You are bidding to purchase a 1994 Dodge Grand Caravan Special Edition/Handicap accesable van that has been driven on average less than 2,400 miles per year far less than 15,000 the industry average. These miles are certified thru car fax, auto check, the prior owner and without question the very nice condition of the vehicle. These are the kind of miles you would find on very pricey 2012 0r 2011 models but very rarely on a 1994.

                                       *************************

In these difficult economic times and with the future price of fuel slated to go even higher we feel the fairest way to sell this van is for you the buyer to set the price, yes you. After all isn't that the best way to buy,you price it?

                                       *************************

The Dodge Caravan was introduced in 1984 and sold by the Chrysler Corporation thru the 2007 model year and has been one of the best selling minivans on the market.Known for their ability to rack up many many miles, quality of engineering, excellent safety rating, generous fuel economy averaging 20 mpg while having one of the lowest costs of ownership in their class.Down right true value for the dollar.

                                        *************************

We find this van clean from front to rear with minimal cosmetic imperfections (EG: dings, dimples scuffs ect).We see no corrosion on the doors, fenders, panels or undercarriage. All lenses, trim and moldings are clean and straight,The original factory finish still has that new van luster. The windshield is clear and clean showing no stone bruises, cracks or wiper mar. There are a very fresh looking set of all season steel-belted radials riding on the factory rims with all wheel covers present showing no curb or road rash. The unused spare and all jacking hardware are present and stowed properly. The interior is crisp and clean showing no signs of neglect or abuse. It is quite evident that this vehicle has never been smoked in,eaten  or used to carry pets.So refreshing!!!

                                             ************************

Upon acquiring this van we took it directly to our certified tech whom has been with us over 25 years. After a 1 hour road test of speeds to 65 mph and some routine service checks he had nothing but compliments saying ''that is a sweetheart''. The well proven 3.3L v6 MPI engine fires to life with the turn of the key coming to idle at specs. We see no oil leaks or smoke around the blo0ck or from the exhaust. On the drive the front end is tight and pleasing with no errant axle noises as is sometimes the case with front wheel drive vehicles. The acceleration is responsive, the automatic overdrive transmission shifts on point thru the gears and the brakes stop the vehicle confidently with no pull or shudder. The air conditioner works quietly while delivering excellent cooling throughout. We see no issues with the power windows, power door locks, electric sliding door, power wheel chair ramp, heat, defrost, original soud system or safety features. It is without question that this van has been kept on a regular schedule of preventive maintanence and if continued by the next fortunate owners they can expect many miles and tears of trouble free service.

                                       ****************************

Whether you need a economical all around versatile van or one for that special needs loved one this very well kept vehicle is worth a look. Please keep in mind vehicles of this vintage in this condition (especially with this equipment) and with these kind of miles are few and far between and are very rarely found on a ''NO RESERVE'' auction site.We doudt that you will ever see another like it so bid confidently, bid often and BID TO WIN!!!Some  one out there will be awarded this very special van,why not you?

Here are a few of our automotive guilty pleasures

Tue, Jun 23 2020

It goes without saying, but I'll say it anyway. The world is full of cars, and just about as many of them are bad as are good. It's pretty easy to pick which fall into each category after giving them a thorough walkaround and, more important, driving them. But every once in a while, an automobile straddles the line somehow between good and bad — it may be hideously overpriced and therefore a marketplace failure, it may be stupid quick in a straight line but handles like a drunken noodle, or it may have an interior that looks like it was made of a mess of injection-molded Legos. Heck, maybe all three. Yet there's something special about some bad cars that actually makes them likable. The idea for this list came to me while I was browsing classified ads for cars within a few hundred miles of my house. I ran across a few oddballs and shared them with the rest of the team in our online chat room. It turns out several of us have a few automotive guilty pleasures that we're willing to admit to. We'll call a few of 'em out here. Feel free to share some of your own in the comments below. Dodge Neon SRT4 and Caliber SRT4: The Neon was a passably good and plucky little city car when it debuted for the 1995 model year. The Caliber, which replaced the aging Neon and sought to replace its friendly marketing campaign with something more sinister, was panned from the very outset for its cheap interior furnishings, but at least offered some decent utility with its hatchback shape. What the two little front-wheel-drive Dodge models have in common are their rip-roarin' SRT variants, each powered by turbocharged 2.4-liter four-cylinder engines. Known for their propensity to light up their front tires under hard acceleration, the duo were legitimately quick and fun to drive with a fantastic turbo whoosh that called to mind the early days of turbo technology. — Consumer Editor Jeremy Korzeniewski  Chevrolet HHR SS: Chevy's HHR SS came out early in my automotive journalism career, and I have fond memories of the press launch (and having dinner with Bob Lutz) that included plenty of tire-smoking hard launches and demonstrations of the manual transmission's no-lift shift feature. The 260-horsepower turbocharged four-cylinder was and still is a spunky little engine that makes the retro-inspired HHR a fun little hot rod that works quite well as a fun little daily driver.

