2003 Dodge Ram 2500HD SLT. Super low miles! Only 14,000 original miles from new, clean carfax and clear title in hand. P/W P/L power drivers seat. Four wheel drive works like new. Truck was used by a local small property management company from whom I purchased it from. Impulse by, truck doesn't fit my needs. Truck is in exceptional condition, 99% rust free. Only rust spots are in pictures. One on the driver's side rocker that is very solid would just need a quick repair. The other spot is just beginning on the bottom of the tailgate. Other then that, truck is rust free, especially frame! Body is in near new condition with one dent in the rear bumper and only a few scratches. Needs muffler back and ABS wheel sensors. Truck is registered, insured, inspected and currently on the road. I drive it everyday. ABS lights are on because everything regarding the brakes where replaced except the wheel sensors. Truck has new rotors, calipers, pads and all brake lines. New battery, tires (95%) and fresh oil change. I work at a dealership and the truck has been gone over top to bottom. Dodge Scat Packages add Mopar performance upgrades in three stages
Wed, 06 Nov 2013Dodge has revealed what it calls Scat Package Stage Kits that enhance the performance of the Charger and the Challenger equipped with the 5.7-liter V8, and the Dart equipped with the turbocharged 2.4-liter inline four-cylinder engine. The Scat Packs use Mopar performance parts that also can be bought separately. Most of the upgrades increase engine output, but Dodge somehow manages to not specifically mention the power gains associated with each Scat Pack.
The three Scat Packs offered for the V8-powered cars focus on higher power ratings, and each stage comes complete with a unique engine-management calibration to optimize output. Stage one comes with a cold-air intake and a cat-back exhaust; stage two adds a performance camshaft; and stage three really gives you the goods, adding ported polished cylinder heads and performance headers.
For the Dart, the Scat Packs focus on engine, transmission, chassis and brake upgrades. Stage one will net you a cold-air intake, a short-throw shifter and slotted rotors with performance brake pads; stage two adds a cat-back exhaust system and an engine-management calibration to increase output by taking advantage of premium-octane gasoline; and stage three adds 13-inch vented brake discs up front clamped by four-piston calipers, suspension with adjustable springs and struts and performance front and rear antiroll bars.

Roadkill pits every project car against each other
Sat, 22 Feb 2014The guys behind Motor Trend's monthly Roadkill series have collected nine of their favorite project cars from their videos and pitted them against each other in a battle royale to determine a winner. It's 44 minutes long, but it's completely worth the investment of time.
The cars run the gamut from a 1973 Chevrolet Ramp Truck, a 1975 AMC Pacer and a legitimately impressive 1967 Chevy Camaro, and they are pitted against each other to see which is the fastest around an autocross course. The drivers include Roadkill's two hosts and Motor Trend's Johnny Lieberman and Carlos Lago. It's reminiscent of the best episodes of Top Gear and worth a watch.
So it's the weekend - the perfect time to relax. Grab your preferred beverage, get comfortable and enjoy 44 minutes of some seriously ratty but utterly cool project cars as they are throttled within an inch of their lives (or past it). Scroll down to check out the video.
