2005 Dodge Ram 3500, 2 wd., Cummins Turbo Diesel, Trailer Pulling Ready.

This truck is in Excellent running and operating condition, Everything works as it should, needs no repairs, Ready for the road.

Engine is a 5.9 Cummins turbo diesel, runs perfect , great pulling power, and gets approximate 22 MPG. All six tires and all brakes have been replaced in the last 10,000 miles. Interior is in great condition, no rips or tears, shows very minimal wear. Drives and handles perfect, just as it should. Truck was set up for towing fifth wheeler trailer ( will also pull tag trailer), so all the support brackets under bed are there, and the wiring plug in is in the box, and brake controller is in the cab. The exterior mirrors can be horizontal for normal driving or will rotate vertical for extended out trailer pulling view w/spot mirrors. Mirror glass has defrost as so does the rear cab window. Truck bed has been sprayed with the Rhino Bed Lining.

Truck has no rust, or body damage, just a couple of small parking lot door dings and some light scratches in a few spots from normal truck use wear. My pictures show this truck in road use condition, so a car wash and some wax would really make this shine. Nice am/fm/cd stereo radio with front and all four door speakers, sun visors have lighted mirrors, dash pull out beverage tray, power ports, split seats with fold up center work desk/storage, charcoal gray interior, black carpeting with floor mats, center ceiling mount driver info display module, fiberglass rear fenders with heavy duty mud flaps, 2" x 2" trailer hitch receiver, tinted glass all around, all side windows have the wind and rain deflectors, AC works fine, no windshield damage or any glass damage, power windows, power door locks, power drivers seat, cruise control all work fine, and this truck has no fluid leaks, nice and dry. GVW rated 11,500 lbs. and tire size is 235/80R17.

Truck was purchased 10,000 miles ago and all brakes and all tires were replaced with new at that time. Truck was used to pull a fifth wheel RV trailer a few times and is now no longer needed. Truck has been well cared for. The legendary drivetrain is known for over 500,000 miles of service with proper service.

Truck is located in Three Oaks, Michigan which is in the very southwest corner of Michigan on highway US12. Zip code 49128 will show you location on any map website.

Any questions are welcome and truck may be viewed and inspected by calling 269-756-9664 Should there be no answer, just leave a message and your call will be returned.

I am selling this truck for a friend who just no longer has use for this vehicle, there are no issues with this truck, everything works and performs as it should.

Thanks for looking.

Weekly Recap: Things you might not know about the 2015 Dodge Charger and Challenger Hellcats

Sat, 16 Aug 2014

If you're an enthusiast, and you don't know that Dodge spawned another Hellcat this week, you really must have been living in cave. The 2015 Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat is probably the biggest news for enthusiasts since the reveal of, well the 2015 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat.
But, there are some things you might not know or might have missed about the new Charger and Challenger Hellcats. For starters, reports that the Hellcat production would be limited to a low volume are not true.
"We have not capped the Hellcat on either the Challenger or the Charger," Dodge CEO Tim Kuniskis said.

Rare Dodge Daytona found in barn heads for auction

Tue, Dec 15 2015

An American icon is headed to Mecum's Kissimmee, Florida auction next January. Charlie Lyons, owner of a restoration shop focused on old Chrysler products, got a lead on a two-owner 1969 Dodge Charger Daytona that had been sitting in a barn in Glenwood, Alabama for decades. Dodge built 560 Charger Daytonas (Canada and US production) to homologate the model for NASCAR racing, and then that car and the successor Plymouth Superbird terrorized NASCAR tracks for 18 months. The production car, however, 18 feet long and considered ugly, wasn't popular at the time, so many were beat up or simply disappeared. Around 385 are thought to exist today. Lyons said the first owner of this car was the town judge, who bought it for his wife. In 1974 the second owner - just 18 years old at the time - bought it for $1,800 so he could drive it to Panama City, Florida, for Spring Break, and had flames painted on the front fenders and the scallops trimmed in white. Otherwise this barn find is complete and stock, with matching numbers throughout, R4 Charger Red paint and a white tail, bucket seats, center console, three-speed TorqueFlite automatic, and 20,553 miles on the 440-cubic-inch Magnum V8. Hot Rod has the long story of how Lyons found the car and convinced the owner to sell for what he jokingly called "a shoebox full of folded money." Hagerty says a concours-worthy model can command $262,000. Mecum's pre-sale estimate for this Charger Daytona is $150,000 to $180,000. That sounds steep, but Mecum did sell another perfectly restored Hemi-powered 1969 Charger Daytona for $900,000 at this year's Kissimmee auction to actor David Spade. Related Video:

Chrysler extending production of current Dodge Avenger, Jeep Wrangler, Grand Caravan

Wed, 24 Jul 2013

Are you hesitant to pull the trigger on a brand new Dodge Avenger in hopes that a new one will be coming? Well, don't hold your breath. According to The Detroit News, Chrysler will be extending production of the current Avenger sedan through the end of 2015.
Originally, we heard that the company would kill the Avenger to better focus its midsize sedan efforts on the Chrysler 200 replacement. But then new reports stated there would indeed be an Avenger successor, and that we could see it as early as next January. This Detroit News report cites supplier sources confirming the extension of Avenger production, though Chrysler has not released an official statement on the matter.
These same suppliers say that the current Jeep Wrangler will live on through mid-2018 - that's right, another five years. The Detroit News reports that a replacement for the iconic, go-anywhere Jeep was due in mid-2016.
