This is a 99 Dodge Durango, with and automatic transmission. It is 4 wheel drive with a manual shift transfer case. The body is in decent shape with a few dings on the driver's and passenger doors. It has new tie rods, center link bar, brakes all 4, speakers, thermostat, headlights, turnsignals, rear drive shaft u-joints, front ball joints, calipers, wheel cylinders, transmission filter and transmission fluid, rear end assembly oil, and gasket, aftermarket cd player. The tires are about 70 percent tread left on them. It has a different than stock muffler on it that gives it a deep throaty sound. It has subwoofer hookups + and - with remote amp wire in the back behind the third row seating. Has the spare tire with jack and tools to take rims off. Has about 1500 miles on an oil change. The interior is in decent shape with minimal stains. I think this would make someone an excellent vehicle. I would like to be paid within 4 days of the transaction. FCA CEO Mike Manley will run Americas for Stellantis after PSA merger
Sun, Dec 20 2020DETROIT — Fiat Chrysler CEO Mike Manley will run operations in the Americas when his company merges with FranceÂ’s PSA Peugeot early next year. FCA Chairman John Elkann announced ManleyÂ’s new post on Friday in a letter to employees. ManleyÂ’s role in the merged company had been a mystery. PSA CEO Carlos Tavares will run the overall company, to be named Stellantis. Shareholders of both companies will vote on the merger Jan. 4 to seal the deal creating the worldÂ’s fourth-largest automaker. The merger is expected to be completed by the end of March. PSA will get six seats on the new companyÂ’s 11-member board, which will be chaired by Elkann. The Americas, especially the U.S., are key to the new companyÂ’s success. Fiat ChryslerÂ’s Jeep and Ram brands are highly profitable, and Tavares has long wanted to sell PSA vehicles in the U.S. Manley has been the Italian-American automakerÂ’s CEO for 2 1/2 years, taking over when Sergio Marchionne died in 2018. Stellantis will have the capacity to produce 8.7 million cars a year, just behind Volkswagen, the Renault-Nissan alliance and Toyota. Chrysler's Jefferson North plant builds 5-millionth SUV [w/video]
Thu, 15 Aug 2013Chrysler's Jefferson North Assembly Plant opened in 1992 for production of the first Jeep Grand Cherokee, but in the subsequent years, the Detroit plant has gone on to produce some of the company's biggest SUVs including the Jeep Commander and Dodge Durango. Earlier this week, the plant produced its five-millionth SUV, which, fittingly, was a Grand Cherokee.
Celebrating the plant's five-millionth unit, the silver 2014 Grand Cherokee was promptly donated to the USO. In addition to this milestone SUV, Chrysler also had a near-perfect 1993-95 ZJ Grand Cherokee on hand for the photo op.
