For sale, my very meticulously maintained 2004 Dodge Ram hemi sport 4X4 crew cab, I'm the second owner and I have owned the truck for almost 4 years,  the truck was sold new at McGee motors in Georgetown DE. To an older local gentleman .

My truck has NEVER had any paint work ever, the truck runs and looks fantastic as we were both very particular about keeping it in excellent condition ( never ever smoked in either )

My truck has never been in mud or on the beach. There is zero rust on my truck.

The truck has 120K pampered adult miles on it. I drive it everyday to work so miles may be slightly more by auctions end.
I average around 12,000 miles per year.

My truck is all stock, there are no modifications at all. ( has a Flowmaster )
engine compartment is dusty dirty some, I do not like to wet newer vehicles under the hood.

I only run Mobil 1 synthetic oil.
The trans has a had a fluid flush once.
The coolant has been flushed once.
The spark plugs were changed once.
The battery has been replaced once
The serpentine belt has been replaced once.
The front brakes were replaced once at 92k
I have replaced the power steering and cooler hoses with genuine Mopar parts.
I also had the rear end axle gone through and replaced the bearings etc. about a year ago. ( have receipt for a little over $900 ) ( when changing the gear oil we noticed some tiny glitter in the gear oil, so to be safe I had it gone through.

The truck is well equipped

5.7 hemi v8
automatic transmission
4x4
power windows
power door locks
speed control
tilt wheel
power drivers seat
cloth interior
remote keyless entry ( two keys and fobs )

The personal changes I have made to the truck are as follows..

1. I Installed new factory "hemi" dodge challenger hood emblems on the trucks factory hood scoop.
2. I removed both of the factory front "hemi" emblems that were on the front fenders.
3. I removed the factory color keyed door moldings and installed new Mopar chrome Laramie moldings I purchased new from the Dodge dealer.( kept old ones )
4. I installed chrome door handle and tailgate handle trim. ( can be removed easily ) ( outer handle trim was not put on but buyer gets them )
5. I installed 4ea. tinted window vent shades.
6. spray in bed liner was done when the truck was brand new.
7. I installed a new brake box for towing .
8. When the truck was purchased new, it had a flow master muffler welded on, sounds great.
9. Last fall I purchased newer chrome 2009 Dodge Ram wheels and tires from a friend of mine that had removed them from his truck when new to put on aftermarket rims and tires. ( original 20" wheels clear coat was getting ugly )
10. I added a small "hemi" emblem to the left bottom corner of the tailgate.
11. I removed the factory color keyed taillight trim that is held on by 3m double stick emblem tape. ( they are included with the truck ) as seen in pictures
12. I installed a brand new pair of "Westin" chrome bed rails.

The truck looks and shines awesome, I get compliments quite often from many.
This is a used 2004 truck so it may have some very minor chips, scratches etc. ( you will have to look hard for any ! ) ( front bumper cover does have some bug juice staining in the clear )
You will not be disappointed what so ever in this truck

I have described my truck to the best of my ability.

