2007 DODGE RAM 2500 SLT 4x4 5.9L CUMMINS DIESEL LONE STAR EDITION

Don't miss out on this 5.9L Cummins Ram!!! One owner!!! All highway miles!!! Excellent condition!!!

This is my Ram Truck that I purchased new in 2007. I am the only owner and know everything about this truck. Bought this truck for the look and not for its work capability although it has serious POWER. THis an awesome truck and would love to keep it but it is time for a new more practical truck.

All 101,340 miles are highway miles. It has never pulled anything other than an occasional 16" utility trailer. Has had regular maintenance and oil changes. It has recent oil change, lube and filter and ready to drive. It has 315 70R 17 BF Goodrich All Terrain TA tires put on last year with warranty. Speedometer has been calibrated to account for tires. I have had no problems with this truck the entire time except replacing the batteries. Great body (See Photos). Has a few minor scratches. Has LineX spray in liner with lifetime warranty.

Lone Star package; Automatic; 5.9L Cummins; Manual shift 4WD; 34 gallon fuel tank; keyless entry; power drivers seat; CD/MP3 player; rear underseat storage and cargo rack; power heated folding tow mirrors; Cummins logo floor mats; fog lamps; and much more. (See Photos).

Also included is a Superchips Powerpaq to calibrate the speedometer with the tire size. You can also set truck for performance mode for added performance. Powerpaq may do much more but I just got it for the tire calibration.

There are not many 5.9L diesels in this condition around. Truck is located in Roscoe, Texas (about 50 miles West of Abilene, Texas on I-20). Please contact me via email chris@chrishartmanlaw.com or chrisohartman@yahoo.com or via phone (325) 370-4931 for more info or to come take it for a drive. YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

Fort Worth Police investigating officer for using pepper spray on bikers

Tue, Mar 15 2016

A Fort Worth Police officer was placed on administrative duties after video surfaced showing him allegedly spraying pepper spray at a group of passing motorcyclists during a traffic stop over the weekend. An officer with the FWPD pulled over one of the group's chase vehicles, a red Dodge Ram, that was escorting riders in case of a crash or mechanical troubles. The video, shot from one of the motorcyclists' helmet cams, caught the FWPD officer exiting his vehicle and, before approaching the truck, spraying something into traffic at the group of riders. WFAA News 8 spoke with the men responsible for the video, Jack Kinney and Chase Stone, via Skype from Longview, TX, on March 13. "It's the last thing I would expect to see," Kinney told the station. "His intent was to hit the bikers for sure, there's no doubt about it," said Stone. "His intent was to send somebody down, if not to cause a major accident with that spray". As the video went viral, receiving more than 200,000 views in 15 hours, people shared videos showing the group of motorcyclists riding in an irresponsible manner through traffic right before the alleged pepper spray incident. Fort Worth Police say they received numerous calls about the pack of riders from motorists on surrounding highways, with complaints ranging from weaving in and out of lanes to popping wheelies through traffic at high speed. News 8 asked Kinney and Stone if it was possible that the officer felt threatened. "If you're worried about safety, why would you pepper spray a large group of bikers like that?" asked Kinney. The Dallas Morning News identified the officer as W. Figueroa. Worth Police released an official statement about the incident late on the afternoon of March 13. They stated that the officer in question, a six-year FWPD veteran, had been relieved of his patrol duties and placed on desk duty pending the investigation. FWPD Corporal Tracey Knight also made a statement indicating that pepper-spraying drivers in oncoming traffic is not a department-sanctioned tactic. Ram to go on a Rampage with new small pickup?

Wed, 16 Jul 2014

When people look back at today's automotive industry, what do you think they'll remember us for? The emergence of hybrids? Ever more expensive and exotic supercars? The dawn of the self-driving car? All likely scenarios, but so is the blurring of lines between one bodystyle and another, giving rise to hardtop convertible coupes and crossovers of every shape and size. But one bodystyle the North American auto industry has stayed largely away from in the past couple of decades is a car nose and chassis with a pickup bed.
It's a bodystyle immortalized by the Chevrolet El Camino, but with few exceptions, we haven't seen too many of these automotive platypuses in recent years on our turf. Subaru tried with the Baja and the low-volume Honda Ridgeline soldiers along largely unchanged, but the genre's biggest adherents are still Down Under, where ute versions of the Holden Commodore and Ford Falcon live. With a few other examples scattered to the four corners of the earth, that's really about it. But if these spy shots are anything to go by, it looks like Fiat Chrysler Automobiles could be working to bring it back.
Spied undergoing testing in Michigan, what we appear to be looking at is a heavily disguised Fiat Strada being prepared - like the Fiat Ducato-based Ram ProMaster and the smaller Doblo-based ProMaster City - for Stateside duty as a Ram product. The Strada, for those unfamiliar, is a product of Fiat Automóveis in Brazil and is based on the Palio economy car. The nameplate has been around South America since 1996 and was originally designed by Giorgetto Giugiaro (long before Volkswagen monopolized his talents), and takes a more rugged approach in the form of the Strada Adventure.
