Warranty Information
EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY
Seller hereby provides an express limited warranty to Buyer, subject to the limitations and provisions set forth herein. During the first thirty (30) days or 1,000 miles (which ever comes first) after the vehicle is accepted by the Buyer at time of delivery or pickup. Seller hereby warrants that they shall pay 50% of Parts & Labor on all necessary and reasonable repairs to said vehicle that arise as a result of unforeseen and unintended circumstances as limited more specifically below. This limited warranty is only applicable when the vehicle has no remaining factory warranty, and shall not be extended when the repair issue alleged by Buyer results from a condition that arises, or an accident or incident that occurs, after the vehicle has departed from Seller's place of business in Springfield, Missouri in furtherance of the sale contemplated herein. This limited warranty is not effective with regard to damage cased by Buyer's negligence, carelessness, neglect, or intentional act, but is only intended to cover unforeseen, unintended, and unanticipated maintenance issues that arise without the fault of the Buyer or any other person. This limited warranty does not apply to any "wearable" items of the motor vehicle including, but not limited to, brakes, clutch and tires, as any wearable items should be inspected and accepted or rejected at the time of delivery. All claims must be submitted to Seller in writing for approval prior to any work being done. Seller reserves the right to request a second estimate on any claim.

Premier Sports Cars Co. reserves the right stop the auction at any point, to sell to the highest bidder. We also have the right to end the auction if the car is sold locally from our showroom. Winning Bidder must contact Premier Sports Cars within twenty four (24) hours of a winning bid or forfeit their right to this item. Winning Bidder must also pay a 10% deposit via bank wire transfer (or other agreed upon payment method) within three (3) business days following auction end. Vehicle must be fully funded with seven (7) days after auction end and prior to vehicle delivery. Buyer must ensure funds are available prior to bidding. WE DO NOT CHARGE ANY DOCUMENTAION, DEALER OR JUNK FEES.
In just over a week, the Tokyo Auto Salon will host one of the coolest auctions we've seen in years. Jalopnik spotted BH Auction's listings, and it's a cornucopia of hot machinery you won't typically find at American auctions like Gooding & Company or Barrett Jackson. While Japanese cars make up most of the listings, Ferrari, Porsche, BMW and even Dodge all have at least one car going up for auction. There are 50 lots at the auction, including nine Nissan Skylines, nine Ferraris and two Porsche Carrera GTs. Some of our other favorites include a Honda S800 coupe, a Toyota Miniace truck, a Mitsubishi Willys Jeep and a 1955 Mercedes-Benz 300 SL gullwing with the V8 from a W124 Mercedes-Benz E60 AMG that's estimated to sell for between $1.25 million and $1.5 million. The guys behind Motor Trend's monthly Roadkill series have collected nine of their favorite project cars from their videos and pitted them against each other in a battle royale to determine a winner. It's 44 minutes long, but it's completely worth the investment of time. The cars run the gamut from a 1973 Chevrolet Ramp Truck, a 1975 AMC Pacer and a legitimately impressive 1967 Chevy Camaro, and they are pitted against each other to see which is the fastest around an autocross course. The drivers include Roadkill's two hosts and Motor Trend's Johnny Lieberman and Carlos Lago. It's reminiscent of the best episodes of Top Gear and worth a watch. So it's the weekend - the perfect time to relax. Grab your preferred beverage, get comfortable and enjoy 44 minutes of some seriously ratty but utterly cool project cars as they are throttled within an inch of their lives (or past it). It appears that someone in Stellantis' Pomigliano d’Arco Assembly Plant in Italy couldn't keep their cellphone to themselves. Video uploaded to the Alfa Romeo Club Italia Facebook page, then quickly removed, purports to show Dodge's brand-engineered version of the Alfa Romeo Tonale in the same factory where the Alfa will be built. The Dodge is expected to be called the Hornet, and there are a few differences between it and and Alfa Romeo, which is understandable. But if the screenshots on Twitter are accurate, then the Dodge looks a lot closer to the Alfa Romeo than perhaps anyone expected. The front fascia and hood fall in line with Dodge's design language. The Alfa grille is replaced by a narrow, stepped upper grille, and the hood is one of the vented units similar to those available for Dodge's R/T performance trims. And as Mopar Insiders noticed, the silhouette of this car's front end matches a vehicle silhouette Dodge showed during Stellantis' 2021 EV Day.  Inside, the Italian brand's crest in the steering wheel center cap is replaced by Dodge's twin slashes, and the steering wheel has been stripped of the large, curved paddle shifters the Tonale showed on its debut. There's still a start/stop button on the steering wheel, but where the Tonale has a driving mode dial on its dash, this supposed Hornet has another start/stop button. Dodge's push-to-start buttons are usually on the instrument panel, so our guess is that the wheel is a holdover for testing. On the center tunnel, the parking alert buttons and Italian Tricolore flag on the Alfa Romeo are replaced by three different buttons.  We've known Dodge has two electrified vehicles on the way, and the Hornet name has been low-key buzzing for two years. Fiat Chrysler applied to trademark the name in the U.S. in March 2020; at the time, it was thought a vehicle with that name could replace the Journey. In 2021, a July rumor out of Italy was the first whisper of the Hornet name being attached to the Alfa Romeo Tonale. In August, when Stellantis CEO Carlos Tavares said Dodge would get a PHEV in 2024, watchers pegged that model as the Hornet. That hybrid powertrain would show a year after the vehicle's launch, the Hornet anticipated as a 2023 model with the Tonale's turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder. That engine could get the same 256 horsepower and 295 pound-feet of torque as the Tonale, or be boosted to satisfy Dodge's performance credentials.
