The Deposit:
Please be ready to place a deposit within 48 hours of auction's close.
All transactions must be completed within 7 days of the end of auction.
If the car is not as represented upon your personal inspection here in
St. Louis, your deposit will be promptly refunded.
Tax, Title and License:
Missouri residents are responsible for applicable sales tax in your county as
well as title and licensing fees. If you live outside of Missouri,
you are responsible for applicable tax, title and licensing fees in your area.
NOTE: If the deposit is not received within forty-eight hours,
(2) business days or if the sale is not complete within 7 days of
the close of the auction, we reserve the right to sell to the next
highest bidder or to another qualified buyer.
Vehicle may be sold by dealership before end of auction.

However, with all pre-owned automobiles, the condition is subjective, so we recommend that the
potential buyer fly out to inspect as well as test drive any of the vehicles before finalizing
purchase. If your personal inspection is not possible, we will be glad to help facilitate an
inspection by your chosen local independent service center and will make arrangements to
deliver the vehicle to them for this purpose. All vehicles are sold in "AS IS" condition.
However, extended warranty options are available on most vehicles. Please be advised that
no oral statements concerning any vehicle constitute a representation or warranty of the
condition of said vehicle. Our goal is to provide you with the best service and the most
comfortable buying experience on eBay. We do not accept escrow, and all inspections must be
done prior to delivery. The only fee associated with the sale is an $285.00 processing fee
which covers processing of paperwork, pre vehicle delivery costs, cleanup, FedEx, etc and a
30-day temporary registration so the vehicle can be driven prior to transfer of title in your area.

In regards to winning bidders and Buy Now option customers: All winning bidders and buy-it-now
option bidders must fly out and personally inspect the vehicle. If the vehicle is not as
represented upon personal inspection, We will not only promptly refund your deposit, but
will reimburse airfare based on your coach ticket value as well. This is another way for us
to assure your satisfaction in conducting business with our company. Feedback must be left at the time of delivery following final inspection.
Pertaining to non eBay winners, anyone with a deposit but the sale is pending financing, 3rd party inspection
or any other contingency, the said vehicle will not be held and is subject to be sold at any time,
until all contingencies are removed and a manager or owner accepts and signs the purchase order.

Scottsdale always brings some pretty high-value metal across the auction block, but this year saw a particularly pricey array of classics trade hands. In fact, Hagerty reports that, with over $292 million in total sales from the various auction houses present, this past holiday weekend saw an 18 percent increase over last year – the second-highest year-to-year increase in Arizona automobile auction history. The Pratte Collection auction handled by Barrett-Jackson sold to the tune of $35.5 million, accounting for a large portion of overall sales, but even without that staggering array of classics, there was still an enviable array of machinery on the block this year. The highest-value lot not only of this year's event but of any year prior was the 1964 Ferrari 250 LM that RM Auctions sold for $9.6 million. And as you might have guessed, Ferraris accounted for the lion's share of the top ten results this year – including the first, second, third, fifth, seventh, eighth and both the lots that tied for tenth place on the list. In fact, three out of the top ten were Ferrari 275s. Coming in second place was the 1966 Ferrari 275 GTB Competizione that Bonhams sold for $9.4 million, which – like the 250 LM – was also raced by Scuderia Filipinetti. It was followed by a '59 Ferrari 250 GT LWB California Spyder sold by Gooding & Company for $7.7 million. Barrett-Jackson sold a '66 Shelby Cobra 427 Super Snake for over $5M, Gooding handled a '62 Ferrari 400 Superamerica ($4M), and Barrett-Jackson's 1950 GM Futurliner brought in another $4M for charity. The remaining top ten was filled out by a '67 Ferrari 275 GTB/4 ($3.6M – RM), a '73 Ferrari 365 GTS/4 Daytona Spyder ($3.3M – RM), and a '54 Pontiac Bonneville Special Motorama concept ($3.3M – BJ), with a '66 Ferrari 275 GTB/2 Longnose and an '84 Ferrari 288 GTO tying for tenth place at $2.75M apiece by RM. If Ford went and tested a NASCAR engine in a production Ford Fusion, it'd just be silly. Ferrari testing its new 1.6-liter, turbocharged V6 Formula One engine in a LaFerrari hypercar is not silly - it's excellent. Now, we can't be certain if the video shown above is actually Ferrari's new F1 powerplant. Based on the big roof-mounted intake, the weird sounds coming from the camo'd LaFerrari and the teasers we've been hearing from other F1 engine providers, the race engine is a tantalizing idea. The other possibility, perpetuated by our friends over at Road & Track, is that Ferrari is using the LaFerrari to test a next-generation powerplant. Short of parking your dream car in your living room, the second best petrolhead thing to do is craft a living room table out of an engine block, or to turn a junkyard luxury car rear seat into a fancy leather couch. Some people also take a racing seat and repurpose it as a desk chair or a gaming setup. But there are automobile manufacturers that want to bypass all that, offering car-related furniture as brand new items instead of putting the seats in cars first. Regarding desk chairs, it's Ferrari this time that wants to cater to a customer's office needs. The famed upholstery house, Poltrona Frau has created interiors for Ferraris since the 1980s, and now there's a specially designed office chair called the "Cockpit", trimmed in Poltrona Frau leather. The modular chair comes in two guises, "President" and "Exclusive", and the former features a high backrest, strongly resembling a racing car seat. The Exclusive version does without the backrest. Ferrari says that the materials, including carbon fiber are the same used to make car seats, and that the seats can be customized according to the customer's needs. The second set on offer is Bentley's new Home collection of furniture. The set has been designed by the architect Carlo Colombo, and it comprises several sofas, a chaise longue, tables, chairs, beds, cabinets and lamps. There are eucalyptus and maple woods used in the furniture pieces' construction, with the quilted leather making an easy mental connection with the similarly detailed interior of, say, the Bentayga. Of course, a Bentley furniture collection would seem out of place without a Bentley in the garage.
