I have a very rare, pristine condition, low mileage example of a 2002 Dodge Ram 2500 for sale. I am only the second owner of this pristine truck. I came across the truck in Tennessee, purchased it, and had it shipped to my home here in North Carolina. It has never been in any type of accident, or had any paintwork, rust or damage. It is completely stock and original. The truck is one of the lowest mileage '02 Rams for sale in the country, and arguably in the best condition. It has been a rarely driven and is a 3rd vehicle for us. Those of you that know about these trucks know that they are the last of the simple, heavy duty, Diesels. They are known for their reliability and longevity--built to last well over 500k+ miles. It routinely gets 18-19mpg, and tracks straight as an arrow. This is truly a turn key truck, that can be driven anywhere--and with its mileage, it's nearly 1/3 the price of a new truck. The non-smoking interior is immaculate and as new. No cracked dash like many older Rams out there. I have listed most of the options as well as a photo link below. I have the original books as well as the factory window sticker. I am very reluctantly having to part ways with my truck to help pay for some recent, unexpected, very expensive home repairs. You will be hard pressed to find a lower mileage as new '02 Ram for sale anywhere on the market today. 40+ cars that barely avoid the gas guzzler tax

The Gas Guzzler schedule, with mpg ratings and charges that haven't changed since 1991, lays out which fuel-swillers owe what to Uncle Sam.
I started thinking about the "Gas Guzzler Tax" - considerably less well known as The Energy Tax Act of 1978 - when I was driving Dodge's new Challenger SRT Hellcat last week. Unsurprisingly for a car that can burn 1.5 gallons of gas per minute at max tilt, theoretically able to empty a full tank of premium in about 13 minutes, the Hellcat will be subject to the Gas Guzzler Tax schedule when it goes on sale.

2015 Dodge Charger configurator opens up shop

Your day is almost nigh, my friend While you're waiting, you can spec out how you'd want your muscle sedan to look as Dodge has included the revised four-door in its online configuration tool. Though it's not the most impressive or interactive of configurators we've seen, the site lets you choose any color you want (from the limited array available anyway) along with all the key options packages and such. First you'll need to choose a trim level though, but we're afraid the Hellcat version isn't part of this site, and the SRT site hasn't launched a configurator yet for the world's fastest production sedan, so you'll have to choose between SE, SXT and R/T trim levels.
