One of the hottest cars in the collector car market at this moment - The Ferrari. Whether you are a collector, just getting in to the market or an investor. This is the right car at the right time!

Thank you for viewing our auction for this spectacular 1986 Ferrari 328 GTS. We purchased this vehicle from Ferrari of Scottsdale in AZ and have enjoyed this car as part of our personal collection for almost 2 years. It's now time to pass along the opportunity for another to enjoy.

The exterior of the car is in absolute mint condition. The original Rosso Corsa (red) body has  NO major dents, dings or scratches. The car is 100% rust free and all original paint. All weather strips, trim and glass are in amazing condition as well.

The beautiful tan Italian leather is original and in the excellent condition. Truly the best we have ever seen in one of these Ferrari's. No rips, cuts or stains. Only VERY light average wear and tear, absolutely nothing to be concerned about.

A/C on the car blows cold and all the electrical components are working minus the radio (turns on but static comes from the speakers).

Mechanically the car is sound and ready for driving. This Ferrari has been enjoyed since day one for 49K miles. A driven Ferrari is a serviced Ferrari. The vehicle was serviced by a Ferrari specialist when we purchased the car. Everything that needed to be serviced at that time was completed (less than 500 miles since then). The car has been driven in the South Florida traffic with no issues of over heating. Rest assured this is a turn key driver.

We have included as many photos possible to assist in our description. However, if you require additional photos and/or have any questions please feel free to contact, Gaston via message or call (786) 486-7746.

Man orders LaFerrari for wife, dies before seeing gift delivered [w/video]

Fri, Jan 9 2015

Ferrari has been profiling some of the 499 buyers of the LaFerrari in its official magazine, and the latest issue features Austrian-born Swiss artist Cornelia Hagmann. Her husband and Ferrari collector Walter Hagmann ordered a Rosso Corsa example of the supercar for Cornelia, but Walter passed away slightly more than a year ago, before it could be delivered. There's no reason to doubt that, as Ferrari says, her husband's gift is the car closest to her heart. The video above captures some behind-the-scenes moments during the photo shoot for the magazine, and there's a press release below with a few words about the article. We've also included a video below about another Swiss citizen, Ferrari collector, and LaFerrari buyer, Albert Obrist, whose love affair with the brand began when he went to the Grand Prix of Switzerland in 1951. An encounter with an artist and the car closest to her heart Maranello, 2th January 2015 – Cornelia Hagmann is an Austrian-born painter and sculptor that has made Switzerland her home for many years. Her wonderfully rich paintings are mostly of landscapes sumptuous with greenery and flowers. She does, however, have a second great passion: for Ferrari. This enduring fascination was sparked by her late husband, Walter Hagmann, a Swiss businessman and leading Ferrari collector, who unfortunately passed away a little over a year ago before the delivery of the magnificent Rosso Corsa LaFerrari he had ordered as a gift for his wife. In an interview with The Ferrari Official Magazine, Cornelia talks not just about her art but also her love of speed and the Prancing Horse. Plus, of course, her LaFerrari: "It's a real work of art: I could spend hours just staring at it...." This video features a few moments from the photo shoot that accompanies the interview.

Ferrari to launch new model every year, keep production limited

Tue, 06 May 2014

You've no doubt perused the big news coming out of Fiat-Chrysler's headquarters in Auburn Hills, MI today. But at the end of the brand discussions, Sergio Marchionne spoke briefly about an incredibly important, low-volume part of the Fiat-Chrysler empire: Ferrari.
"You do need one of these cars in your driveway," Marchionne joked. And while other brand heads today lined out detailed plans for future product, Sergio's words about Ferrari's next five years were very simple, and very vague.
Marchionne confirmed that Ferrari will launch a new car every year between now and 2018. The cars will have a four-year lifecycle, after which, "M" versions will be produced, with a separate four-year cadence. No specific models were mentioned during Marchionne's presentation.

Ferrari threatening to fine journalists $69,000 for breaking LaFerrari embargo?

Tue, 22 Apr 2014

In automotive journalism, we deal with embargoes on a regular basis. For the uninitiated, these are agreements between publications like Autoblog and manufacturers. While news embargoes (where pubs are provided with information and images and agree to hold until a predetermined date) are fairly common, today, we're focusing on drive embargoes. These are what we generally end up signing when we attend a vehicle launch. Generally, these are in the media's best interest. As drive programs are spread out over a week or two with multiple different "waves" of media, drive embargoes put the biggest and smallest publications on level footing when it comes to publishing reviews.
According to a report from Autocar's Steve Sutcliffe, Ferrari has taken its drive embargo for the LaFerrari hypercar a bit too far. See, initial reviews from the few publications that attended the drive event for the hybrid-powered monster can hit the newsstand or internet on April 30. Originally, syndicated stories - those sold by freelancers or publications to other outlets - couldn't be published until May 12. These syndicated reviews are big money for larger magazines and, in the case of freelance journalists, are a primary source of revenue. Inexplicably, though, Ferrari has pushed the syndication embargo back to May 26, which is bad news for everyone involved (aside from Ferrari).
This could have been nothing more than an annoyance. The stories would still get sold (although it might be for a bit less coin, considering the initial reviews will be nearly a month old) and you'll still be bombarded by reviews of the LaFerrari not once, but twice, just as Ferrari planned.
