Everything works as it should on this truck and it has low mileage. It had some clearcoat issues on one side of the hood and fender, so we had that fixed and it looks fantastic. It's serviced and ready to go. You will not be disappointed! We only sell high quality vehicles at our dealership, and this is one of our select, certified vehicles at a low price. AutoCheck is clear on this vehicle with no accidents or title issues and a clear odometer check."

OK folks, this is a super nice Ram 1500 with the HEMI engine, 4 door with 4 wheel drive.  All the right options!  We took this truck on a trade in from the guy who does all of our mechanical work for our dealership and he knows his stuff when it comes to cars AND he has maintained this Ram truck very well over its life.  In fact, the only reason he traded is so he could get a bigger dually to pull a trailer with, so he really hated to get rid of it.   This truck has been mechanically inspected and everything is in top shape.  I drove it around for a few days to make sure that everything is just right on it and this truck is a pleasure to drive.  The Hemi is just awesome with tons of power.  For you Mopar fans that know the Hemi, you know what I'm talking about.  For those of you knew to those motors, you should try one out.  They are a real blast to drive.

This truck is in a gorgeous blue.  We are upfront about everything on our vehicles, so I will tell you that we had the hood, front fender and rear fender repainted to take care of some clearcoat issues.  The areas were not that big that had the issues, but to do this up right, we had them repaint the entire panel.  The paint matches perfectly and looks great.  The truck is super clean and really stands out.  You will not be disappointed.

Inside, you have the nice grain accented dash with cloth seating that is clean.  No rips, tears or anything else on this baby.  Dash is in great shape, all gauges are functional and all electronics work as they should.

Like all of our vehicles, we are offering this truck for below market value.  Look around at prices of other ones...in fact, we encourage people to do that because they always come back to us because of our low pricing.  We believe in giving customers a fair deal and not gouging them.

So, if you have any questions, feel free to ask and we will do our absolute best to answer them for you.

HAPPY BIDDING!

This vehicle is for sale locally, so we reserve the right to end this auction at any time if the vehicle is sold.

Gauging reaction to the 2015 Dodge Charger Pursuit on Detroit highways

Sat, Feb 7 2015

Steven Ewing and I kind of pretended to be cops a few weeks ago. No, not in the illegal way; we just took turns driving the 2015 Dodge Charger Pursuit around Detroit and its suburbs, learning invaluable life lessons along the way. A lot of those lessons came in the form of weird reactions from other drivers. Steve peeved his neighbors by surprising them in the parking lot, I can damn close to sitting in jail next to a murderer and we both caught our fair share of evil-eyed glances. One of my very first observations was a pronounced "bubble effect" when driving in traffic on the highway. Attempting to recreate the effect for the video camera, I grabbed Senior Producer Chris McGraw and we went for a ride in the name of pseudo psychology. The results weren't exactly as we'd predicted, but we had fun all the same. Get one more dose of your cop car fix, above.

eGarage interviews a couple with 65 Vipers

Thu, 12 Sep 2013

Owning multiple vehicles can be a hassle worth enjoying if you're willing to spend the time and the money required to acquire and maintain them. But when it's hard to make ends meet while underused valuable hunks of metal, plastic and rubber sit happily taking up garage space, journeys into the depths of other people's well-developed automotive obsessions will either bring you and your cars closer together, or compel you to sell them off before you become one of those fanatics. A recent video by eGarage is one of those journeys, and it's not for the faint of heart: D'Ann and Wayne Rauh own 65 Dodge and SRT Vipers in a collection of automobiles that exceeds 100.
We're not sure if the couple has developed heat-resistant calves from stepping over Viper door sills made burning-hot by side-exhaust pipes, but we wouldn't be surprised if they did. We did learn that their obsession with the no-holds-barred sports car started in 2006 with a trip to a dealership to buy just one Viper, which goes to show how innocently car obsessions can start. But the Rauhs seem to be doing just fine - perhaps better - 64 more Vipers later.
Watch the video below for the full story and to see what eGarage claims is the world's largest Viper collection.

FCA is setting a five-year strategy: Here's how the last one played out

Thu, May 31 2018

We're slightly more than four years removed from Sergio Marchionne last five-year plan for FCA, a tell-all where the Italian-American automaker divulged its plans for the 2014 through 2018 model years. It was a grand affair, where Sergio told FCA investors that all was right in Auburn Hills, Alfa Romeo and Maserati were making comebacks, and the fifth-gen Dodge Viper received a mid-cycle refresh. You can read every last one of those past predictions right here. We're on our way to Europe to see Sergio's sequel, coming out Friday straight from FCA's Italian headquarters. (Bloomberg reports a plan to expand Jeep and Ram globally, combine Alfa Romeo and Maserati into a single division for an eventual spinoff, and downsizing Fiat and Chrysler. Also, EVs.) But before we arrive in Italy and find out exactly what Marchionne has planned for 2019 through 2023 as his last act as CEO, let's take a minute to tally up the results of his last term based on the same scoresheet we used in 2014. Now, we're only five months into 2018, so much of this — including vehicles like the Ram HD and Jeep Grand Wagoneer — could still debut this year. For those, we'll mark things TBD. We're not going to draw any conclusions or make any objectionable remarks. We're simply going to let the stats speak for themselves.
