52 dodge shaved rear handles primer black with flames. stock seats with mexican blankets for now. Has a 12 volt conversion with plug and play harness wiring thats not fully complete (all accessories including brake light and turn signals need to be wired wire is run just not connected) also has additional wiring for power windows, door poppers whatever else you would want to hook up. Original matching engine and trans. Has stock straight 6. Runs strong and tight. 3 on the tree fluid drive transmission lake pipes down the side. Runs drives and stops. Very minimal surface rust in the usual spots. The floors were replaced and the frame was strengthened when rust repair was done . Original stock rims and hub caps. Bumpers were both re-chromed and all of the original chrome is there. No major work was done. This car was not molested. I have two heater cores for it which will be included. I do have a couple of boxes of Spare parts that I will include. A great ride as it sits and potential for so much more. I hate let her go, a total head turner. clean title in hand. Chrysler's Jefferson North plant builds 5-millionth SUV [w/video]
Thu, 15 Aug 2013Chrysler's Jefferson North Assembly Plant opened in 1992 for production of the first Jeep Grand Cherokee, but in the subsequent years, the Detroit plant has gone on to produce some of the company's biggest SUVs including the Jeep Commander and Dodge Durango. Earlier this week, the plant produced its five-millionth SUV, which, fittingly, was a Grand Cherokee.
Celebrating the plant's five-millionth unit, the silver 2014 Grand Cherokee was promptly donated to the USO. In addition to this milestone SUV, Chrysler also had a near-perfect 1993-95 ZJ Grand Cherokee on hand for the photo op. Chrysler slows minivan production, hasn't built VW Routan this year
Wed, 13 Mar 2013Chrysler has slowed production of its Town and Country and Dodge Grand Caravan minivans this week, Automotive News reports. The Windsor, Ontario plant will cut its three shifts from eight hours each to four hours each in an effort "to align production with market demand," a Chrysler spokesperson told AN. Chrysler also builds the closely related Routan minivan for Volkswagen at its Ontario facility, but has not built a single example thus far in 2013.
Sales of Chrysler's minivans fell 15 percent for the first two months of 2013, and a large part of that has to do with the 26-percent drop of the Grand Caravan alone (the T&C was only down by one percent). According to Automotive News data, as of March 1, Chrysler had an unsold inventory of 24,713 Town and Country models and 18,547 Grand Caravans - a 69- and 43-day supply, respectively.
"No sense running full speed now, then have a lot of vehicles sitting around a few months down the line," Chrysler spokeswoman Jodi Tinson told AN. Full production is expected to resume again on March 18.
