I am not exactly sure if the engine is SOHC or DOHC so if that is important to you, PLEASE be sure to check with me, and in the meantime I am going to try to find out.
The vehicle has a clear title BUT I do not know where I put it. I will sign whatever paperwork is needed for you to obtain title, at your/winning bidder's expense, and you need to follow up on it. The car ran as of a couple of months ago. I did not start it today when deciding to list it, and I suppose with such an old vehicle that could change at any time anyway. I have been keeping this car as a back-up emergency car, but decided to get rid of it since I don't want to pay the insurance on it any longer. It always ran great when I was using it regularly, even after it was in a slight accident (another driver hit my vehicle on the rear passenger side, as can be seen in pictures. I decided not to repair it at the time. Repeat, this vehicle has been in an accident. The car is old and rusty and not the original paint. The plastic inside is old and cracked. It has front power windows, but they no longer work. Power locks do not work either. Cassette player/radio does not work. Air conditioner never really worked, that is probably the newest area in the vehicle as I had it replaced a few times, along with many engine components. Air bags, I never had a chance to try out the airbags, but they are so old they probably don't work either. Cruise control, I had that repaired 6 years ago (give or take 2 years) and did not use it often so not sure if it worked the last few years or not. I would say the only reasons to purchase this vehicle is for spare parts, and the parts I think may be salvageable are engine parts and manual transmission. But I am no expert so don't take my opinion as fact. Feel free to ask any questions, which I will try to answer as best I can. The auction needs to be paid within 24 hours of closing else the transaction is null and void and I will re-list. By clicking the image below you should be taken to my online web album.

Sunday Drive: The future looks bright, and the present ain't bad, either
Sun, Oct 1 2017A look at the week that just passed proves that Autoblog readers love looking into the future. Spy photos of the next Porsche 911 and a mysterious Dodge Demon prototype led the way last week as some of our most popular stories. A teaser from Subaru has our appetites whetted for the next WRX, and we're intrigued by the value proposition offered by the rear-wheel-drive Kia Stinger. Long-distance motorcycle tourers went gaga over leaked images of the next Honda Gold Wing. Such intense interest comes as no surprise considering that it's the standard by which all its competitors are judged, and it looks to be getting some serious new technology in its next iteration. And finally, we can't help tooting our own horn a bit. Autoblog just launched a brand-new Car Finder tool, which, after getting a few data points to work with, offers up a perfect list of vehicles for new-car buyers. As always, tune in to Autoblog next week for a front-row seat to all the happenings worth following in the automotive industry. 2019 Porsche 911 to get digital interior — only the tach will be analog Spy Shots: What the devil is Dodge up to with this narrow-body Challenger Demon? Chrysler readying Hellcat V8 with Viper-like power
Tue, 21 May 2013A monstrous supercharged V8 engine could be in store for Chrysler and SRT products, if recent rumors are to be believed. Allpar is reporting that the forced-induction V8 - Chrysler's first, if this goes down - could make its debut this summer.
The story goes that the Hellcat would be based on a 6.2-liter Hemi engine, rather than on the existing 5.7- or 6.4-liter versions of the company's vaunted mill. In any case, the general consensus is that the motor will have gobs of power. Modest estimates call for between 500 to 570 horsepower, with some outliers predicting a figure as high as 600 hp. That figure would put the output would place the Hellcat awfully close to that of the 640-hp V10 in the SRT Viper, too. Allpar contends that a slightly lower powered version would allow Chrysler to keep costs below that of the more powerful Ford Shelby GT500, which might be a sweet spot.
The Hellcat could debut in a number of SRT products. SRT versions of the Charger, Challenger and 300 are all up for grabs, as is the rumored SRT Barracuda.
Peugeot's American future looks dead, but Stellantis intends to keep all brands alive
Fri, Feb 12 2021The years-old promise of a Peugeot return in the U.S. is looking bleaker by the second. Peugeot said the French brand would come back to sell cars in the U.S. five years ago, but now that FCA and PSA have transitioned to one Stellantis, that promise is looking a lot shakier. This news comes via a report from Car and Driver. When queried about Peugeot, Carlos Tavares, Stellantic CEO, offered this in response: “For the time being, I don't think that is part of the things that we want to prioritize for the next time window," Tavares said. "I think it's better that we funnel the talent, the capital, and the engineering capability of our Stellantis company to the existing brands to improve what needs to be improved and to accelerate where we need to accelerate, because we already have a very strong presence in this market." Tavares hasnÂ’t ruled it out entirely, but any kind of a Peugeot American renaissance is being pushed onto the backburner. In good news for American brands, though, Tavares expressed great interest in keeping them all. Chrysler was the most worrisome of the bunch, as it only sells the aging 300 sedan and Pacifica minivan variants. Nevertheless, Tavares sees Chrysler as one of the “three historical pillars of Stellantis” and is eager “to give this brand a future.” Specifically, Tavares sees a high-tech future for the once-great American car company. Motor Trend reported on what Tavares spoke about in a call with the media. "It needs to rebound,” Tavares said. “We could think about what could be the next technologies in the automotive industry.” The obvious hint here is electrification and greater autonomy. Chrysler could theoretically become StellantisÂ’ electric showcase brand. ItÂ’s partway there with the Pacifica Hybrid PHEV minivan, but thereÂ’s still a long way to go for it to become the conglomerate's tech pillar. And then thereÂ’s Dodge and its powerful but emissions-heavy lineup. "We have the technology to deliver the torque, dynamics, and acceleration feeling, while also dramatically reducing the emissions," Tavares said. The Hellcat canÂ’t have a window-shattering 6.2-liter supercharged V8 forever, but it looks like Stellantis is at least committed to keeping the performance of DodgeÂ’s current lineup.
