What ya see is what you get, i have a 2002 dodge ram 1500 that over heated in 2011 one time and blew the head gasket, a year ago i took the heads to a speed shop to be planed and then i find out the heads are cracked in half left and right side. And in 2011 I still had 2 years left on the car loan, so i have been paying for 2 years on a truck that doesn't even run, i now have the clean title in hand and my loss is your gain. I have a few other cars and trucks and do not need this truck anymore and am buying a house and need to have some money for a down payment. This truck has a block in it that has been sitting out in the elements for a year but it does have a brand new oil pan on it. And i am putting all the engine parts in the bed the day the truck gets picked up. You get every engine part you will need other than heads and headers , which i just left at the speed shop on accident about a year ago. The bed has the usual dodge rust spots above the rear wheels i had it repaired right before the engine blew and the driver kick panel had some rust that i fixed didnt like how it was done but it was to prevent more rust. and for a 11 year old truck the interior is in great shape, The cup holder is a stuck open but that's the only issue with the interior. all tires have decent tread. The automatic trans and 4wd never had any issue. FCA CEO Mike Manley will take undefined new role after PSA merger
Wed, Dec 18 2019MILAN — Fiat Chrysler Chief Executive Mike Manley will remain with the new group set to result from a planned merger with French rival PSA-Peugeot, Chairman John Elkann said on Wednesday. In a letter to Fiat Chrysler (FCA) employees on the day the two companies announced a binding agreement for a $50 billion tie-up to create the world's fourth-largest carmaker, Elkann said he was "delighted" that the combined group would be led by current PSA CEO Carlos Tavares. "And Mike Manley, who has led FCA with huge energy, commitment and success over the past year, will be there alongside him," he said. He did not say what position Manley would hold. Elkann — who will chair the new group — said there was still much to be done to complete the merger. "Over the coming months we must work tirelessly and determinedly to fulfill all the approval requirements needed to finalize the commitment we have signed," he said.