2015 Dodge Challenger crash test results slip from last year's model

Mon, Dec 22 2014

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has released the results of its latest round of crash testing, announcing that the 2015 Dodge Challenger has netted a five-star overall crash rating. Of course, Chrysler won't want us to tell you this, but that NHTSA overall rating is not the whole story here. As The Car Connection so astutely points out, five-star rating aside, the refreshed 2015 Challenger actually performed worse than when it was tested back in 2013. The V6-powered SXT model tested by NHTSA in this latest round of testing was only able to record a four-star rating in its frontal crash test, while it nailed a five-star rating in the side-impact test. The 2013 Challenger managed a five-star rating in the frontal test. Of course, while this rating is a sign of overall good news for Challenger fans, the car, as TCC argues, has yet to be tested by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety. It'll be interesting to see if these NHTSA ratings translate to an IIHS Top Safety Pick or Top Safety Pick Plus. Scroll down for the full press release from FCA. All-new 2015 Dodge Challenger Earns Five-Star Overall Safety Rating From U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration 2015 Dodge Challenger coupe earns five stars overall, the highest possible score in NHTSA's safety rating program More than 70 safety and security features, including new for 2015 class-exclusive Forward Collision Warning, adaptive cruise control, Blind-spot Monitoring and Rear Cross Path detection All-new 2015 Dodge Challenger starts at $26,995 (excluding tax, destination and title) December 18, 2014 , Auburn Hills, Mich. - The all-new 2015 Dodge Challenger has earned a five-star overall safety rating from the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). Five stars is the highest possible safety rating given by NHTSA. "The new Dodge Challenger coupe further demonstrates our commitment to broaden the proliferation of advanced safety technologies, such as driver-assist features," says Scott Kunselman, Senior Vice President-Vehicle Safety and Regulatory, FCA-North America. In its assessment of the new Challenger, NHTSA notes the availability of Forward Collision Warning (FCW), which features forward-facing sensors programmed to detect the potential for certain types of frontal collisions. If detected, the driver is alerted with visual and audible warnings. The 2015 Dodge Challenger is the only car in its segment with such capability.

Weekly Recap: FCA hit with record fine as NHTSA crackdown continues

Sat, Aug 1 2015

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration slapped Fiat Chrysler Automobiles with a record fine this week that could reach $105 million. The punishment comes after NHTSA found problems with the automaker's execution of 23 recalls that affect more than 11 million vehicles. The consent agreement, announced Sunday, calls for FCA to pay a $70-million cash fine and requires the company to spend at least $20 million over a three-year period on industry outreach programs and to beef up old recall campaigns. Failure to comply will result in another $15-million fine. FCA also agreed to federal oversight, which includes an independent monitor to oversee the company's recalls. The $70-million cash fine equals a penalty NHTSA levied on Honda in January. "Fiat Chrysler's pattern of poor performance put millions of its customers and the driving public at risk," NHTSA administrator Mark Rosekind said in a statement. "This action will provide relief to owners of defective vehicles, will help improve recall performance throughout the auto industry, and gives Fiat Chrysler the opportunity to embrace a proactive safety culture." FCA called the deal a "consensual resolution," but admitted that it "failed to timely provide an effective remedy" during certain recalls. "We are intent on rebuilding our relationship with NHTSA and we embrace the role of public safety advocate," the company said in a statement. The announcement kicked off a busy week for the automaker. NHTSA agreed FCA did not need to recall 4.7 million vehicles after an investigation failed to find defects with a power module used in some Jeep, Dodge, and Ram vehicles. A Georgia judge also reduced a civil verdict involving a death in a Jeep Grand Cherokee crash. Amid all of that, the company reported net profit of about 333 million euros, or $364 million in the second quarter on Thursday. OTHER NEWS & NOTES FCA ramps up Hellcat production Despite a decidedly legal and financial week for FCA, there was still time for the performance side of the business to briefly grab the spotlight. The automaker is more than doubling its production of the Dodge Challenger and Charger SRT Hellcats in response to strong demand. The order bank opens the second week of August and production begins in September. FCA will finish up its scheduled 2015 model-year Hellcat builds, and cancel any "unscheduled" versions, though customers will get discounted pricing for 2016.

Watch dual-engined Dodge SRT4 do a FWD burnout, a RWD burnout, then AWD launch

Wed, Dec 3 2014

There's something fantastically insane about racers who go out on their own and build something unique. Just take this crazy video from last year of a twin-engine Dodge SRT4 at a drag strip that can burn the rubber at either end – or both ends – at a moment's notice. With tires sticking out way past the fenders, a massive cooling system at the front and no back window to speak of, this Dodge is clearly meant solely for speed. Though it's real party trick is being able to spin the front or rear wheels independently. The setup makes for three quite showy burnouts. When it came time to actually get down the track, things got somewhat awkward. Like other twin-engine creations we've seen, the separate powertrains make for some odd sounds and a weird look launching down the strip. Still, there's no doubt that the engineering behind this Frankenstein is very impressive. Scroll down to see this monster in action and another of it in a very mismatched race last year.
