Vin Diesel reveals first poster for Furious 8

Vin Diesel unveiled the first poster for Furious 8. The image shows Dom standing on a deserted road with his Dodge Charger with the tagline: "New roads ahead." Diesel's post doesn't offer any other new details about the much-anticipated action film, which is still a year away from theaters. While this image is teasing, we continue to get a better idea of Furious 8's cast. Scott Eastwood, Clint Eastwood's son, has a prominent role in the film, and Charlize Theron plays a villain. Dwayne Johnson also confirmed his return as Hobbs. Plot details still vague, though. An earlier teaser from Diesel hinted that some of the movie might take place in Manhattan, which could be an amazing setting for automotive stunts. The crew has also been filming north of Reykjavik, Iceland, which would be a great locale for off-road action. Furious 8 will hit theaters on April 14, 2017. Dodge recalling 2k SRT Hellcat Challengers and Chargers for fuel leak

Bad news for fans of the obscene output of the Dodge Hellcat twins, as FCA has announced a voluntary recall of both 707-horsepower variants of the 2015-model-year Charger sedan and Challenger coupe. According to FCA, a total of 2,211 cars are being recalled after a dealer discovered a "possible fuel leak" during a pre-delivery inspection. Despite getting cleared by suppliers, FCA claims its engineers found "improperly installed" hose seals. Owners of affected vehicles will receive notification and be asked to report in for repairs. Of the vehicles affected, the overwhelming majority, 2,012, were sold in the US market. The remainder were sold in Canada (148), Mexico (30) and just 21 outside of North America. 2013 Dodge Dart GT

My younger brother bought a Dodge Dart earlier this summer. It's a basic SXT, in Maximum Steel Metallic, with the 2.0-liter engine, a six-speed automatic transmission and not a whole lot else. Unfortunately, at the time, the Dart was one of the few cars in the compact class I'd never driven. I didn't know a lot about it, and therefore, didn't have a lot to say when he bought it. I think the words "based on an Alfa," popped out when I first saw it.
As it turns out, he's grown quite fond of the dark gray sedan, so it was with some degree of enthusiasm that I paid him a visit in this bright-orange Dart GT. I was excited to see what it was about the Dart that he enjoyed so much, despite my tester featuring a different engine, transmission and a lot more tech. After a week with the car, though, I must say: I don't quite see what all the fuss is about.
