ENGINE DESCRIPTION: Date correct 1970 F440 HP rebuilt engine. The engine is painted in it's original street Hemi orange . The engine is fitted with stock painted valve covers. This is a FORGED STEEL CRANK engine. It's complete from carb to pan. Built with only the finest parts. Upgraded with forged pistons and speed pro moly rings. The rods are resized and fitted with ARP rod bolts. The complete rotating assembly is balanced. A new Hydraulic cam and lifters with double roller timing chain and gears. As for the heads, A complete 3 angle valve job with hardened seats for unleaded gas is given to the stock castings. Each engine is test run 3 times at 20 minutes each, to assure constant oil pressure, vacuum, and to check for leaks, as well as running in the camshaft in. New upper and lower pulleys, new power steering pump, new belts, as well as a new fuel pump. A Hi-Volume aluminum water pump is included. New alternator and all the factory correct mounting brackets. The spark plugs and wires along with a factory correct coil. The engine also has a new HOLLEY 770cfm 4 bbl. carb. The reconditioned stock HP exhaust manifolds are included with this engine.

Chrysler to reveal next minivan at 2016 Detroit Auto Show
Tue, Jan 13 2015All eyes in the industry are presently fixed on this year's Detroit Auto Show, but over at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, they're already looking towards next year's show. That's when the Italian-American automaker says it'll unveil the next Chrysler minivan. The announcement, made on the FCA Corporate Twitter feed, promises that the next Pentastar minivan will debut in January 2016, which (along with the hashtag NAIAS) suggests the next-generation family hauler will debut at the Detroit show next year. Auburn Hills is expected to replace the current Chrysler Town & Country and Dodge Grand Caravan with two all-new models: one keeping the minivan form, and the other shifting into more of a crossover. Just which nameplate gets the new form factor, and which will debut at Cobo next year, we don't know. Odds are good that it'll be the minivan not the CUV, though. Chrysler's minivan has been a winning business for the Detroit automaker, pioneering the segment, outselling the competition and marketing around the world under more brands and nameplates than just about anything else in the industry. The vehicle has been sold as the Dodge Caravan, Chrysler Town & Country, Chrysler Voyager, Plymouth Voyager, Lancia Voyager, Ram Cargo Van and Volkswagen Routan, to say nothing of long-wheelbase Grand versions of many of the aforementioned nameplates. Dodge Dart Registry helps you crowdsource money for your next ride [w/video]
Wed, 23 Jan 2013To be honest, we're surprised something like this didn't pop up sooner. Chrysler is riffing on gift registries for couples getting married or expecting babies and cross-pollinating it with a social media funding website like Kickstarter to help customers buy its 2013 Dodge Dart. The Dodge Dart Registry allows people to build and customize a new Dart exactly how they want it, then let other people purchase some or all of the components as gifts.
The registry lets you add features like dark headlights, dual exhaust, various wheels and even interior options without choosing a specific trim level. This sounds a lot like the system Scion uses to let its customers configure cars, and this could be a great idea for Dodge. Of course, this system has the added benefit of being a social media affair for you to share with your friends... you know, so they can help pay for some of the parts, too.
The best thing about the registry is that you can configure your dream Dart from the comfort of your home computer, which strikes us as much better than walking around Bed, Bath and Beyond for the better part of an afternoon with an electronic scanner. The one thing that Dodge doesn't offer? "Thank You" cards. Those are on you.
