1967 Dodge W200 Power Wagon Crew Cab Utiline- Ex Air Force Truck Clean Title on 2040-cars
Springfield, Oregon, United States
This is for a very nice and solid 1967 W200 power wagon crew cab utililine or stepside short bed in fantastic shape. I've been driving this vehicle daily for a a while now With no issues other than brakes which I replaced. I have seen & owned a number of these vehicles and this is by far the nicest I have laid my eyes on other than fully restored trucks. If you purchase this truck you could come to Oregon and drive it home it truly runs perfectly. Unlike most of these style of 1967 trucks this one has all of its Bedwood in great shape and a very solid tailgate which is from an original truck it has surface rust but is very solid other than in the hinge area which will need replaced. The lights and windshield wipers work correctly the windshield washer pump works correctly and mechanically it's very solid. I originally purchased the pick up which was missing it's Power Wagon Hood emblems but I was able to locate a set and replace them I cannot find anything on this truck that is needed to make it factory original. I even have the set of 17 1/2 inch bias ply tires and rims that the truck originally came with which I'm willing to include With the truck. All the doors close and open the windows roll up and down. The floorboards have been repaired in the past and are in good shape as seen in the pictures. This is definitely one of those vehicles with all its merits that only comes along occasionally. There is a small amount of rust in the drivers step all of the other steps are in good shape. And there is a very small amount of rust at the bottom rear of the doors which you could cover with a quarter that will need to be addressed during a restoration otherwise this truck is very rust free. The underside of the Bedwood and the underside of the cab look fantastic. For once this is a truck that my wife doesn't want me to sell because everybody enjoys driving it however I have other projects! The grill guard is the factory one that is listed on the Nomenclature tag. Please Contact me with questions. This is also for sale locally and if sold will be pulled from the auction. Thanks for looking.

Dodge Dart Registry helps you crowdsource money for your next ride [w/video]
Wed, 23 Jan 2013To be honest, we're surprised something like this didn't pop up sooner. Chrysler is riffing on gift registries for couples getting married or expecting babies and cross-pollinating it with a social media funding website like Kickstarter to help customers buy its 2013 Dodge Dart. The Dodge Dart Registry allows people to build and customize a new Dart exactly how they want it, then let other people purchase some or all of the components as gifts.
The registry lets you add features like dark headlights, dual exhaust, various wheels and even interior options without choosing a specific trim level. This sounds a lot like the system Scion uses to let its customers configure cars, and this could be a great idea for Dodge. Of course, this system has the added benefit of being a social media affair for you to share with your friends... you know, so they can help pay for some of the parts, too.
The best thing about the registry is that you can configure your dream Dart from the comfort of your home computer, which strikes us as much better than walking around Bed, Bath and Beyond for the better part of an afternoon with an electronic scanner. The one thing that Dodge doesn't offer? "Thank You" cards. Those are on you.
Houston road rage incident devolves into all-out brawl
Tue, May 17 2016The video is no longer available. It appears the associated account has been terminated. Chaos erupted on a Houston freeway last weekend when an altercation spiraled out of control and ended up in a battle-royale style brawl in the middle of traffic. According to KTRK, David Dao and his daughter were traveling along FM 1960 on the morning of May 14 when they came upon a white Honda and a blue Ram truck parked in the right lane. The drivers and passengers of the vehicles were engaged in a spirited argument about something that had happened moments before Dao pulled up. Dao parked in his lane to block traffic in an attempt at making sure other drivers didn't hit the people fighting in the right lane, and instructed his daughter to start filming the incident in case they were needed as witnesses. As Dao's daughter filmed, the incident quickly escalated–harsh words were exchanged, a drink was thrown in a woman's face, and then the driver of the Ram kicked in the Honda's grille. "I couldn't believe it. As soon as he kicked the grille, I was like, 'This is going down now," said Dao. "I was thinking this is going to be bad. At that time, I knew because there was physical damage." As soon as the Ram driver kicked the Honda the entire situation went sideways and devolved into a huge brawl, with the people from both vehicles throwing wild punches and grappling with one another. A woman who was a passenger in the Ram attempted to break up the scrum but took a haymaker in the face for her troubles. Eventually, the fight broke up and the people returned to their vehicles which Dao assumed meant that the altercation was over. Apparently though, the Ram driver felt he hadn't made his point, and he reversed at high speed into the Honda, smashing the fascia and buckling the hood. The Ram then sped off westbound on U.S. 290 with the Honda on its tail. According to the Harris County Sheriff's Office, the incident was not reported and there is no word what happened to the brawlers after they left the scene.
