You are looking at a 1997 Dodge Ram 2500 4X4 with the 5.9 Cummins Diesel 12 Valve engine. This truck has been my personal truck for the past 10 months in which I have driven daily. The only reason for selling is we have a new addition to our family and a regular cab truck does not fit the bill anymore. This truck does have auto trans, PW, PL, tilt, cruise, and air. This truck just had a fresh oil change and fuel filter service. I had new tires put on that have less than 8,000 miles on them. This is a truck that I do still drive daily so the miles may be more than listed. The running gears in this truck are in overall good health. The interior of this truck is in good shape. The exterior of this truck does not have any rust issues but it does have some scratches, dents, and a few chips in paint as noted in pics. This truck has a brand new electric brake box and a B&W gooseneck ball that I had installed. Now to the downside this truck will have a Kentucky rebuilt title due to previous theft. If you are looking for a good , hard to find 5.9 Cummins 12 valve that is ready to work, farm, or just be a daily driver then this truck is for you. These are used units. Watch this Dodge Viper get clawed to death
Tue, 07 Jan 2014There's a scene in the James Bond movie, Casino Royale, where Daniel Craig's Agent 007 is captured by villain Le Chiffre, played by Mads Mikkelsen. Le Chiffre tortures Bond in a scene that is rather difficult to watch (especially for blokes) and impossible to describe on these digital pages (Google at your own risk). This video is the automotive equivalent of the Casino Royale torture scene.
It shows a Dodge Viper - a late, first-generation GTS judging by the center-exit exhausts - getting assaulted by a giant piece of heavy equipment. The large claw shows no mercy on the V10-powered sports car, rending its muscular curves into pieces and then running it over, just for good measure. It's a painful video to watch (and hear!), made worse because we don't know what the Viper did to deserve such a fate. About a third of the way through the video, the cameraman indicates that the man with the claw is a new operator from Chrysler, and it appears there may be some fire damage, but beyond that, we don't have much to go on.
