1999 Ferrari 355 F1 Berlinetta. 32k Miles. VIN ZFFXR41A5X0114235.
For sale by private owner. CLEAR TITLE!
Exterior is Nurburgring Silver with factory shields and red brake calipers. Interior is black.
Transmission is the amazing F1 system.
This is a very well kept exotic - always garaged, never crashed, and never raced! Mechanically sound with good compression on all cylinders. Runs like new and is always an eye-catcher. Exterior is good to very good (a few nearly invisible rock chips/marks but NO DINGS!). There is a hairline crack through the inside portion of the windscreen. Interior needs a little work (stretched leather on instrument hood and passenger airbag), but it does not have the "sticky buttons" problem. It won't win any concours awards, but it's a great driver. I wouldn't sell this car if I didn't have to - it took me nearly a year to find the combo and quality I wanted and I hate to sell it...
The silver color highlights the beauty of the 355 series, and the yellow factory shields really show off on the front fenders. The car RUNS AND SOUNDS INCREDIBLE. The 355's have one of the best sounding exhaust notes ever (and there haven't been any issues with this example's exhaust headers). This car was manufactured in Oct. of 98, right near the end of all 355 production, so basically has all the internal updates that Ferrari included (valve guides, fuel lines, headers, etc.). I haven't had any issues with the car at all!
I purchased the car about 5 years ago from Lotus of Scottsdale via eBay, then had the PPI done by Andy Falbo in Arizona. I had him fix anything that need repair (motor mounts and a few other things), and have enjoyed the car trouble-free ever since! This is truly a spectacular example. I have the owner's manual and warranty booklet as well as the toolset. And if the price goes above 45k, I'll include the full official luggage set (black to match interior) with the car. This is a great deal, and I'm quite sad I have to sell it, but I've got some bills to pay.
The car is located in my garage at my house in Albuquerque, NM. Buyer is responsible for all pick-up and transport fees. $1,000.00 non-refundable deposit at time of winning bid. Balance must be paid in full and cleared before pick-up. 7-10 business days if paying by cashiers check. Or pay by cash or wire-transfer at time of pick-up. Title is free and clear and will deliver when car is picked up. Please ask any questions before bidding. The car is sold as is.

Want to buy a worst-in-show-winning Faux Ferrari Fiero?
Mon, Aug 31 2020UPDATE: This heap sold for $5,001. But don't fret, there are more terrible cars out there for the taking if that's your thing. Today we bring you something truly terrible. It's not just a fake Ferrari built on the guts of an old Pontiac Fiero, it's actually the world's worst fake Ferrari built on the guts of an old Pontiac Fiero. And it's got the award from the Concours d'Lemons to prove it. It's so heinous, in fact, that it has somehow managed to become desirable, at least judging by the bidding history of this bright red affront to Maranello. Powered by a 140-horsepower 2.8-liter V6 engine (covered by an unconvincing and broken fake V12 cover) hooked to an automatic gearbox, this gloriously poor Prancing Horse won't be winning many stoplight drag races. There are bundles of stray wires hanging down from the dashboard, it has high mileage, most of its lights don't work, and it's ugly. Like, really ugly. And to top it off, this Fauxrarri can't currently be registered in its home state of California because it has failed its most recent smog test. Put simply, you're looking at a total piece of junk. But a piece of junk with internet notoriety, having been featured on an episode of Jay Leno's Garage after attending the 2019 Quail Motorsports Gathering — by mistake at first, and then earning a special place next to the porta potties — being the focus of a video series on YouTube and winning the aforementioned ribbon for Worst in Show at Lemons. Somehow, bidding has topped $4,000 at the time of this writing. This content is hosted by a third party. To view it, please update your privacy preferences. Manage Settings. Ferrari LaFerrari supercar to spawn Maserati LaMaserati?
Fri, 22 Mar 2013CAR reports Maserati may benefit from the introduction of Enzo-succeeding Ferrari LaFerrari (shown below). According to unnamed parties, Maserati is keen to create a successor for the MC12 (above) based on the bones of the new Ferrari.
Details are about as scarce as they come, but CAR reckons Maserati has a few options when it comes to building its own supercar. Those include using the suspension, chassis and electrical systems of the Ferrari but with a unique carbon fiber body and without the LaFerrari's hybrid system. The new take on the MC12 could use a detuned version of the 6.3-liter V12 from the LaFerrari or stick a quad-turbo 3.8-liter V8 behind the front seats.
The latter option could see the next MC12 yield up to 900 horsepower, putting it within reach of its cousin as well as hardware like the McLaren P1. Of course, all of this - including our fanciful name in the headline - is just speculation for the time being. CAR says that if the machine makes its way to production, it would could cost well over $1.3 million.
Rosberg survives the Mexican mess | 2016 Mexican Grand Prix recap
Mon, Oct 31 2016Roughly ten messy laps defined the Mexican Grand Prix – five laps at the start and five at the end. Those laps included a couple of actual wrecks and a few more near wrecks that turned the entire day into chaos. To have any chance of winning the 2016 Driver's Championship, Lewis Hamilton needed to get his Mercedes-AMG Petronas across the finish line ahead of teammate Nico Rosberg. Once again we got a weekend full of vintage Hamilton, the Brit dominating the from Friday to Sunday, except for the first corner of the first lap. Pole-sitter Hamilton reached Turn 1 clearly in front of the field. But he couldn't make the corner and stay on track, so he zipped into the runoff area and over the grass, rejoining at Turn 3 still ahead of the field. The stewards didn't penalize Hamilton, one commentator's explanation being that Hamilton "was not battling another car." The non-action left car #44 to enjoy a lights-to-flag win. At that very same corner, Rosberg also availed himself of the runoff area. His infraction seemed destined to incur a penalty until replays showed that Max Verstappen in the Red Bull slid wide and bumped Rosberg, causing the German to go off track. No penalties were handed out there, either. Verstappen would return to hound Rosberg later in the race when angling for second place. Verstappen took a stab through Turn 4 on Lap 50 of the 71-lap race, but ran off the track and lost touch with the Mercedes by Lap 55. Ferrari got half of its strategy right in Mexico, putting Sebastian Vettel hard on the charge in the final stint. The German got within DRS range of Verstappen on Lap 67, with Red Bull's Daniel Ricciardo a little more than a second behind Vettel. On Lap 68, Verstappen pulled the same move as Hamilton at the beginning of the race: the Dutchman ran wide through Turn 1, zoomed over the grass and rejoined the track at Turn 3, staying ahead of Vettel the whole time. With three laps remaining, the stewards chose to investigate after the race. In spite of Verstappen's own team telling he probably needed to cede position to Vettel, Verstappen stayed in front and slowed just enough to put Vettel under threat from Ricciardo. On Lap 70 Ricciardo had closed up to Vettel's gearbox. Headed for Turn 4, Vettel swung outside to take the corner. When Ricciardo moved inside to pass, Vettel moved inside to block the Aussie while both cars were in the braking zone. The Ferrari made light contact with the Red Bull, but Vettel held his position through Turn 5.
