1999 Dodge Ram, four wheel drive, 5.9 liter V 8. I am the original owner and the only one to ever drive it. Runs strong and drives well. Truck was in a hail storm a couple of years ago, so it has a salvage title. No glass is damaged.
Leather drivers seat is torn badly. There are many pieces of interior plastic that are damaged or completely broken. Truck has an ARE bed cover, waterproof, but the lift shocks need to be replaced. Power drivers seat does not work. The top dash cover was replaced. Flapper valve for the A/C is broken, but the A/C works fine.
Transmission was totally rebuild using aftermarket parts at 137000 miles. Engine and transmission mounts and u joints replaced at 163000 miles. Front hubs, Pittman arms, track bar, stabilizer shock, tie rod ends and shocks replaced at 166000 miles. Rear shocks done at same time. Rear differential rebuilt at 170000 miles. Brakes done at 174000 miles. New radiator and heater core done at around 160000 miles.

Experience the New York Auto Show by drone
Fri, Apr 10 2015The Autoblog team recently returned from wildly running around the Javits Center to cover all the news and debuts at the New York Auto Show. Sometimes, it's nice to take a more serene look at the exhibition floor, though, and the event's organizers are providing that exact opportunity by flying a drone through the hall. Combined with the down-tempo music, this clip feels like a form of automotive meditation. If you're going to miss the show in the Big Apple, the drone also provides a good overview at the exhibition floor, especially at the stands from Lexus, Buick, Dodge, Mercedes-Benz, Toyota and BMW. Plus, it's a fun way to see some vehicles from a completely different angle than they ever appear on the road. Bid on the incredible George Barris Supervan in Scottsdale
Fri, Jan 22 2016Barrett-Jackson's upcoming Scottsdale, AZ, auction features the groovy Barris SuperVan, which came from the mind of car customizing legend George Barris. He even autographed the interior. Passengers enter the SuperVan through the hinged windshield, and once inside they can party in style thanks to the roof-mounted disco ball. However, occupants can't get too wild because the massive side windows don't leave much room for privacy. Barris built the van around a 1966 Dodge Tradesman A-100 with a three-speed manual gearbox and a 318-cubic-inch V8. Barris originally called the van the "The Love Machine," and it later had quite a Hollywood career. Its on-screen appearances included the '70s movie SuperVan, and a repainted version served as a Hill Valley Transit bus in Back to the Future II. After his passing at age 89 last year, Barris' creation might see a further boost in value. Barrett-Jackson doesn't offer a price estimate for the SuperVan, but we can't wait to see what this groovy vehicle sells for with no reserve. Collectors already valued Barris' work before his death. For example, his 1960s Batmobile, which was likely Barris' most famous creation, went for $4.62 million at a Barrett-Jackson auction in 2013. 2015 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat gets brace of new videos
Wed, 21 May 2014Yesterday's big announcement focusing on the new Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat had plenty of stuff going for it - information, pictures and the rabid enthusiasm that always accompanies such an eagerly anticipated reveal. What it was lacking, though, was a proliferation of videos of the new model.
Sure, yesterday's news came with one clip, but today, Dodge has come through with five videos. We've arranged them in what we think will be the most entertaining order, covering the powertrain, before moving on to exterior and interior design, then on to a full CGI dissection of the SRT Hellcat before capping things off with a piece on the non-supercharged Challenger SRT392.
