2004 Dodge Mercedes Sprinter 10 Passenger van. 2nd owner (purchased from original owner January, 2011). Black exterior with grey patterned interior. Trusted Mercedes diesel engine. About 20 MPG. Tow package with trailer brake. Front and rear heat with auxiliary heater / timer. Front and rear A/C. High top gives immense amount of space. Fun and easy to drive and turns on a dime. Keyless entry with 3 key fabs. Power locks and windows. Radio with cassette and 4 speakers. All of the emblems show Mercedes including actual Mercedes wheels (tacky stock Sprinter wheels were replaced). Interior in good shape (seats are all excellent). All seats have head rests and individual seat belts attached to seat (not ceiling). On a scale of 1-10 (10 being perfect) exterior would be a 5-6 with some rust spots, random scratches and a dent on the side (see picture). Decent tires. Decent brakes (recently done at the dealer). 150 amp alternator replaced by dealer. Oil changes always done by dealer since we have owned it. Runs and drives excellent with no hidden engine issues.

2013 Dodge Charger SRT8 Super Bee
Tue, 12 Mar 2013I can pinpoint the exact moment when I fell in love with this car. It was starting down a nearly straight entrance ramp at 15 miles per hour when I buried the throttle. In a moment, I was thrown back into my seat as the big SRT8's engine came to life with commensurate sound, fury and force, bringing me up to 75 mph in what felt like two blinks of an eye. This thing feels so much quicker than its 470 horsepower and 470 pound-feet of torque would lead you to believe. And mashing the right pedal never, ever gets old.
But beyond sheer speed, I found a whole lot to like about the Charger SRT8 during my week with the Pitch Black test car here in Detroit. And while the whole Super Bee kit isn't really my style, it's really easy to overlook those badges for a package that offers so much for so little.

Chrysler readying Hellcat V8 with Viper-like power
Tue, 21 May 2013A monstrous supercharged V8 engine could be in store for Chrysler and SRT products, if recent rumors are to be believed. Allpar is reporting that the forced-induction V8 - Chrysler's first, if this goes down - could make its debut this summer.
The story goes that the Hellcat would be based on a 6.2-liter Hemi engine, rather than on the existing 5.7- or 6.4-liter versions of the company's vaunted mill. In any case, the general consensus is that the motor will have gobs of power. Modest estimates call for between 500 to 570 horsepower, with some outliers predicting a figure as high as 600 hp. That figure would put the output would place the Hellcat awfully close to that of the 640-hp V10 in the SRT Viper, too. Allpar contends that a slightly lower powered version would allow Chrysler to keep costs below that of the more powerful Ford Shelby GT500, which might be a sweet spot.
The Hellcat could debut in a number of SRT products. SRT versions of the Charger, Challenger and 300 are all up for grabs, as is the rumored SRT Barracuda.
MotorWeek revisits the awesome, original Dodge Viper

Not only does the video feature the now-famous, original Dodge Viper, but this is also a chance to watch one lapping Pocono International Raceway in a test of track prowess. This segment was MotorWeek's first chance to unleash the Viper around a racecourse, and the show took advantage of the opportunity. In addition to the usual 0-60 mph and quarter-mile tests, the 400-horsepower V10 is let loose to do lap after lap. The clip offers a great dose of nostalgia and is worth a watch to remember the intense enthusiasm surrounding the Viper at the time.
