Ok, gonna list this again. I have a 1967 Dodge Dart 270. This is a 318, 904 car. No trunk or floor rot whatsoever, not even a little bit. The back quarters need patch work, not a full quarter. The front fenders need a little work and there is a dent in the passenger side door. As you can see in the pictures, all the glass is good, and it is wearing its original paint. The interior is good for its age. The carpet is good, it could use a vacuuming, but the carpet is good. The front seat is shot, I have a seat cover over it, but it is toast. The headliner has been replaced at some point, it has two small holes in it about the size of a dime each. The dash pad is cracked and will either require a new dash pad or a dash cap. All the gauges work. The sending unit needs to be replaced in the gas tank because the float is full of gas. I have dropped the tank and verified this. The speedometer cable needs replaced. I put a new one on it and got it to close to the exhaust and it melted it. The exhaust is brand new. I had it ran locally less than a month ago. Its true duals, with two flowmasters. The engine is a 318 with a laundry list of new parts. New timing chain, cam, lifters, pushrods, MSD Blaster 2 coil, distributor, plugs, wires, Jegs Hi-Performance Ignition module, new Edelbrock 650cfm Thunderseries Carb, and a new edelbrock aircleaner. The 904 has just been rebuilt and I have a reciept for it as well as all the new parts I have purchased for the car. The tach doesn't go with the car. The car does need a new rearend. The car starts and runs fine, when you put it in gear the driveshaft spins but the rearend is shot. That is the only bad thing about the car. It happened last week, up until then I was driving the car everyday and had it fully licensed and insured. I have a clean, clear KY title in my name in hand. The car is for sale locally, I reserve the right to end the auction at anytime. Please do not message me and ask me what I'm asking for the car locally. If you want to send me an offer in my inbox, that is fine.

QB says University of Alabama offered him a Corvette to play football
Fri, 16 May 2014The University of Alabama Crimson Tide football team could be in some hot water, following a pair of posts on social media.
The first post was sure to raise a few eyebrows on its own. It's an Instagram of sophomore running back Derrick Henry standing in front of his new Dodge Challenger (we're guessing it's an R/T based on the fender stripes). Complete with a custom set of wheels, the image was enough to trigger more than a few questions about where an unemployed student-athlete came up with the money for such a purchase. Now, this could be harmless. Henry, flush with a full-ride to Bama could have convinced his parents to get him something nice with his college fund.
The second post, though, is a straight-up accusation. It comes from former West Virginia Mountaineer and current CFL quarterback Pat White, who posted the following on his Facebook page.
Cars.com runs 11-second quarter with Dodge Charger Hellcat
Mon, Jun 1 2015The Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat and its Challenger sibling are two of the heroes of the modern performance world. With a headline-grabbing 707 horsepower from a supercharged 6.2-liter V8, their output even shames many supercars. But how quick can one really cover a quarter mile? Cars.com recently decided to find out by taking a Charger Hellcat to the drag strip to see if the sedan lived up to Dodge's 11-second claims. The results were quite impressive. After 13 quarter-mile runs of adjusting variables like the tire pressures and the car's various electronic aids, the Charger Hellcat managed a pass in 11.03 seconds at 126.61 mph – the pinnacle result of the day. This car was mechanically stock and wore the optional Pirelli P Zero tires. According to Cars.com, other quick sprints reached 11.09 seconds and 11.1 seconds, which even beat the site's 11.41-second best from a Challenger Hellcat last year. Getting the Hellcat's prodigious power down without losing traction was a challenge, even on the summer tires. Cars.com thought it had a run that could have dropped below 11 seconds, but then the wheels spun. Using the factory-recommended pressures, the Charger Hellcat was no still slouch with an 11.27-second time recorded, but taking things down to 25 psi proved the quickest at the strip. We already knew that the Charger Hellcat was a wonderful vehicle for eating up huge gulps of asphalt at high speeds and could verify its 204-mile-per-hour top speed (quite a bit faster, incidentally, than the Ferrari California T's 196 mph top-speed). Apparently, the 11-second quarter-mile claim is just as accurate. Also, for any curious owners, the Cars.com story divulges many of the tweaks required to reach this seriously quick time. Dodge Scat Packages add Mopar performance upgrades in three stages
Wed, 06 Nov 2013Dodge has revealed what it calls Scat Package Stage Kits that enhance the performance of the Charger and the Challenger equipped with the 5.7-liter V8, and the Dart equipped with the turbocharged 2.4-liter inline four-cylinder engine. The Scat Packs use Mopar performance parts that also can be bought separately. Most of the upgrades increase engine output, but Dodge somehow manages to not specifically mention the power gains associated with each Scat Pack.
The three Scat Packs offered for the V8-powered cars focus on higher power ratings, and each stage comes complete with a unique engine-management calibration to optimize output. Stage one comes with a cold-air intake and a cat-back exhaust; stage two adds a performance camshaft; and stage three really gives you the goods, adding ported polished cylinder heads and performance headers.
For the Dart, the Scat Packs focus on engine, transmission, chassis and brake upgrades. Stage one will net you a cold-air intake, a short-throw shifter and slotted rotors with performance brake pads; stage two adds a cat-back exhaust system and an engine-management calibration to increase output by taking advantage of premium-octane gasoline; and stage three adds 13-inch vented brake discs up front clamped by four-piston calipers, suspension with adjustable springs and struts and performance front and rear antiroll bars.
