2005 Dodge Ram 3500 Cummins Diesel 4x4 Auto 136k Miles on 2040-cars
Spokane, Washington, United States
For sale, a 2005 Dodge Ram 3500 Cummins Diesel 4x4, single rear wheels, Automatic tranny that was recently rebuilt with a BD Torque Converter and Oil Pan. The engine was also recently rebuilt so the engine only has 2000K miles. Local company did the machine work and I put it together. Drives good and strong! It has brand new tires with custom wheels. 325/50/22 Load Range E. Custom heavy duty front and rear bumpers. New headlights. Replaced the hood and one fender (too many dents) before it was painted.
Very nice looking custom truck! No smoking and no pets. Overall a great truck for a good price. Will turn heads for sure!!! Here are some issues that I have noticed on the truck. The biggest one is that the AC freon has leaked out. It worked all summer long and in the fall it leaked out for some reason. Haven't found the cause yet. The 4x4 light on the cluster has burned out (when you switch to 4x4 the light doesn't go on). The overhead driver side light (that is inside the cab) also doesn't work. (passenger light works) That is all the issues that I have found. Truck does have a salvage title due to going through and insurance claim because of engine damage. If you need more pictures, let me know and I will email them to you. No low-ball offers please and no trades. Any other questions, feel free to ask. Call me at 509-496-2858, Alex. Buyer is responsible for all shipping/transportation cost. |

Ron Burgundy calls Durango a 'terrible car,' yet his ads help sales climb by 59% [w/videos]
Fri, 22 Nov 2013Ron Burgundy was put on this planet to do one thing: to read the news. If that ever falls through, though, the womanizing, scotch-drinking anchorman could have a great career just as a Dodge salesman. Bloomberg points out that sales of the 2014 Dodge Durango have rocketed up 59 percent in the first month of Chrysler's funny new ad campaign (which began in early October). But then again, the entire year has been strong for the big SUV, with year-over-year sales increases in the double and even triple digit percentages - including an increase of 117 percent in August.
Of course, the Durango has also received a wealth of new content and a freshened look for 2014 in addition to the Burgundy campaign, and that has to be helping close sales, too. Whether or not the spots themselves are leading to more sales may be a moot point, since they are definitely getting plenty of attention. Almost two months into the marketing tie-up between Dodge and the movie Anchorman 2, Dodge's YouTube videos have received well over seven million views. More than just YouTube shorts and television commercials, the Durango has even received late-night attention, including when Will Ferrell showed up in character as Ron Burgundy on Conan earlier this week.
In the interview, he calls the Durango a "terrible car" that "cracked in half," a joke that probably had Dodge ad execs squirming uncomfortably in their Barcaloungers. Scroll down to watch the Conan interview as well as some of our favorite Burgundy-pitched Durango ads. And there's still plenty of time to "touch" Ron to win a new Durango.

We got an inside look at Mopar's cars that will be on display at the show, which also include a Dodge Challenger T/A concept, two crazy Jeeps and a Ram 2500 Outdoorsman that could change the way you camp. While these are some of our favorites, Mopar is bringing plenty to SEMA, so let us know your top choices in the comments section.
Toyota, Lexus dominate KBB's Best Resale Value Awards
Tue, 19 Nov 2013Toyota and Lexus stormed the 2014 Kelley Blue Book Best Resale Value Awards, winning a combined 18 categories including best brand and best luxury brand. This marks the third year in a row that both automakers have won the Brand and Luxury Brand resale value awards. In all, Toyota won 11 categories and Lexus won seven.
Honda made a good showing, as well, winning two segments (Accord Plug-In Hybrid and Civic Si) and putting one car on the top-10 Best Resale Value list (CR-V). Chevrolet did even better, winning two segments (with the V6 Camaro and the Corvette) and placing three cars on the top-10-overall list (again, the Camaro and Corvette, plus the Silverado 1500).
The other winners came from Jeep, Dodge, Infiniti, Subaru and Audi. To give you a clearer picture of the Toyota and Lexus domination, their 18 mentions represents more than half of the 34 awards (including the top-10-overall list).
