1999, Dodge Diesel extended cab with four doors. My dad bought this truck brand new off the lot and we no longer have a need for this truck. Its a two wheel drive automatic transmission and diesel engine. It rarely gets driven so it has only 107185 actual miles. It has a after market fuel delivery system to remedy the problematic dodge system and has been professionally maintained its whole life. The interior of the truck has never been smoked in and is in very good condition except for the top of the dash, its cracked like 99% of all these trucks have and its a easy and cheap fix ,just haven't done it yet..I had the transmission rebuilt 6000 miles ago and it has a heavy aftermarket torq convertor installed and works perfectly. The only thing this truck has pulled is a very small camping trailer once in a while and has never been abused at all.  Most of the mileage has been empty weight and highway miles only. Everything on the truck works flawlessly and  and would drive it anywhere at anytime and it gets very good fuel milage also.  The fuel milage averaged 21 mile per gallon last month going to florida. It also has a turbo back 4 inch exhaust system. The tires are about 75% and wont need replaced for along time. There is also a camper shell on it that has been painted to match the factory color and it can be removed if so desired.

The exterior is absolutly rust free and has never been driven in salt of any kind. There are some dings and scratches but hardly noticable and  extremely great shape for a 15 year old truck. The paint is factory and never been repainted. The windshield has one rock chip in it but not bad enough to replace.

Clear title in hand .

Dodge offers 100 years of solid advice in new ad

Fri, 18 Apr 2014

This is a cool ad. Dodge, which is celebrating its centennial this year, recruited some of its peers to see what you should and shouldn't do in life. Of course, some are obvious - don't complain, learn from your mistakes and live for now.
Then again, some are less obvious. Some, actually, are downright awesome. Towards the end, each piece of advice is interspersed with clips of Dodge's redesigned Challenger smoking its tires. Really, this ad feels like it'd be worthy of a Super Bowl spot. This commercial's personal nature is really in keeping with some of the big game's most interesting ads, like the Imported From Detroit commercial, the Farmer ad and Maserati's surprise clip from this year's game.

NHTSA probing Ram recall pace, communication

Tue, 28 Oct 2014

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has announced that it's looking into Chrysler Group's handling of a pair of recalls affecting roughly one million Ram pickup trucks. Reuters is reporting that the regulatory agency is focusing on the availability (or lack thereof) of parts and "poor communications" from the automaker in its investigation.
"Customers have been advised in accordance with the regulations governing recalls," Chrysler spokesman Eric Mayne told Reuters via email. "We are continually replenishing our supply of replacement parts. Chrysler Group regrets any inconvenience our customers may have experienced."
NHTSA disagrees, arguing that the recalls, which affect 972,000 trucks from 2003 to 2012, are being delayed by the lack of parts.

Chrysler Recalling 870,000 SUVs For Brake Defect

Wed, Apr 2 2014

Chrysler is recalling nearly 870,000 SUVs because corrosion may make the vehicles' brakes harder to use. Jeep Grand Cherokee and Dodge Durango SUVs from the 2011 through 2014 model years are involved. Chrysler says crimp joints in the brake boosters can corrode if they're exposed to water. If the water freezes, the boosters won't aid braking as they usually do. Chrysler began investigating after some customers said their brakes felt too firm when pressed down. The company knows of one accident, but no injuries, due to the defect. Dealers will install a shield to protect the boosters for free and replace boosters that aren't working properly. Chrysler has since changed the design to make the boosters more corrosion resistant. Chrysler will notify owners of the recall, which involves 867,795 vehicles.