Dodge delaying Challenger Hellcats ordered with satin black hood [UPDATE]

Tue, Dec 16 2014

The new Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat is one of the most formidable muscle cars on the planet. And it looks the part, too – especially with the optional satin black hood. But if you were one of the first customers to place an order for the 707-horsepower Mopar muscle car and specified the black hood on the options sheet, you may have to wait awhile. According to members of the Hellcat.org forum cited by Car and Driver, deliveries of certain Challenger Hellcats have been delayed without explanation. When these fanatic customers started looking into the issue, they realized that all of the delayed orders shared one thing in common: they all had ordered their Dodges with that optional black hood. Although an exact reason wasn't specified, those who ordered the black hood on their Challenger coupes were told that delivery was being pushed back to February. But some were reportedly informed by their local dealership that things could be moved along if they switched their order to a body-colored hood instead. It's not clear if the issue is a supplier problem, a paint booth issue at the factory, or something else entirely. We've reached out to Dodge for clarification, and will update this story when we hear back. UPDATE: Reached for comment, a Dodge spokesperson confirmed to Autoblog that the satin black hood "is not currently available for production" and that customers who ordered it "can opt to change their order to a body-color hood" or otherwise have their orders delayed until the option becomes available at a later date to be confirmed.

Chrysler recalling 67k trucks with manual transmissions

Tue, Dec 30 2014

Earlier this month, Chrysler announced the recall of some 280,000 pickup trucks over concerns that their axles could seize up. Now the automaker has announced an entirely separate recall of another 66,819 trucks over the springs that could break in the clutch ignition interlock switch. The recall affects Dodge Ram 1500, 2500 and 3500 pickups, as well as the Dodge Dakota and Mitsubishi Raider. The issue is relevant only to those trucks fitted with manual transmissions, from the 2006 and 2007 model years and manufactured between July 1, 2005, and July 31, 2006. Since a broken spring could, according to statements issued by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and FCA US LLC (previously known as the Chrysler Group) prevent the vehicle from starting, or cause it to move unintentionally once the ignition kicks over, the automaker will begin notifying owners of the affected vehicles just before Valentine's Day to bring their trucks into their local dealers to have the clutch ignition interlock switch replaced. FCA emphasizes, however, that the unintended movement would only occur "in rare cases" and only "if recommended starting procedures are not followed." Only one such case is known to have occurred, but it did regrettably result in a fatality. Statement: Clutch Ignition Interlock Switch December 29, 2014 , Auburn Hills, Mich. - FCA US LLC is launching a voluntary global recall of an estimated 66,819 older-model pickup trucks equipped with manual transmissions. The Company will replace their clutch ignition interlock switches at no charge to customers. An investigation by FCA US engineers discovered switches in certain model-year 2006 and 2007 pickups may be equipped with spring wire that differs from wire used in previous switches. The alternate wire may break and, as a result, the vehicles may not start. In rare cases, a vehicle may – if recommended starting procedures are not followed – exhibit unintended movement when its ignition key is turned. The Company is aware of one fatality related to this campaign. It stemmed from the single known accident involving this population of vehicles. The recall covers certain Dodge Dakota, Dodge Ram 1500, 2500, 3500 and Mitsubishi Raider pickups. Switches with the alternate wire were not used in any vehicles produced before July of 2005, or after June of 2006. The Dakota and Raider are no longer in production.
