For sale a super rare Mopar 1968 Dodge Dart 2 door.I had intended to rebuild this for the strip however I have decided to sell due to illness. The car has had new quarter panels installed, has the tranmission hump for the 4 speed installed trunk is like new,has a 904 tranmission that goes with the car.All glass is intact and in good condition,I imagine that the glass would be hard to find.Windows roll up and down as expected.Having the body work finished is so much better than hearing excuses from the body shop.Has the 8 3/4 rear installed along with 5 leaf springs on each side in the rear for the proper stance. Also I have the GT hood in good condition has the side louvers for the 340 emblem or 383 if you want to clone a GTS.Overall most body work is completed and the car looks nice. The quarter panels installed and the paint job was almost $4100.00.I know I would get more finishing but I am 62 and my health will not permit it.These Darts are very hard to find, probally add an engine an a few other mods and you would have a nice rare car.I expect to loose money but I can't finish the car.So here it is for sale.I have been on E Bay for over 10 years with no problems so this should ease your mind.Look at the pictures and you decide if it is a car that you could use. Thanks any questions feel free to ask, have the bumbers and the car is full of extra parts.

FCA cuts powertrain warranties to 60k miles
Fri, May 29 2015FCA US is cutting back the mileage of its powertrain warranty on some 2016 model year vehicles. Rather than the current five years/100,000 miles of coverage, the new amount is five years/60,000 miles for gasoline-fueled models from Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and Ram. In March 2015, General Motors made a similar switch to five-years/60,000-miles of coverage for Chevrolet and GMC, and FCA US seems to be citing this as part of the reason for the shift. "Following changes already made by competitors, FCA US is adjusting powertrain warranty coverage for 2016 model year vehicles to be more consistent with industry practices," the automaker said in a portion of its statement. The bumper-to-bumper warranty for these vehicles is unchanged at three years/36,000 miles. According to Automotive News, Fiat's warranty is remaining at four years/50,000 miles. When it changed the mileage limit, GM also halved the number of free service visits for Chevy, GMC, and Buick to two from the previous four. The automaker claimed that the reason for the adjustments to its coverage was that a long warranty was seldom a reason for customers to buy a vehicle. For 2016MY, Chrysler, Jeep®, Dodge and Ram Truck vehicles with gasoline engines will be covered by a 5 year/60,000 mile powertrain warranty. Thieves still love older Hondas and pickups most, says NICB [w/video]
Wed, 20 Aug 2014No one wants to have their car stolen, but a new study by the National Insurance Crime Bureau has some bad news for older Honda owners and pickup drivers. Fortunately, it has better news for drivers overall. The group is reporting that according to preliminary data from the Federal Bureau of Investigation, thefts were down 3.2 percent in 2013 (versus 2012) to fewer than 700,000 cars. That's the lowest figure since 1967. That's also less than half of the peak of over 1.66 million thefts in 1991. "The drop in thefts is good news for all of us," says NICB President and CEO Joe Wehrle. "But it still amounts to a vehicle being stolen every 45 seconds and losses of over $4 billion a year."
Honda drivers might not find it such good news with older Accord and Civic models topping this year's theft study. Toyota and Dodge can't really celebrate, either, with two models each on the list, as well. Overall, this year's list was split evenly between foreign and domestic models, which were mostly pickups.
The 10 most likely vehicles to be stolen in 2013 were:
