Hello diesel family and friends, here is a quick snapshot if what I'm about and my policy's please read over to get a feel for what I'm doing and please let me know if you have any other concerns. my name is Tom my wife and I have been licensed PA new and used Truck dealers since the late 70's and have been involved in diesel trucks as our speciality. We have recently downsized 5 years ago, to a small mom and pop operation here in carlisle PA (E-Motors) to sell 2 or 3 trucks a month, we are small and I do this more for a hobby than anything else.(low overhead low prices) I know these old Cummins diesel trucks inside and out and I personally drive one and love these trucks so much. What I hate the older ones here in the northeast since they just melt away from all the rot and bondo they are loaded up with so I fly out west to California and other west coast states, and deep in the south to buy a few creampuff 1 owners and drive them home to sell in the northeast to folks who have never seen a no rust old vehicles. Trust me they are not cheep, but worth the extra if you can swing it. A few things to know before bidding or becomming interested in one of my trucks, I do not play games with the price, I do my homework and I price my trucks to sell in a week which they all normally do, I also do airport pickup at Harrisburg International, I am a bonded tag agent and issue temp tags/title transfer on the spot at my office, I also do long or short deliverys and have on call hours 7 days a week from 9-9 east time. 717 991 0568 I also DO not price my trucks to do any trades or do any financing, nor do I inflate my price to consider any lowball offers, like we used to do as new truck dealers, for example::if your thinking thousands less I wont be able to help you on this one but possibly on something else I get in the future so keep looking, but serious buyers ready to buy with cash please get in a good offer and lets deal I let a tiny amount of room to wiggle, I do reserve the right to CLOSE ebays ad at any time for a buy it now buyer either online from another site or on the phone or on the lot, I will consider a buyer serious with a up front deposit only,to close auction,, otherwise I'll not consider a buyer serious. I will represent all vehicles professionally, and deal up front and honestly, treat all customers or callers with the utmost respect and courtesy, using my abilitys, experence and talents to help all buyers get the best truck and deal possible wheather its from me of another seller, rule number 1 is to be a blessing and the blessings to me will follow eventually, my only request is you deal with me in a similar fashion, thanks folks looking fordward to meeting you...Tom 717 991 0568 Ok now about the awesome cummins truck....I have a Texas Southwestern 1 owner 01 Dodge Ram 2500 Cummins 4x4 turbo diesel 24 valve Larimie SLT longbox quad cab for sale...Truck is awesome and since its from the south west part of texas it is all 100% original paint without any rust or painting,,,Door bottoms, 1/4 panels, frame all spotless. paint is still nice and glossey too, very good straight body condinton, remember guys mileage dont put these babys in the boneyard, not servacing them accidents and rust do, this has none of those items and its life expentcy after the full onceover by me is another 200K at least! Mechanically awesome, good fuel pumps with recent clutch and inj pump. Tires over 1/2, good brakes, ball joints and exhaust. Drives nice and straight over the interstate, engine fires right up no blow by leaking or oil burn. Shifts perfectly with no grinds or issues, 4 wheel working good too. Inside the seats are clean with no rips or tears, no cracks on dash, smells nice no stains, smoke, or oders at all. Toys all work, Outside of expected normal wear and tear like stone nicks and chips, small scraches interior wear ect truck is perfect otherwise.. Hopefully you've read the first few paragraph's about my pricing, 12995 is what I need and its well in line with stick cummins in mint condition market price but will deal a little on price to serious buyers on lot, online, or on phone and will shut down ebay for all resomable buyers with deposits. eGarage interviews a couple with 65 Vipers
Thu, 12 Sep 2013Owning multiple vehicles can be a hassle worth enjoying if you're willing to spend the time and the money required to acquire and maintain them. But when it's hard to make ends meet while underused valuable hunks of metal, plastic and rubber sit happily taking up garage space, journeys into the depths of other people's well-developed automotive obsessions will either bring you and your cars closer together, or compel you to sell them off before you become one of those fanatics. A recent video by eGarage is one of those journeys, and it's not for the faint of heart: D'Ann and Wayne Rauh own 65 Dodge and SRT Vipers in a collection of automobiles that exceeds 100.
We're not sure if the couple has developed heat-resistant calves from stepping over Viper door sills made burning-hot by side-exhaust pipes, but we wouldn't be surprised if they did. We did learn that their obsession with the no-holds-barred sports car started in 2006 with a trip to a dealership to buy just one Viper, which goes to show how innocently car obsessions can start. But the Rauhs seem to be doing just fine - perhaps better - 64 more Vipers later.

1 Of 1 Dodge Viper looks a fabulous mess in Chicago
Fri, Feb 13 2015Earlier this year, we told you about the new Dodge Viper 1 Of 1 program, which offers buyers the chance to customize their supercars to the tune of some 25 million different combinations. With 8,000 paint colors, 24,000 hand-painted stripe patterns, 10 wheel options, and 16 interior trims to choose from, you'd be right to think that the possibilities for personalization are endless, and can probably get a little weird. That's kind of what's going on here in Chicago, with a Viper showcar that's definitely... unique. It doesn't really look bad, necessarily. It's just kind of strange. We call this color job, "Oh no, there are tiny paint cans falling from the sky, but I simply can't stop driving 200 miles per hour." And when it came time to spec wheels, it looks like FCA US said, "Aw heck, let's just use all of 'em." You'll definitely want to take a look at this unique creation, in the gallery above. Dodge idles Viper production again at Conner Avenue
Mon, 07 Jul 2014You've got to hand it to Dodge for having the gumption to put the original Viper into production in the first place. It was, after all, much more of an emotional decision than a practical one, and a move which saw the first production V10 engine placed in a road car - long before the advent of the Lamborghini Gallardo, Audi R8, Porsche Carrera GT or Lexus LFA, not to mention the other Ford, BMW and Volkswagen Group models that used such engines.
It's now been 22 years since the first Viper entered production and the Viper still rolls on several generations later, but we're sad to say that courageous decision has not always been met with overwhelming sales success. In fact parent Chrysler was forced to idle the Conner Avenue plant where the Viper is made back in April due to slow sales. And while production resumed again as planned on June 23, it apparently didn't do the trick.
As a result, Chrysler corporate communications chief Shawn Morgan revealed to Autoblog that the assembly line has been shut down again for another two weeks. The line was up and running for nearly two full work weeks from June 23 until the holiday weekend that started on Thursday, July 3. But instead of coming back online today as planned, it's been idled again for the weeks of July 7 and 14. That means it will be July 21, at the earliest, before the serpentine supercars start slithering down the assembly line at Conner Avenue again. Once it does, however, production is set to resume at the same pace it was before the shutdown.
