This is a 2005 Dodge Dakota SLT 4x4 Quad Cab. If you are tired of looking at trucks that are beat to death, this is your Dakota! This truck was never used for work and was garage kept and it shows! You will be hard pressed to find another in this superb condition. The Dakota runs perfect. All accessories work including the power seat, cruise control, air conditioning, heated mirrors and power windows and locks. It has a clean Autocheck report with no accidents or other issues. This is a get in and drive away Dakota needing no known repairs. Driving impression is outstanding....the steering is tight with no wander. The 4x4 works as it should. The transmission shifts perfectly and the motor is quiet and responsive. It has all highway commuter miles up and back on interstate 80 with the cruise control engaged. Oil changed every 3500 miles. It is absolutely amazing how nice and tight this truck rides......without any exaggeration, I can't imagine this truck was any tighter when it had 30,000 miles on it!! Sporting a dope paint job and some wheels that make a blunt statement about what the driver enjoys, it's a unique take on the popular customizing trend.
The owner may be kiefing it real with the theme on this Dodge Charger, but when your car looks like this, it's easy to weed out from the crowd. Chronic police stops must also make it a pain to drive on a regular basis, though. Even with the big wheels, we bet the driver still finds time to light 'em up. Your day is almost nigh, my friend While you're waiting, you can spec out how you'd want your muscle sedan to look as Dodge has included the revised four-door in its online configuration tool. Though it's not the most impressive or interactive of configurators we've seen, the site lets you choose any color you want (from the limited array available anyway) along with all the key options packages and such. First you'll need to choose a trim level though, but we're afraid the Hellcat version isn't part of this site, and the SRT site hasn't launched a configurator yet for the world's fastest production sedan, so you'll have to choose between SE, SXT and R/T trim levels. Indications of 825 hp and emissions issues for Hellcat called 'speculation' by Chrysler
Tue, 16 Sep 2014The 2015 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat is probably one of the hottest cars of the moment mostly because of its insane, 707-horsepower supercharged V8. However, there are conflicting reports coming out that the powerplant might be having problems with its emissions compliance and may be capable of even more power.
Jalopnik says that an unnamed source within Fiat Chrysler Automobiles told it that the Hellcat was having problems meeting emissions standards at its 707-horsepower tune. The person claimed that the automaker has been testing the V8 with different types of sensors, possibly to make it a bit cleaner in the future. Autoblog spoke to SRT spokesperson Dan Reid, and he said about the claimed poor emissions, "It's totally speculation."
The source also claimed that the Hellcat had been dynoed at a monumental 825 horsepower, internally. Based on the other rumor, though, it's hard to imagine the engine being emissions compliant like that. Autoblog also asked Reid about this speculation about more power and was told, "They are totally speculating about that."
