in-Chief Greg Migliore is joined by Consumer Editor Jeremy Korzeniewski. We start out with news on the Lotus Eletre and Ferrari Purosangue. These two high-end crossovers are followed by discussions about the new inline-six engines from Stellantis and an overabundance of Hummer EV orders. Next we try something we've never tried before: ranking automaker blue bloods. We took inspiration from the current NCAA tournament, which features Duke, North Carolina, Villanova and Kansas — very much traditional blue-blood basketball programs — to name our Final Four automakers. Let us know if you agree or disagree with our picks and what your definition of a blue blood car brand is. We wrap up with a discussion about the Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk that Jeremy's been driving all week. Send us your questions for the Mailbag and Spend My Money at: Podcast@Autoblog.com.
