THIS IS A 2003 DODGE DAKOTA 4WD, CREW CAB WITH A 4.7 ENGINE. THE TRUCK HAS 126000 MILES ON IT, I AM DRIVING IT DAILY BACK AND FORTH TO WORK SO I WILL HAVE A FEW MORE MILES BY THE TIME SOMEONE BUYS IT. THE TRUCK HAS A 2 WAY VIPER REMOTE START, IT HAS A MATCHING RANCH TOPPER AND HAS NEWER TIRES. THE TRUCK HAD A NEW TRANSMISSION INSTALLED ABOUT A YEAR AGO RIGHT BEFORE I BOUGHT IT, YOU CAN TELL IT IS NEWER BECAUSE IT SHIFTS SMOOTH AND WORKS FLAWLESSLY. THE TRUCK ALSO RUNS LIKE A CHAMP, IT HAS NEVER GIVEN ME ANY TROUBLE. THE ONLY THING I DID TO IT WAS PUT NEW TIRES ON IT AND HAVE THE REMOTE START INSTALLED.

IT HAD A CLEAN CARFAX AND I GOT REAR ENDED, VERY LIGHTLY, SO I AM NOT SURE IF THAT WILL SHOW UP ON CARFAX OR NOT BUT IT WAS VERY LIGHT HIT AND THE REAR BUMPER ON IT NOW IS ALL THE DAMAGED IT CAUSED, THE PERSON THAT HIT ME HAD NO INSURANCE AND YOU CAN BARELY TELL THERE IS DAMAGED SO I NEVER HAD IT REPAIRED BUT IF IT SHOWS UP YOU CAN SEE FIRST HAND HOW LIGHT THE HIT WAS. BESIDES THE RER BUMPER THE ONLY OTHER THING WRONG WITH THE TRUCK IS IT IS MISSING 3 OF THE LITTLE 2 INCH WHEEL CENTERS WHICH HAS THE SMALL DODGE HEAD EMBLEM ON THEM, I ORDERED THEM TODAY AND THEY SHOULD BE HERE IN A FEW DAYS SO THEY WILL BE ON THERE BY THE TIME SOMEONE BUYS THE TRUCK. EVERYTHING ELSE ON THE TRUCK WORKS PERFECTLY, A/C BLOWS ICE COLD AIR, HEAT WORKS GREAT, ALL THE POWER OPTIONS WORK PROPERLY INCLUDING THE CRUISE CONTROL. I DRIVE THIS LONG DISTANCES ALL THE TIME WITH NO WORRIES,  THE ENGINE IS AS SOLID AS THEY COME. I FORGOT, IT DID HAVE A TUNE-UP RIGHT BEFORE WINTER AND NEW BRAKES LAST FALL.

I DO HAVE THE TITLE IN HAND AND AM READY TO SELL THIS TRUCK

I CAN'T THINK OF ANYTHING ELSE YOU NEED TO KNOW, IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS PLEASE LET ME KNOW AND WILL ANSWER THEM RIGHT AWAY. THIS TRUCK IS REALLY NICE AND IF YOU ARE NEEDING ONE THIS IS DEFINITELY ONE TO LOOK AT

I HAVE BEEN A MEMBER OF EBAY FOR MANY YEARS, I HAVE BOUGHT AND SOLD SEVERAL CARS AND EVEN A BOAT THRU EBAY AND I KNOW WHAT IT LIKE TO HAVE TO TRUST SOMEONE YOU ARE BUYING FROM, PLEASE LOOK AT MY FEEDBACK AND SEE THAT I AM HONEST AND TRY TO DESCRIBE MY ITEMS TO THE BEST OF MY ABILITY.

I WILL REQUIRE A $500 DEPOSIT WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE AUCTION ENDING.

IF YOU WANT THIS VEHICLE SHIPPED, YOU NEED TO MAKE THE ARRANGEMENTS AND YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL OF THOSE CHARGES.

***IF YOU LOOK AT THE VEHICLE HISTORY IT SHOWS MILEAGE PROBLEM WITH TITLE, I HAVE TRIED TO HAVE THIS CORRECTED AND HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT SINCE THE AUCTION WHICH SOLD THE VEHICLE MESSED UP THE MILEAGE WHEN THEY REPORTED THEY HAVE TO BE THE ONES TO CORRECT ISSUE, I HAVE TRIED WITHOUT SUCCESS TO FIX THIS. I WILL GIVE YOU THE DEALER'S NAME AND NUMBER WHICH BOUGHT IT AND YOU CAN CONFIRM THIS. I REALLY THOUGHT THIS WAS FIXED BY THE AUCTION PEOPLE ONLY TO FIND OUT NOW THAT THEY DID NOT MAKE THE CORRECTION, ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS LOOK AT THE MILEAGES LISTED AND YOU CAN SEE IT IS CORRECT.***

I AM TOLD THAT IT IS CORRECT ON CARFAX, I HAVE TO PAY A FEE TO CONFIRM THIS SO AT THIS TIME I HAVE NOT CONFIRMED IT BUT ANOTHER EBAYER JUST EMAILED ME AND SAID IT IS CORRECTED ON CARFAX.

