1973 Dodge Dart Sport 340 5.6l on 2040-cars
Little Rock, Arkansas, United States
1973 Dodge Dart Sport. I am selling this great running Dodge Dart. It has the original 340 motor and matching transmission. The color is petty blue. I would rate the paint job as a driver condition, not show condition. There is no rust on this vehicle. It runs and drives very well. There are no leaks and no smoke. Since I bought this vehicle I have installed a new holly 640 carburetor, a new heavy duty 4-core radiator a new gas tank, and fuel lines. I also put in new carpet and a headliner. The result is a great running beautiful collector car. The only reason why I'm selling it is I have no place to keep it. It has been garage kept for the past 10 years. Please look at all the photographs/videos and email me with any questions you may have. If you are a bidder with no feedback, please contact me before bidding. $1,000 PayPal down payment within 24 hours within winning required. Balance to be paid within the next 7 days via certified check or wire transfer. Please do not bid if you do not plan to buy this vehicle. I am available by phone at 505-660-2158 to answer any questions. Buyer is responsible for shipping, the vehicle is drivable. Don't hesitate to drive it home! Videos are uploading to youtube now. I will update this page as soon as the upload has completed.

Chrysler Group moves around execs in wake of recent departure
Tue, 16 Apr 2013Chrysler is busy shuffling executives around in the wake of Ram head Fred Diaz's departure. The automaker has named Reid Bigland (pictured, right) as Diaz's successor in the role of president and CEO of Ram, though Bigland will continue his duties as the head of US sales and the president and CEO of Chrysler Canada. Bigland first came to Chrysler in 2006 from Freightliner Custom Chassis Corporation, so the guy knows a thing or two about trucks.
Meanwhile, Timothy Kuniskis will take over as president and CEO of Dodge. Previously, he served as the head of Fiat in North America and has been with Chrysler in one capacity or another since 1992. His old title now falls to Jason Stoicevich, who will also continue to work as the director of the automaker's California Business Center. Finally, Bruno Cattori will take over as the president and CEO of Chrysler Mexico.
Diaz left his position to take over as a divisional vice president of sales and marketing with Nissan. You can read the full press release on the Chrysler personnel changes below for more information.
Dodge Journey gets new $24,895* SE V6 AWD model
Wed, 12 Mar 2014While the Dodge Journey crossover remains largely unchanged for the 2014 model year, there are two new flavors of the seven-passenger CUV on offer: the butch-looking Crossroad, and the SE V6 AWD, pictured right, which makes its debut today. As its name suggests, this new Journey model features the automaker's 3.6-liter Pentastar V6, and offers all-wheel drive, which, with a starting price of $24,895 (*excluding $995 for destination), reduces the cost-of-entry for an AWD-equipped Journey by $1,800 versus the SXT AWD model. FCA plants skipping summer shutdown to keep up with demand
Thu, May 14 2015Hopefully, some FCA US factory employees don't have big plans for the usual summer shutdown, because the automaker is keeping several plants running this year. Demand is so high that the company wants to keep models rolling off the assembly lines. Four FCA US assembly plants, all the engine factories, and some locations that build transmissions are staying open throughout the summer, according to the Detroit Free Press. Usually, these sites would see a two-week shutdown for the company to retool and perform repairs. This year, factories are staying open for FCA to support its strong sales. The lines that remaining humming through the summer show an inclination toward the automaker's popular SUV's and crossovers. They include the Jefferson North Assembly Plant in Michigan that builds the Jeep Grand Cherokee and Dodge Durango; Saltillo Van Assembly in Mexico that constructs the Ram ProMaster; Toledo Assembly Complex in Ohio that produces the Cherokee and Wrangler; and Toluca Assembly in Mexico that makes the Dodge Journey and Fiat 500.
