Hello, Up for auction is my 2006 Dodge Charger R/T. The car has a clean and clear title in hand. The car is fully optioned with factory Navigation, CD player, Power sunroof, Power windows, Power locks, Power steering, Heated seats, leather seats (driver has a little wear on the edge) Air conditioning, Cruise control, Keyless entry, Cold air intake, Tinted tail lights, etc. The car has 93,124 miles on it. The car has 235/50/18 GOODYEAR EAGLE tires on it with about 90% read. The car DOES run and drive but it is running a little rough. I Had my local Mechanic shop take a look at it and they said it will need the heads redone due to a common problem with these Hemi Motors. The valve seats fall out and make the car run like this. I have googled it and I seen a lot of people talking about the issue. So here is your chance to pick one up that already has the issue at a Mechanics special price and fix it. Instead of paying a lot for a Charger R/T and having the problem happen. The car does have 2" lowering springs and the SRT8 front air dam. Also has the hood scoop as seen. The body is in pretty good shape but does have a few dings and scratches as expected from being a 8 year old daily driver. The interior was well taken car of as seen in the pictures. 2013 Dodge Dart gets all Moparized
Fri, 08 Feb 2013Last year, Chrysler announced it would be offering more than 150 Mopar parts and accessories on the 2013 Dodge Dart, and we got a look at some of these parts firsthand at the Chicago Auto Show. Showing off all the optional parts at once would surely create a gaudy monstrosity, so Chrysler chose to equip this particular Dart GT with just a handful of Mopar goodies, which still gave the car a nice and tasteful custom look that is available straight from the dealership (and with a full warranty, too).
Decked out in a factory color called Header Orange Clear Coat - also a very appropriate show car hue - this car added exterior styling parts such as the vented, carbon fiber hood, the bolt-on front chin spoiler and a matte black decklid spoiler. Looking inside the car, you'd think the red-accented interior is part of the Mopar parts bin, too, but this is actually what the standard Dart GT cabin will look like when it goes on sale.
Dodge Challenger R/T Shaker and Mopar '14 Challenger up the retro appeal
Wed, 06 Nov 2013The reborn Dodge Challenger might be getting a bit long in the tooth, having been on the market in its current form since 2008, but Chrysler isn't going to give up on its brutish, full-size two-door just yet. For this year's SEMA Show, the Challenger will be getting a new Mopar edition, as well as a retro-cool shaker hood on the 5.7-liter, Hemi-equipped R/T models.
As we mentioned last night, the Shaker Package will cost $2,500, but includes the Super Track Pak (new steering rack, brake linings, upgraded shocks and 20-inch Goodyear Eagle F1 Super Car tires), a $595 option on its own. The shaker hood result in a performance bump of any kind, but the blacked-out, pop-up scoop is a nifty feature that hasn't been seen on a production car since the Ford Mustang Mach 1 in the early 2000s.
The Mopar '14 Challenger (pictured right) follows the cues of previous Mopar Editions, which have included the 2010 Challenger, 2011 Charger, 2012 300 and 2013 Dart. Only 100 Mopar '14 Challengers will be produced, and they'll include the new shaker hood, Mopar's distinctive blue graphics and wheels, and whatever is pilfered from the accessory catalog.
Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat #0001 raises $825,000 for charity
Sun, 28 Sep 2014$60,000 doesn't strike us as a lot to pay for a muscle car with 707 horsepower on tap. $825,000... now that's a different story. But, according to the official SRT blog, that's how much one generous and eager buyer paid for the privilege of getting his (or her) hands on the very first new Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat.
Decked out in Stryker Red paint that's usually reserved for the Viper, the supercharged Challenger bearing the VIN 0001 went up for auction at the Mandalay Bay hotel and casino in Las Vegas on Saturday under the auspices of Barrett-Jackson. By the time bidding ended, the gavel dropped at $825,000 - nearly 14 times the sticker price - 100 percent of which will benefit Opportunity Vehicle, a charity that aids the intellectually handicapped in the Las Vegas Area.
