I am selling my 70 challenger that I wont be able to finish, its an original 318 automatic car that I was converting to a 426 5spd car I would consider selling the 426 hemi that know has a dual plain intake for the dual carbs that's rated at 1050 cfm,THIS IS NOT INCLUDED IN THIS AUCTION,I also have a brand new tremec tko 5 gear package that came from the u.s, its worth $4000.00 and is also something i could sell as well, but is not included in this auction. Its had all its metal replaced by GOODMARK including shaker hood, front fenders, floor board section 1 front and one back seat foot section, it has the 4 speed hump welded in place. The doors are originals, it has replaced inner and outer wheel housings on both sides, a new trunk floor and tail panel, along with a new trunk with spoiler holes for the 'go wing'. I have spent over $10,000 on body work and roughly $ 6000 for all the reproduction sheet metal. They started reproducing these last year I believe with a $ 19,000 dollar price tag. I am not looking to get that much back out of it, but I am looking to recover most of my costs. The rotisserie is a AUTOTWIRLER that I had shipped from the U.S in to canada its worth $1400 by itself. I will include this in the auction as its pretty necessary to complete this rotisserie restoration that was started. The rear quarters received some scratched and a dent while it was being brought home from the body shop, they are at the very bottom of the quarter, in the rocker area of the quarter, possible to pull and fill over without to mutch work I would say. The roof is sitting in place but not correctly spot welded, the quarters are in place but need further welding to be fully correct. This car may not be perfect in your eyes so please ask for any additional pics and ill do my best to post them. thanks for looking and your bids! ** A thousand dollars will need to be paid within 3 days of auction close, with the remainder paid within 1 week or at the time of pick up, please txt or call if you need to make other arrangements or have it shipped, please call 306 361 9049 i will ship world wide if neccessary.

Chrysler recalling over 280k minivans because airbags may deploy on wrong side
Mon, 08 Jul 2013Chrysler has issued a recall for some 2013 Town & Country, Dodge Grand Caravan and Ram C/V Tradesman vans built between May 10, 2012 and June 7, 2013. These vehicles may have a software error that would cause the wrong side (opposite side) airbags to deploy in a crash. With this defect, a left-side impact would cause the right-side airbag to deploy, etc.
The recall affects 281,500 vehicles in total: 224k in the US, 49,300 in Canada, 2,900 in Mexico and 5,300 in other locations. Chrysler will notify owners of effected vehicles, and reflash the offending occupant restraint control module to resolve the issue. Dodge Charger Pursuit nets quickest lap in police car test
Mon, 30 Sep 2013We wouldn't advocate trying to outrun the police, no matter what you're driving and no matter what they are. But if you see a Dodge Charger bearing down on you with blue lights flashing in your rearview mirror, you'd better think twice before attempting to flee, because the Charger Pursuit has once again emerged as the fastest police cruiser out there.
In the latest Police Vehicle Evaluation held by the Michigan State Police at Grattan Raceway, Dodge says its new Charger Pursuit AWD posted a lap time of 1:33.85. That's quicker than any of the other law enforcement vehicles present, but also makes it the quickest all-wheel-drive cruiser available to law-enforcement officials. That may not make it the quickest of all time, but that honor belongs to the rear-drive Dodge Charger Pursuit, which cuts a fraction of a second off its AWD counterpart's time with a 1:33.70. But in regions where the extra traction could come in handy, that's as negligible a difference as we've ever seen.
Of course, the annual PVE sessions held by the Michigan State Police take in to account a wide variety of performance tests, including top speed, acceleration, braking, handling, fuel economy and ergonomics. The MSP has yet to reveal its full findings from its 2014 model year tests, but we'll be sure to bring them to you when they are published.
Chrysler minivans under investigation for stalling after fuel refill
Wed, 10 Sep 2014According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, at least one man has reported that his 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan stalled unexpectedly on the highway shortly after being refueled. The unidentified man who contacted NHTSA regarding the issue cited as many as eight similar instances reported by other drivers.
NHTSA has announced that it will launch an inquiry into this issue, which could affect as many as 160,000 minivans from Dodge and Chrysler that were sold in 2007 (or more, if a problem is found that extends to additional models years, we'd assume). As of yet, there's no formal investigation, let alone a recall, on these vans, as the agency is merely determining if further action is needed.
Two months ago, Chrysler recalled nearly 700,000 vehicles, the majority of which were minivans, from the 2008-2010 model years to replace ignition switches after an investigation found that their weak springs and detent positions could fool a driver into thinking the car was in the "Run" position, when it's actually in the "Accessory" position.
