UP FOR AUCTION IS MY 1995 DODGE DAKOTA SPORT. I HAVE OWNED THIS TRUCK FOR ABOUT EIGHT YEARS AND HAS BEEN A VERY GOOD LITTLE TRUCK. I BOUGHT THIS OFF THE SECOND OWNER. IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN WELL MAINTAINED AND SERVICED. ALL OWNERS INCLUDING MYSELF HAVE BEEN OLDER MEN SO IT HAS NOT BEEN DRIVEN HARD. IT HAS 160,000 MILES ON IT NOW BUT STILL RUNS LIKE A WATCH. EVERYTHING STILL WORKS ON THIS TRUCK AND DOES NOT LEAK OIL OR SMOKE. THE CLUTCH RELEASE BEARING IS MAKING A LITTLE NOISE NOW AND I HAVE BOUGHT A NEW BEARING. JUST HAVE NOT INSTALLED IT. THIS TRUCK HAS BEEN VERY DEPENDABLE AND GETS ABOUT 26 MILES TO THE GALLON. IT IS A FIVE SPEED TRANSMISSION AND WORKS FINE. ALL GEARS ARE THERE. I HAVE PUT NEW TIRES ON IT ABOUT 5000 MILES AGO AND ARE LIKE NEW. I JUST TOOK IT OF THE ROAD AS I GOT A NEWER TRUCK WITH AUTOMATIC TRANS. eBay Find of the Day: 1994 Dodge Viper RT/10 with 504 miles

It's typically hard to find early examples of the Dodge Viper that haven't been crashed or modified, but one eBay seller has a showroom-fresh version of the V10 roadster up for sale worthy of an eBay Find of the Day.
With just 504 miles on the odometer (according to the description and not the images) and "no defects at all," this 1994 Viper is a rare find indeed. Tack on the Buy It Now price of just $37,500 and it seems like a steal - especially when checking out the prices and conditions of other early Vipers currently listed on eBay.
Even after spending months ogling the all-new 2014 SRT Viper, it's hard to ignore the raw beauty of the original open-top model. From the three-spoke wheels to the calf-searing side pipes, everything about this Viper looks just the way it did when it rolled off the line almost 20 years ago. The seller even says that the top and windows have never been installed meaning there are no scratches anywhere on this car!

NHTSA investigating Chrysler for airbags, ignition switches

Chrysler is being targeted by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration in a pair of actions that focus on over 1.2 million Jeeps, minivans and crossovers.
The first is a "preliminary investigation" that focuses on an airbag issue afflicting the Jeep Commander built in model years 2006 and 2007 and Grand Cherokee from 2005 to 2006. In total, 700,000 vehicles could potentially be affected. It's not entirely clear what the airbag issue is, with The Detroit Free Press simply stating that the restraint systems in the affected Jeeps may be "faulty."
The other investigation is what's called a "recall query" and it covers a problem that General Motors should be familiar with. In this case, there could be a problem with the ignition switches of 525,000 vehicles, ranging from 2008 to 2010 Chrysler Town & Country and Dodge Grand Caravan minivans, to the 2008 to 2010 Dodge Journey crossover. Again, it's not entirely clear what sort of behavior prompted the 32 complaints that NHTSA has received on these vehicles.
