This absolutely stunning "Kenne Bell" Super Charged Challenger just came in trade a few days ago. My partner wants me to send it to the auto auction, because he thinks it will stop the show and break the bank. I want to give someone a chance to own the baddest dog in the yard, before we send it off to auction. If you've never heard of Kenne Belle, look him up. His liquid cooled, twin screw superchargers are the Rolls Royce of the performance industry. This installation is absolutely flawless. The car is a rolling rocket ship. If you're going to put your foot in it, I suggest you wear two pairs of undies!!! Everything on this car is 50 state smog legal. I snapped a photo of the C.A.R.B. sticker under the hood, which shows it to be legal for and currently registered in California. The complete installation and service manual, along with the electronic tuner are included with the car. I would also like to point out that there is a placque under the hood that shows this Challenger to be outfitted by Mr. Norm. If you do your homework, you will find that he is the dealer who prepared most of the 60's performance Dodges and Chryslers.

This Challenger is a one owner, northern California car and it is loaded. It's black, with black suede and leather upholstory. It has factory Navigation, premium sound with kicker sub in the trunk, moon roof, power seat. spoiler, 20" alloy wheels, Brembo 4 wheel disc brakes and complete Corsa cat-back exhaust system. After 35 years in the auto industry, I've learned to tell a lot about a vehicle by looking at the brake and clutch pedals along with checking tire wear. Both pedals in this Challenger look like new and the original tires are worn perfectly even all the way across, with no flat spots, or rounded corners. This beautiful SRT-8 has been extremely well cared for and with just 16,449 miles, barely driven. We are a small used vehicle dealer here in Northern California and we get some fantastic trades. Check our feedback, we describe our vehicles accurately and that's why we have 100% perfect feedback.

You are welcome to come out and inspect the car before you bid. Just send us an email, or give me a call at (925) 437-4701 and we can make arrangements for you to see it. Unfortunately, we do not offer financing at this time, so we must ask you to arrange your financing before you bid on the car. Please DO NOT bid on this auction if you do not have the funds available to pay for it. If the winning bidder resides here in California, sales tax, license, ($55.00) DMV Documentation fee and smog fee will be collected at the time the vehicle is picked up. If you reside outside of California, you will be liable for paying all fees and taxes to the state the vehicle is to be registered in. If you win the auction and you live outside of Calif, we will be glad to pick you up at the airport, if you decide to drive the car home. The car comes with all factory books, two keys, supercharger manual, electronic tuner and copy of a clean Car Fax.
The reserve is set very fairly for this monster. Bid with confidence, you won't be disappointed when you see it!!

Ralph Gilles publishes futuristic sketch that lampoons yellow spoiler guards

Tue, Mar 24 2020

FCA design boss Ralph Gilles doesn't want to see yellow spoiler guards on future Dodge models. He joined the chorus of internet users urging Challenger and Charger owners to remove the protective strips installed at the factory by telling the story behind a futuristic-looking design sketch on his official Instagram account. The stylist explained the coronavirus work-from-home order isn't stopping his team from organizing design reviews. And, while he's not normally allowed to post images of future products on social media, he decided to make an exception. "This experimental design of a Dodge of the future fell on the cutting room floor ... because the designer decided to make the yellow spoiler guards a permanent part of the theme," he wrote. This isn't the first time Dodge has spoken out against owners who decided to keep the yellow spoiler guards on their car. The company even recently decided to make them pink to curb their popularity. This content is hosted by a third party. To view it, please update your privacy preferences. Manage Settings. Looking beyond the spoiler's yellow accents, the sketch depicts what appears to be a coupe with a front end that shares very few styling cues with Dodge's current design language. The round headlights seen on cars like the Challenger are replaced by ultra-thin LED lines, the grille is little more than a gap, and there's a gaping air vent right below it. The entire front fascia is painted black, a look oddly reminiscent of SEAT's Bocanegra models. Sculpted sides, wheels that stick out of the wheel arches, and a glass roof add a finishing touch to the design. Gilles only posted one sketch, so we don't know what the rear end looks like. His team is busily designing the next-generation Challenger, tentatively due out by 2023, but we don't expect it will look like the sketch that surfaced on Instagram. Mark Trostle, Dodge's head of design, previously affirmed the retro lines are here to stay. The four-door Charger is due for a makeover, too, and its design isn't as firmly anchored to tradition as the Challenger's. Time will tell whether the sketch subtly previews the direction Dodge is taking the model in. Related Video: This content is hosted by a third party. Chrysler readying Hellcat V8 with Viper-like power

Tue, 21 May 2013

A monstrous supercharged V8 engine could be in store for Chrysler and SRT products, if recent rumors are to be believed. Allpar is reporting that the forced-induction V8 - Chrysler's first, if this goes down - could make its debut this summer.
The story goes that the Hellcat would be based on a 6.2-liter Hemi engine, rather than on the existing 5.7- or 6.4-liter versions of the company's vaunted mill. In any case, the general consensus is that the motor will have gobs of power. Modest estimates call for between 500 to 570 horsepower, with some outliers predicting a figure as high as 600 hp. That figure would put the output would place the Hellcat awfully close to that of the 640-hp V10 in the SRT Viper, too. Allpar contends that a slightly lower powered version would allow Chrysler to keep costs below that of the more powerful Ford Shelby GT500, which might be a sweet spot.
The Hellcat could debut in a number of SRT products. SRT versions of the Charger, Challenger and 300 are all up for grabs, as is the rumored SRT Barracuda.

2022 Chrysler 300 and Dodge Challenger, Charger recalled for faulty TPMS sensors

Mon, Jul 25 2022

Stellantis is recalling some of its longest-running models to address a tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) sensor defect that may be erroneously indicating a low-pressure condition — 52,340 cars shipped with sensors built with batteries that may fail prematurely, triggering a TPMS light when there is no actual safety threat.  A TPMS light that remains constantly illuminated is not only annoying but it could also mask a real tire pressure loss, which is a safety hazard. Stellantis says the production range for potentially impacted models runs from September 7, 2021 to June 9, 2022, indicating it took some time for issues to crop up in the wild, so just because no issue has crept up yet, doesn't mean it won't later on.  Notices have begun circulating to dealers and should be sent to owners by early September. In the meantime, owners should verify any tire pressure warnings independently before driving their vehicles.  Related video: This content is hosted by a third party.
