2000 DODGE DAKOTA CLUB CAB SLT GREAT RUNNING TRUCK For sale is my 2000 Dodge Dakota SLTClubcab 4X4. It has the 4.7L V-8 engine with towing package. It has93,400miles on it. It runs perfect in 2 and 4wd ( 4wd lite does not come on you can test on my 9 acre property to verify). I just had Buffomatic Transmission in Glenmont NY do a complete transmission rebuild + transmission lines and rebuilt torque converter ($3200.00). The transmission comes with a 12m/12,000mi warranty. The frame is solid. The body is not all rotted out like most of the Dakotas are but starting to show its age. The only thing to note and a pic is included is a larger dent in the drivers extra cab portion of the door. Fixable dent yes or drive it like it is like I have. Feel free to come and test drive it at my home. Asking 4050.00 OBO quite a bit lower (2900.00 lower) than the KBB fair condition price of 6950.00. 2014 Dodge Dart Blacktop glosses over performance
Tue, 14 Jan 2014The Dodge Dart is a decent little car. It's honest, basic transportation, and many of us at Autoblog are genuinely fond of the Alfa Romeo-based compact sedan. For 2014, not a whole lot changes in the Dart world, save the addition of this new Blacktop edition that makes its debut here at the Detroit Auto Show.
It's all very simple, this Blacktop package, and doesn't actually alter performance in any way. Instead, buyers are treated to blacked-out exterior bits like 18-inch wheels, the crosshair grille and headlamp bezels. Inside, black/tungsten or black/red cloth seats are available, with red contrast stitching throughout the cabin.
Adding the Blacktop pack to your Dart SXT with the Rallye Appearance Group will set you back a scant $295, and while it's just an appearance package, it all looks pretty nice to us.
All-wheel-drive Dodge Challenger GT confirmed by EPA website
Thu, Oct 27 2016The US Environmental Protection Agency accidentally confirmed the upcoming Dodge Challenger GT by posting fuel economy figures for the all-wheel-drive variant of the muscle car. According to FuelEconomy.gov, the Challenger GT, which will come with the 3.6-liter V6 when it's released, is rated to get 18 miles per gallon in the city and 27 miles per gallon on the highway, giving the vehicle a combined rating of 21 miles per gallon. Those figures are slightly lower than the rear-wheel-drive Challenger with the same engine, which gets 19 miles per gallon in the city and 30 miles per gallon on the highway. While previous reports indicated that Dodge is planning to release the all-wheel-drive Challenger GT sometime in 2017, the automaker hasn't confirmed the vehicle. (Mopar's all-wheel-drive concept from last year's SEMA Show is pictured above.) With the EPA putting out the car's official fuel economy figures, the all-wheel-drive muscle car is definitely coming, and should be here before the entire Challenger lineup gets its expected redesign in 2018. And yes, we're still hopeful that the so-called Challenger ADR we saw in spy photos means we'll see all wheel drive and Hellcat power. Because Hellcat everything. Related Video:

So after Chevy released the new Corvette Z06, we knew it was only a matter of time before it would have to square off against the Viper TA. And what better place to pit these two parallel pillars of American performance than on the drag strip? Fortunately that's just what we have here. In one corner, the 2014 Dodge Viper TA, with its 8.4-liter V10 pumping out 640 horsepower and 600 pound-feet of torque. In the other, the 2015 Chevrolet Corvette Z06, the supercharger on its 6.2-liter V8 more than making up for the discrepancy in displacement and cylinder count to produce 650 hp and just as much torque.