Watch dual-engined Dodge SRT4 do a FWD burnout, a RWD burnout, then AWD launch

Wed, Dec 3 2014

There's something fantastically insane about racers who go out on their own and build something unique. Just take this crazy video from last year of a twin-engine Dodge SRT4 at a drag strip that can burn the rubber at either end – or both ends – at a moment's notice. With tires sticking out way past the fenders, a massive cooling system at the front and no back window to speak of, this Dodge is clearly meant solely for speed. Though it's real party trick is being able to spin the front or rear wheels independently. The setup makes for three quite showy burnouts. When it came time to actually get down the track, things got somewhat awkward. Like other twin-engine creations we've seen, the separate powertrains make for some odd sounds and a weird look launching down the strip. Still, there's no doubt that the engineering behind this Frankenstein is very impressive. Scroll down to see this monster in action and another of it in a very mismatched race last year. Will the Chrysler 300 go front-wheel drive?

Tue, May 10 2016

FCA chief executive Sergio Marchionne hinted last week that the strapping rear-wheel-drive Chrysler 300 sedan could go front-wheel drive for its next generation using the underpinnings from the Chrysler Pacifica minivan. Speaking at the Pacifica's production launch in Windsor, ON, Marchionne said, "this plant and this architecture is capable of making the 300 successor, the front-wheel, all-wheel-drive successor," Reuters reported. Perhaps realizing he appeared to be announcing a dramatic shift in product strategy, Marchionne backpedaled in response to a follow-up question, noting only that the Ontario factory is "capable" of making the sedan. "It's capable. It's not a commitment," he said, according to Reuters. The 300 is currently built in Brampton, ON, alongside the mechanically similar Dodge Charger and Challenger. The platform, known as LX in enthusiast circles, is an evolution of Mercedes-based chassis pieces that date to the DaimlerChrysler era. Marchionne's comments didn't cover the Dodges and left a lot open to interpretation. The 300 could switch to front- and all-wheel-drive and focus on a more civilized, elegant ride character, leaving the Charger and two-door Challenger as traditional rear-wheel-drive muscle cars. That strategy would further differentiate the Chrysler and Dodge car lines. Additionally, the Charger's RWD platform makes it a popular police vehicle, and both Dodges are offered in top trim as 707-horsepower Hellcats. Switching to front-wheel drive would seemingly complicate both of those endeavors. Rumors have also swirled that Alfa Romeo could contribute RWD underpinnings for Dodge. 8 things you learn while driving a cop car [w/videos]

Tue, Jan 27 2015

Let me start off with the obvious: it is absolutely illegal to impersonate a police officer. And now that that's out of the way, I'd just like to say that driving a cop car is really, really cool. Here's the background to this story: Dodge unveiled its redesigned 2015 Charger Pursuit police cruiser, and kindly allowed Autoblog to test it. That meant fellow senior editor Seyth Miersma and I would spend a week with the cop car, and the goal here was to see just how different the behind-the-wheel experience is, from a civilian's point of view. After all, it's not technically a police car – it isn't affiliated with any city, it doesn't say "police" anywhere on it, and it's been fitted with buzzkill-worthy "NOT IN SERVICE" magnets (easily removed for photos, of course). But that meant nothing. As Seyth and I found out after our week of testing, most people can't tell the difference, and the Charger Pursuit commands all the same reactions as any normal cop car would on the road. Here are a few things we noticed during our time as wannabe cops. 1. You Drive In A Bubble On The Highway Forget for a moment that our cruiser was liveried with Dodge markings instead of those of the highway patrol. Ignore the large "NOT IN SERVICE" signs adhered around the car. Something in the lizard brain of just about every licensed driver tells them to hold back when they see any hint of a cop car, or just the silhouette of a light bar on a marked sedan. Hence, when driving on the highway, and especially when one already has some distance from cars forward and aft, a sort of bubble of fear starts to open up around you. Cars just ahead seem very reluctant to pass one another or change lanes much, while those behind wait to move up on you until there's a full herd movement to do so. The effect isn't perfect – which is probably ascribable to the aforementioned giveaways that I'm not really a cop – but it did occur on several occasions during commutes from the office. 2. You Drive In A Pack In The City My commute home from the Autoblog office normally takes anywhere from 25 to 30 minutes, and it's a straight shot down Woodward Avenue from Detroit's north suburbs into the city, where I live. Traffic usually moves at a steady pace, the Michigan-spec "five-over" speed.
