2001 Dodge Dakota Slt Club Cab 4x4-one Owner!! 88,400 Miles!! on 2040-cars
Blairstown, New Jersey, United States
This is a 2001 Dodge Dakota SLT 4x4 Club Cab. These are my personal favorite trucks. I love the size and the blue/silver two-tone color combo is gorgeous. This truck has 88.440 MILES!!! If you are tired of looking at trucks that are beat to death with 150-250,000 miles, this is your Dakota! If you love the hard to find 5 speed stick transmission with the V8, this is your Dakota. This one owner truck was never used for work and was garage kept and it shows! You will be hard pressed to find another in this superb condition with these low, low miles. The Dakota runs perfect. All accessories work including the cruise control, air conditioning, power mirrors and power windows and locks. It has a clean history report with no accidents or other issues. There is hardly a stone chip or door ding on the body!! This is a get in and drive away Dakota needing no further known repairs. The tires are only fair...they are worn evenly and not seriously worn on the edges ( SEE VIDEO ) however, you will need tires before next winter. Driving impression is outstanding....the steering is tight with no wander. The 4x4 works as it should. The transmission shifts perfectly and the motor is quiet and responsive. It has all highway commuter miles up and back on interstate 80 with the cruise control engaged. Oil changed every 3500 miles. I have driven this truck almost 700 miles and it is absolutely amazing how nice and tight this truck rides......without any exaggeration, I can't imagine this truck was any tighter when it had 30,000 miles on it!! NADA.COM clean average retail is over $8600!! Check it out!! I DO NOT RESPOND TO E-MAILS OR TEXTS......if you have a question, please call anytime till midnight. If I am on the phone, leave a message. I RETURN ALL CALLS. My name is Al....(908) 219-sixty-eight-zero-eight. |

Dodge Charger Hellcat and Tesla Model S P85D in Motor Trend Head 2 Head battle
Thu, Apr 30 2015One has James Bond Mode, Insane Mode, Creep Mode, and, yes, Insane Creep Mode. The other has 707 horsepower and is a heck of a lot cheaper. But which one is the bigger American badass? We figure most people already have strong opinions on the Dodge Charger Hellcat and Tesla Model S P85D, and they aren't likely to be swayed too far in the opposite direction by another person's viewpoint. Still, we think you'll enjoy watching the video above. In it, Autoblog friend and Motor Trend "Head 2 Head" host Jonny Lieberman summons smoke, shares smiles, and spouts spiels about both cars, finally finding one just slightly more badass than the other. Which ridiculously ludicrous American sedan takes top honors? Watch above to find out. Chrysler teases upcoming outlay of SEMA cars
Wed, 15 Oct 2014Fiat Chrysler Automobiles is hauling a multitude of modified models to the annual SEMA show in Las Vegas this November, and the company is releasing the first teasing sketches of many of them.
Unfortunately, FCA isn't giving many solid details on any of the concepts other than saying the vehicles from Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram and Fiat all benefit from tuning from its Mopar performance brand. The teaser photos include a sinister-looking Chrysler 200S, Fiat 500 Abarth with two-tone paint and a scorpion on the hood, a red and black 500L, seemingly two different takes on the Jeep Renegade, a green Dodge Challenger wearing the T/A badge, an orange and black Dart, a very neon Charger, just the outline of a red and black Viper, a Ram ProMaster in Mopar livery and a Ram pickup called the Outdoorsman.
Take a look through the gallery to see what you think of the sketches for these concepts, and scroll down for the full announcement from FCA.
Say goodbye to the Dodge Dart and Chrysler 200
Wed, Jan 27 2016Fiat-Chrysler CEO Sergio Marchionne outlined an update to the company's five-year business plan Wednesday, and among the changes, the Dodge Dart and Chrysler 200 sedans will soon be phased out. The company's presentation to investors states that the "market shift from cars to trucks and UVs [utility vehicles is] now seen as permanent shift in demand," and FCA wants to respond as quickly as possible. Killing the 200 and Dart will allow FCA to build more Jeep and Ram models at the Sterling Heights, MI, and Belvidere, IL, plants where the sedans were produced. We already knew FCA was planning to shift 200 and Dart production to Mexico, to free up the Sterling Heights facility for Ram 1500 production, and the Belivdere site for Jeep Cherokee output. The Cherokee will move from its current home in Toledo, OH, to allow for increased Wrangler production. It's no shock that FCA wants to shift its focus to crossovers and trucks. In December 2015, for example, combined sales of the Dodge Dart and Chrysler 200 were 15,310. The Jeep Cherokee, which uses the same platform as the Dart and 200, outsold both models combined, with 24,049 sales. Both the Dart and 200 had troubles from the beginning. Marchionne recently blamed designers for the 200 not receiving a Consumer Reports 'recommended' rating, and the Dart was one of the lowest-scoring cars in a CR reliability study.
