This car is a 9 out of 10.  The color is great - very good looking car.

I bought the car a couple years ago and have driven it maybe 500 miles.  I bought it from a local guy that I know who had this car & a newer 360.  He bought the car from Bobileff Motors.  See info on this shop at bobieff website  At 18800 miles there was a fresh engine out service with belts done.   They have the records on the car for services.    I am selling because I just don't drive it enough so it sits in the garage covered.   I had the itch to have a Ferrari and have had a fun good experience. This car is plenty fast and sounds great!

The only cosmetic issue with car was rock chips on the lower front bumper cowling.  I recently had the Ferrari Dealers body shop replace this fiberglass cowling, paint and apply a clear wrap material to protect future damage.    All work done by West Coast Specialties in San Diego with factory parts & paint.  Looks new really cleans up the car.  This was $14K worth of work.    There is a skid plate under this new work to protect against cracking in the future.

Tires are 75% tread - wheels in good shape.

Interior leather all in great condition.

This is a great car to get your feet wet with Ferrari.  A classic design - fun convertible.  1995 is the last year before Ferrari went computer driven.  So the maintenance & parts are less expensive on this car than the newer models.

LaFerrari gets shakedown from Fernando Alonso

Fri, 09 Aug 2013

Fernando Alonso is quite cool behind the wheel, as evidenced by an earlier video where he gave a full interview while actively hooning a Ferrari F12 around the Nürburgring. So when you see the Spaniard somber-faced and sweating while hustling a Ferrari LaFerrari around the Scuderia's Fiorano test track, you know the new hypercar is pretty demanding.
Alonso doesn't give commentary on this one (except to the engineers at the end), but he does wrestle the 949-horsepower hybrid around the track. It does look like a handful. Take a look below for the full video.

Kimi Raikkonen moving to Ferrari?

Wed, 14 Aug 2013

Kimi Raikkonen, easily one of our favorite current drivers in Formula 1, may be making a move from Lotus to Ferrari, according to a Finnish tabloid called Ilta-Sanomat. Raikkonen, who won the driver's championship in 2007 with the Italian brand, is in high demand and is also rumored to have options on the table from Red Bull and his current team.
Of course, a move by Kimi to Ferrari means at least one of the Maranello-based outfit would need to find another ride. Driving ace Fernando Alonso has publicly voiced his displeasure with the Ferrari chassis, and rumors have the Spaniard considering a move to Red Bull to replace Mark Webber. Buckle up, folks, this Silly Season is shaping up to be bumpy...

Race Recap: 2013 Bahrain Grand Prix follows the template of this year and last [spoilers]

Mon, 22 Apr 2013

The sand, the wind, the penalties, the contact and the one crash - all of them collided to make the Bahrain Formula One Grand Prix a surprise affair from day to day and lap to lap. Oh, and did we mention the tires? Pirelli made a last-minute swap after the amusement park ride that the Chinese Grand Prix turned into with the soft compound tire, and brought medium and hard compounds to the desert. That didn't stop things from falling apart for some teams - literally - and that didn't stop the one team that seems to love the hard compound Pirelli tire.
