1992 Dodge Dakota Le Extended Cab Pickup 2-door 3.9l on 2040-cars
New Bloomington, Ohio, United States
1992 Dodge Dakota LE Ext Cab. 3.9 Cruise, A/C. Truck is solid and runs strong but needs a radiator. Top hose inlet broke (see Pic) this truck runs very well and has been well maintained. Truck starts and runs very well and uses no oil. It is not perfect, needs the radiator, an alignment and rear view mirror reattached. Will also need a front right tire due to irregular wear caused by alignment issue but other 3 tires are in excellent matching condition. Also notice left bed panel has been hit, there is no real damage and may just push out. New Brake pads calipers and rotors about 2500 miles ago. All it needs is the radiator (which is readily available and only about $100 new) an alignment and tire and mirror reattached. Not a perfect truck but in very good condition considering age. Also comes with a bed liner and very nice matching fiberglass cap if you want it. A/C and all systems work! Buying As Is. No surprises, just a good older solid truck! Low Reserve. Happy Bidding! I have tried to list all the good and the not so good but please ask questions.

Dodge unveils Special Service Durango for government fleets
Fri, 18 Oct 2013Straight off its refresh, the Dodge Durango is slipping back into its dress blues and getting back to work. The 2014 Dodge Durango Special Service Vehicle boasts all the refinements and improvements that the refreshed, civilian-spec model received, most notably a 15-percent improvement in fuel economy.
Designed for police and fire departments, and as Chrysler's answer to the Ford Police Interceptor Utility and Chevrolet Tahoe PPV in the growing service SUV market, the Durango boasts a 600-mile range, thanks to the addition of an eight-speed automatic, available on both the 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 and 5.7-liter Hemi V8. Equipped with the 360-horsepower Hemi, the Durango SSV can tow up to 7,400 pounds (the V6 is limited to 6,200 pounds).
Police and fire department Durangos get a few special features over the civilian models. The electric systems are ruggedized, with a heavy duty battery and a 220-amp alternator in place, while the engine's water pump and oil cooler are both stronger. The brakes are tougher, and a load-leveling suspension has been fitted, too.

We got an inside look at Mopar's cars that will be on display at the show, which also include a Dodge Challenger T/A concept, two crazy Jeeps and a Ram 2500 Outdoorsman that could change the way you camp. While these are some of our favorites, Mopar is bringing plenty to SEMA, so let us know your top choices in the comments section.
Does the future of Fiat-Chrysler include Dodge?
Thu, 13 Jun 2013Wards Auto reports the future of Dodge is looking uncertain. Fiat has more or less laid out it's game plan for the next few years, and while the Chrysler, Fiat and Jeep lines are set to receive plenty of love, Dodge isn't so lucky. Fiat has already hobbled Dodge significantly by splitting off the brand's trucks into a separate Ram line.
Wards says that after the Avenger rides off into the sunset early next year, Fiat-Chrysler won't replace the model, leaving a gaping midsize hole in the Dodge lineup. The report also cites unnamed sources as saying that at least two other current Dodge products will move to the Chrysler line.
One of those could very well be the Grand Caravan. Chrysler has already made it clear that it plans to trim redundancy between its minivan offerings, but it has yet to clarify which other vehicle could sail under the Chrysler banner moving forward. Either way, such changes to the product line would theoretically leave Dodge with just four models.
