2015 Dodge Charger configurator opens up shop

Itching to get your hands on a new 2015 Dodge Charger? Your day is almost nigh, my friend While you're waiting, you can spec out how you'd want your muscle sedan to look as Dodge has included the revised four-door in its online configuration tool. Though it's not the most impressive or interactive of configurators we've seen, the site lets you choose any color you want (from the limited array available anyway) along with all the key options packages and such. First you'll need to choose a trim level though, but we're afraid the Hellcat version isn't part of this site, and the SRT site hasn't launched a configurator yet for the world's fastest production sedan, so you'll have to choose between SE, SXT and R/T trim levels. One has James Bond Mode, Insane Mode, Creep Mode, and, yes, Insane Creep Mode. The other has 707 horsepower and is a heck of a lot cheaper. But which one is the bigger American badass? We figure most people already have strong opinions on the Dodge Charger Hellcat and Tesla Model S P85D, and they aren't likely to be swayed too far in the opposite direction by another person's viewpoint. These cars are headed to the Great Crusher In The Sky

It happens every year. We bid adieu to some cars and trucks that will be missed, and say good riddance to others wondering how they stayed around so long. Whether they're being killed off for slow sales or due to a new product coming along to replace them, the list of vehicles being discontinued after 2012 is surprisingly long and diverse.
CNN Money has compiled a list of departing vehicles, to which we've added a few more of our own. In the slow sales column, cars like the Lexus HS 250h, Mercedes-Benz R-Class and the full Maybach lineup appear, while the Ford Escape Hybrid, Mazda CX-7 and Hyundai Veracruz are all having their gaps filled with more modern and more fuel-efficient alternatives. Obvious exceptions to the rule include models that still sell in decent numbers like the Jeep Liberty and the Chrysler Town & Country (which will eventually be replaced by a crossover-like vehicle).
