02 Dodge Ram 1500 quad cab truck is silver with grey interior. 4.7L Magnum V8. Truck has 150,000 miles.  Miles are mostly highway.  It has a new remanufactured engine from Powertrain Products, with the 4.7L sludge problems fixed. The engine was installed in March of 2012 only has roughly 15,000 miles and still has 1.5 year warranty left. I personally installed the engine myself to ensure there were no corners cut.  all new gaskets, and water pump.  all other parts such as valve covers oil pan and front cover were cleaned thoroughly before reinstalled on new engine. the oil has been changed every 3000 miles with Mobil one oil and mopar oil filter.

The front end has all new ball joints, bushings, wheel bearings, and sway bar links. All were installed this year It has a 2" rough country suspension lift that came with new coil springs and shocks.  the rear has helper springs installed to help when towing.

The wheels are 20" eagle alloy 079 wheels with new 275/85/20 hankook dynapro ATM tires installed by tire discounters with free lifetime balancing and rotation.  Tires only have 5000 miles on them and I have them rotated when the oil is changed. I also have the factory set of wheels and tires which I use in the winter that are included with the truck

I have added a lot of extras to the exterior of this truck including factory dodge towing mirrors recon smoked led cab lights billet grill inserts factory dodge running boards spray in bed liner tonneau cover hid headlights and flowmaster super 40 series exhaust.

The interior is in excellent condition with no rips tears or stains in the seats.  There are seat covers on the front seats which are included.  Aftermarket radio with aux port and all new speakers have been installed

The truck is barn kept and at the present time is only driven on weekends. I have taken extremely good care of the truck it gets professionally detailed once a year. There is absolutely no rust anywhere.  The truck runs and drives great there are still many years left in the life of the truck.  All the work done was performed by me so I know it was done right.  I have a garage of extra parts which I will also include. Asking $8500 obo contact me and I will gladly give any more information.

Official USPS Muscle Cars stamps coming to a mailbox near you

    Thu, 21 Feb 2013

As much as our digital lives have cut down on our trips to the post office, there are still times that sending "snail mail" is necessary. With us car lovers in mind and philately in their hearts, the good folks at the United States Postal Service will introduce a new stamp design called "Muscle Cars" starting on February 22.
Designed by artist Tom Fritz, the new collection of stamps consist of five classic muscle cars: 1969 Dodge Charger Daytona, 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS, 1967 Shelby GT-500, 1966 Pontiac GTO and 1970 Plymouth Hemi 'Cuda. In addition to just the stamps, the USPS is also commemorating the new series with plenty of collectable memorabilia. Previous car-related stamps include 50s Sporty Cars from 2005 and 50s Fins and Chrome from 2008.

2015 Dodge Challenger R/T Scat Pack

    Fri, 24 Oct 2014

We all knew That Kid. As a freshman, he was a big kid, overweight but surprisingly strong. Still, he was often picked on for his size. Then, he chatted with the football coach, who convinced him that his true calling was on the team's offensive line. After a season on the freshman squad and a summer of two-a-days, this mild-mannered, husky high schooler returned for his sophomore year as a big, imposing, solid piece of muscle. Needless to say, the same bullies that picked on him were praying he'd forgotten about them as a 10th grader.
That's the V8-powered 2015 Dodge Challenger. It arrived on the scene with a max of 425 horsepower and a bit of a weight problem. It completed its proverbial freshman year with a nice 2011 refresh, where the SRT8 was bumped up to 470 hp, but it still had some work to do.
Enter 2015, and fresh off three months of constant burpees and wind sprints, the newest Challenger is as big and powerful as it's ever been, but it's now got poise and potential, and my goodness, it's fun in a way that Dodge's muscle car has never been.

Legacy Classic Power Wagon First Drive

    Wed, Oct 7 2015

Shortly before the US entered World War II, Dodge supplied the military with a line of pickups internally codenamed WC, those letters designating the year 1941 and the half-ton payload rating. From 1941 to 1945 Dodge built more than a quarter million of them, and even though "WC" came to refer to the Weapons Carrier body style, the WC range served in 38 different configurations from pickup trucks to ambulances to six-wheeled personnel and weapons haulers. The story is that soldiers returning from active duty badgered Dodge for a civilian version of that indefatigable warhorse, so Dodge responded with the Power Wagon in 1946. Even for those no-nonsense times the truck was so austere that the first three names Dodge gave it were "Farm Utility Truck," "WDX General Purpose Truck," and "General Purpose, One Ton Truck." "Power Wagon" was the fourth choice, not finalized until just before it went on sale. Nothing like today's Power Wagon, the original could be seen as either a glorified tractor or a slightly less uncouth military vehicle – hell-for-leather meant going 50 miles per hour. But it would go nearly anywhere. The civilian version was still built like it had to survive, well, a world war; power take-offs (PTOs) ran all manner of ancillaries; multiplicative gear ratios helped it produce enough torque to make an earthquake envious. Said to be the first civilian 4x4 truck made in America, any organization that needed a simple, sturdy mechanized draught animal knew it needed a Power Wagon. If history, the aura of war, and ruthless functionality attract you but mean comforts and 70-year-old manners don't, then you need to get in touch with Legacy Classic Trucks. If that history, the aura of war, and the ruthless functionality attract you but the mean comforts and 70-year-old manners don't, then you need to get in touch with Legacy Classic Trucks. The Jackson Hole, WY, restorer retains every ounce of the Power Wagon's orchard-work aptitude, decorated with present-day amenities and the best components. Each job starts with having to find a usable donor. The city of Breckenridge, CO, bought the red truck in our gallery in 1947 and used it as a snowplow for the next 30 years. In 1977 a log-home builder bought it from the city and used it for another decade as a company hauler. That's the kind of grueling longevity that lets Ram put a five-figure premium on the 2500 Power Wagon pickup it sells today. Legacy Classics founder Winslow S.
