2006 Dodge Ram 2500 Laramie Mega Cab Pickup 4-door 5.9l Diesel on 2040-cars
Columbus, Indiana, United States
Here is a low mileage 2006 dodge mega cab 2500 4x4 with the coveted 5.9 cummins diesel. It is all power including power pedals, power and heated tow mirrors, and power sliding rear window. It also has the power factory sunroof. The truck has 103000 miles and I just had the transmission rebuilt. The only thing we did not put in it was the bullit shafts. I had this tranny built to keep the truck but some family plans have changed so I am offering it up for sale. The truck runs excellent and has a bully dog programmer added for better fuel mileage. I put a a programmer on all of my trucks for better fuel mileage. I purchased a 2 year old meyer 7'6' MDII poly plow for the truck and installed. I will sell the truck with or without the plow. I am no longer going to continue the snow plowing and working the strange hours. I have decided to make a career change and my wife and children are going to move forward with this and this is the first step as I no longer have a need for a truck this big. I love these trucks as this is the 3rd mega cab I have owned. I would possibily entertain a trade buy it will have to be a low mileage crew cab 1/2 ton 4x4 chevy as partial trade on this truck. I will take $2000 off buy it now price if you do not want the snowplow.

2013 Dodge Charger AWD Sport
Tue, 29 Jan 2013We won't beat around the bush: The all-wheel-drive Dodge Charger is not a brand new car. This generation launched in 2011, AWD models and all. But for 2013, Chrysler has added an optional sport package to the AWD model, available with both the 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 or the sweet, sweet 5.7-liter Hemi V8. The upgrades for this new sport pack are mainly cosmetic; a gloss black grille, new 19-inch alloy wheels and body-colored rear spoiler make up the list of exterior changes. Inside, there are new sport seats and paddle shifters, and the eight-speed automatic transmission has been reflashed for better performance.
But because vehicles like the Dodge Charger mainly stick out in our minds as being rear-drive bruisers, Chrysler wanted to give us the opportunity to test out the LX platform's foul-weather prowess. And perhaps no place more appropriate to test such a system was way up in Michigan's Upper Peninsula in the dead of winter.

Lackluster Dodge Dart sales trigger layoffs
Thu, 06 Mar 2014Hidden amidst the overall very positive sales figures that Chrysler released earlier this week were a few disappointments, the biggest of which may be the Dodge Dart. While Dodge sales in general were down 11 percent from a year ago, the Dart's poor figures stood out from the rest - with 4,888 units sold, the Dart was down 37 percent in February.
It comes as little surprise, then, that the automaker has announced layoffs at its assembly plant in Belvidere, IL. According to The Daily Herald, Dodge will temporarily lay off 325 workers "to balance vehicle supply with current sales demand." Put more simply, there are more Darts than buyers at the moment...
We don't think the Dodge Dart is a bad car, but it's playing in a market that offers a few standout sellers, like the Chevy Cruze, Ford Focus, Honda Civic and Toyota Corolla. According to AutoPacific analyst Dave Sullivan, as quoted by The Daily Herald, "great incentives on the Dodge Avenger" are also partly to blame for the Dart's poor showing.
Chrysler extending production of current Dodge Avenger, Jeep Wrangler, Grand Caravan
Wed, 24 Jul 2013Are you hesitant to pull the trigger on a brand new Dodge Avenger in hopes that a new one will be coming? Well, don't hold your breath. According to The Detroit News, Chrysler will be extending production of the current Avenger sedan through the end of 2015.
Originally, we heard that the company would kill the Avenger to better focus its midsize sedan efforts on the Chrysler 200 replacement. But then new reports stated there would indeed be an Avenger successor, and that we could see it as early as next January. This Detroit News report cites supplier sources confirming the extension of Avenger production, though Chrysler has not released an official statement on the matter.
These same suppliers say that the current Jeep Wrangler will live on through mid-2018 - that's right, another five years. The Detroit News reports that a replacement for the iconic, go-anywhere Jeep was due in mid-2016.
